本发明公开了一种家纺面料,其经过染整处理,所述染整处理包括如下步骤:1)预处理;2)染色;3)整理:将1~2重量份蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠、1.2重量份炔戊菊酯、1.1重量份八甲基四硅氧烷、0.8重量份N-甲基吡咯烷酮依次投入21.5质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.4重量份醋酸锌、1.3重量份壳聚糖、0.6重量份碳酸钙、1.1重量份山梨醇,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明家纺面料,具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

背景技术
现有面料的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种家纺面料,具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种家纺面料,其经过染整处理,所述染整处理包括如下步骤:
1)预处理;
2)染色;
3)整理:将1~2重量份蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠、1.2重量份炔戊菊酯、1.1重量份八甲基四硅氧烷、0.8重量份N-甲基吡咯烷酮依次投入21.5质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.4重量份醋酸锌、1.3重量份壳聚糖、0.6重量份碳酸钙、1.1重量份山梨醇,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
