Abstract
本发明公开一种无机储罐改性防腐漆及其制备方法。该无机储罐改性防腐漆包含:硅酸钠溶液(20%-30%)、硅溶胶(15%-20%)、硅丙乳液(10%-20%)、十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷(2%-4%)及锌粉(≤40%)。防腐漆的制备方法是:用一配置有搅拌器的容器装入一定量硅酸钠溶液,在搅拌过程中,与硅溶胶混合,混合均匀后将体系加热,再向容器中缓慢滴入硅丙乳液,然后降至室温,并高速搅拌一段时间后再添超细锌粉,最后添加十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷,制备出的无机储罐防腐漆与钢铁表面附着力好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油品储罐改性防腐漆,特别涉及添加烷基偶联剂的改性防腐漆及其制备方法,属于油漆加工领域。
背景技术
针对原油、成品油、天然气等石化石化产品的运输、储存中转、管道运输、炼油生产到成品油的储存,都需要建设储罐、管道、生产线等钢结构装置,这些装置都存在严酷的腐蚀,必须采取必要的、科学的防腐措施。特别对于油品储罐,如果不能对金属储罐进行及时的防腐处理,会对油品造成污染,影响油品质量;重则因腐蚀使油罐穿孔造成油品泄漏,而且容易造成火灾、爆炸,其危险性可想而知。
油品储罐腐蚀过程一般通过两种途径。一种是化学腐蚀,主要是通过金属表面与周围介质直接发生化学反应而引起的腐蚀;另外一种是电化学腐蚀,主要是金属材料(合金或不纯的金属)与电解质溶液接触,通过电极反应产生的腐蚀。
目前,常用的防腐油漆主要有富锌防腐油漆,由于富锌防腐油漆采用大量的高纯度、颗粒细的锌粉填料,可起到电化学保护作用。锌比铁活泼,电位比铁更负,在电解质溶液中,锌原子容易失去电子,涂层即使局部都遭到破坏,钢铁表面也不遭受腐蚀,因为锌起到牺牲阳极的作用,阳极区失电子,阴极区得电子,从而使钢铁得到保护。
富锌油漆有无机富锌油漆和有机富锌油漆。其中水性无机硅酸盐富锌油漆由于其无有机溶剂,具有无异味、不燃不爆,不污染环境等优点,但与其它有机防腐漆相比,该油漆润湿性低,附着力不如其它的溶剂型油漆好,且锌粉添加到无机溶液中,锌粉与无机硅酸盐融合的稳定性不足,容易造成分层不均匀。为了克服以上稳定性不足的缺点,本发明通过在无机储罐防腐漆制备过程中,添加3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂,改善金属锌粉与硅酸盐的兼容性,增强油漆的附着力,从而制备出的无机储罐防腐漆与钢铁表面附着力好,耐热且不易发生老化,具有优良的耐侯性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无机储罐改性防腐漆,其各组分含量占体系如下:
硅酸钠溶液20%-30%;
硅溶胶15%-20%;
硅丙乳液10%-20%;
3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷2%-4%;
锌粉40%以上。
为制备该无机储罐改性防腐漆,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴用一配置有高速搅拌器的容器装入一定量的硅酸钠溶液,开动搅拌器,再缓慢加入适量的硅溶胶;
⑵硅溶胶加入结束后,将体系加热;
⑶再向容器中缓慢滴加硅丙乳液;
⑷滴加完硅丙乳液后,降至室温,并高速搅拌一段时间;
⑸再添加一定量的超细锌粉;
⑹最后添加一定量的3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种性能优异的无机储罐改性防腐漆。
优先地,在上述无机储罐改性防腐漆制备过程中,所添加的硅酸钠溶液固含量为35%-40%。
优先地,在上述无机储罐改性防腐漆制备过程中,加热温度控制在70-80℃范围内。
优先地,在上述无机储罐改性防腐漆制备过程中,所添加的锌粉大于400目。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴制备的油漆附着力强;
⑵流程短、操作简单。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
用一配置有高速搅拌器的容器装入200g的固含量为35%的硅酸钠溶液,开动搅拌器,在搅拌过程中,再缓慢加入200g的硅溶胶,硅溶胶加入结束后,将体系加热至70℃时,再向容器中缓慢滴100g加硅丙乳液,滴加完硅丙乳液后,降至室温,并高速搅拌一段时间,再添加480g的400目的超细锌粉,最后添加20g的3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种性能优异的无机储罐改性防腐漆。
实施例二:
用一配置有高速搅拌器的容器装入600g的固含量为35%的硅酸钠溶液,开动搅拌器,在搅拌过程中,再缓慢加入300g的硅溶胶,硅溶胶加入结束后,将体系加热至75℃时,再向容器中缓慢滴220g加硅丙乳液,滴加完硅丙乳液后,降至室温,并高速搅拌一段时间,再添加800g的400目的超细锌粉,最后添加80g的3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种性能优异的无机储罐改性防腐漆。
实施例三:
用一配置有高速搅拌器的容器装入1000g的固含量为40%的硅酸钠溶液,开动搅拌器,在搅拌过程中,再缓慢加入900g的硅溶胶,硅溶胶加入结束后,将体系加热至80℃时,再向容器中缓慢滴1000g加硅丙乳液,滴加完硅丙乳液后,降至室温,并高速搅拌一段时间,再添加2000g的450目的超细锌粉,最后添加100g的3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种性能优异的无机储罐改性防腐漆。
Claims (5)
1.一种无机储罐改性防腐漆,其特征在于,该无机储罐改性防腐漆的各组分含量占体系如下:
硅酸钠溶液20%-30%;
硅溶胶15%-20%;
硅丙乳液10%-20%;
3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷2%-4%;
锌粉40%以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无机储罐改性防腐漆,其特征在于,油漆的制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴用一配置有高速搅拌器的容器装入一定量的硅酸钠溶液,开动搅拌器,再缓慢加入适量的硅溶胶;
⑵硅溶胶加入结束后,将体系加热;
⑶再向容器中缓慢滴加硅丙乳液;
⑷滴加完硅丙乳液后,降至室温,并高速搅拌一段时间;
⑸再添加一定量的超细锌粉;
⑹最后添加一定量的3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种性能优异的无机储罐改性防腐漆。
3.根据权利要求2所述的油漆的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤⑴中,所添加的硅酸钠溶液固含量为35%-40%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的油漆的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤⑵中,加热温度控制在70-80℃范围内。
5.根据权利要求2所述的油漆的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤⑸中,所添加的锌粉大于400目。
