Abstract
本发明公开了一种紫薯粉及其制作方法,特别是一种党参紫薯粉及其制作方法。它是由下述原料按重量分数比制备而成:党参20-50份,紫薯粉200-300份,茶粉10-20份,玉米粉300-500份。本发明紫薯粉中具有花青素成分,花青素清除自由基的能力是维生素C的20倍、维生素E的50倍。紫甘薯中还含有易被人体消化和吸收的蛋白质、18种氨基酸、维生素A、B、C等8种维生素、磷、铁、锌、铜、锰、钙、硒等多种矿物元素。本发明紫薯粉具有营养丰富、风味独特、保健功效强、稳定性好、品质均衡的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种紫薯粉及其制作方法,尤其涉及一种党参紫薯粉及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有的紫薯粉主要原料是大米或玉米粉,以天然微紫薯粉加入搅拌而成,但现有的紫薯粉成分比较单一,功能性较差,再加上传统的制作工艺,使得现有技术加工出的紫薯粉已经不能满足人们高标准的要求,因此研发出营养更全面、功能性更强的紫薯粉成为了本领域技术人员急需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明就是为了解决上述问题而提供一种党参紫薯粉及其制作方法,它具有含有40%以上葡萄糖、丰富的维生素、氨基酸等营养成分,有活气养血、活络通经、补血生血以及润肺之功效。发酵烘干后营养成分更易于人体吸收,能刺激消化腺的分泌,增进食欲,有助消化,是中老年人,孕产妇和身体虚弱者补气养血的好饮品。紫薯粉还有提神解乏、解渴消暑、促进血液循环、润肤的功效,具有营养丰富、风味独特、保健功效强、稳定性好、品质均衡的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的:一种党参紫薯粉,它是由下述原料按重量分数比制备而成:党参20-50份,紫薯粉200-300份,茶粉10-20份,玉米粉300-500份。

一种所述党参紫薯粉的制作方法,取符合所述重量份数常温的党参、紫薯粉、茶粉和玉米粉粉放入搅拌缸内混合均匀,将表面平实将缸盖严,煮沸消毒的纯净水,降温到35-45℃,按搅拌缸内物料与水的重量比为1∶1的比例将水冲入搅拌缸中搅拌混合均匀,盖上盖子搅拌10-24小时,外界温度为15-20℃,待搅拌完成至混合液清澈后,用过滤装置将紫薯粉滤出得原液,将原液进行烘干处理,烘干温度为40-50度,烘干2-3小时后得到烘干粉,过滤或离心的方式对烘干粉进行处理得到杂质较少的紫薯粉,将紫薯粉灌装即得。
本发明的优点和效果如下:
本发明与传统的紫薯粉酿造时主要成分只是大米或玉米粉不同,本发明是在糯米的基础上添加了紫薯泥,而紫甘薯中富含花青素,由于紫甘薯与糯米、茶粉、玉米粉粉混合后的协同作用,使制得的紫薯粉中具有花青素成分含量高的特点,花青素清除自由基的能力是维生素C的20倍、维生素E的50倍。花青素具有小分子结构,能透过血脑屏障清除自由基保护大脑细胞。紫甘薯中还含有易被人体消化和吸收的蛋白质、18种氨基酸、维生素A、B、C等8种维生素、磷、铁、锌、铜、锰、钙、硒等多种矿物元素。加入紫甘薯酿造的紫薯粉与传统的紫薯粉相比不仅营养成分增加了,还增加了保健功效。本发明紫薯粉的制作工艺与传统的方法也不同,与单纯的传统方法相比,本发明采用了加水混合搅拌、现代化的放置、过滤或离心工艺去除了原液中的杂质,使紫薯粉更加醇香;低温烘干工艺有效的保证紫薯粉的口感,使紫薯粉更加香甜可口这是传统工艺做不到的。本发明紫薯粉色彩呈现绚丽的红色或淡紫色。本发明紫薯粉具有营养丰富、风味独特、保健功效强、稳定性好、品质均衡的特点。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,但本发明的保护范围不受实施例所限。
实施例1:
本发明党参紫薯粉,它是由下述原料按重量分数比制备而成:党参45份,紫薯粉245份,茶粉15份,玉米粉400份。
党参紫薯粉的制作方法,取所述重量份数常温的党参、紫薯粉、茶粉和玉米粉粉放入搅拌缸内混合均匀,将表面平实将缸盖严,煮沸消毒的纯净水,降温到45℃,按搅拌缸内物料与水的重量比为1∶1的比例将水冲入搅拌缸中搅拌混合均匀,盖上盖子搅拌18小时,外界温度为18℃,待发酵完成至混合液清澈后,用过滤装置将紫薯粉滤出得原液,将原液进行烘干处理,烘干温度为45度,烘干2.5小时后得到烘干粉,过滤或离心的方式对烘干粉进行处理得到杂质较少的紫薯粉,将紫薯粉灌装即得。
实施例2:
一种党参紫薯粉,它是由下述原料按重量分数比制备而成:党参20份,紫薯粉200份,茶粉10份,玉米粉300份。

党参紫薯粉的制作方法,取符合所述重量份数常温的党参、紫薯粉、茶粉和玉米粉放入搅拌缸内混合均匀,将表面平实将缸盖严,煮沸消毒的纯净水,降温到45℃,按搅拌缸内物料与水的重量比为1∶1的比例将水冲入搅拌缸中搅拌混合均匀,盖上盖子搅拌24小时,外界温度为20℃,待搅拌完成至混合液清澈后,用过滤装置将紫薯粉滤出得原液,将原液进行烘干处理,烘干温度为50度,烘干3小时后得到烘干粉,过滤或离心的方式对烘干粉进行处理得到杂质较少的紫薯粉,将紫薯粉灌装即得。

3.一种权利要求1所述的党参紫薯粉的制作方法,其特征在于取符合所述重量份数常温的党参、紫薯粉、茶粉和玉米粉粉放入搅拌缸内混合均匀,将缸盖严并平实表面,煮沸消毒的纯净水,降温到35-45℃,按搅拌缸内物料与水的重量比为1∶1的比例将水冲入搅拌缸中搅拌混合均匀,盖上盖子搅拌10-24小时,外界温度为15-20℃,待搅拌完成至混合液清澈后,用过滤装置将杂质滤出得原液,采用烘干、过滤或离心的方式对原液进行处理得到清澈的紫薯粉,紫薯粉灌装即得。
4.如权利要求3所述的党参紫薯粉的制作方法,其特征在于烘干温度为40-50度,烘干2-3小时。
