Abstract
本发明涉及一种添加改性剂的耐高温防腐功能涂料及其制备方法,其是利用硅酸锂溶液无毒、耐高温、成膜好的特性,和锌粉的原电池保护原理,将其混合并加入一定的硅溶胶、硅丙乳液溶剂和十二烷基二醇酰胺、硅烷偶联剂助剂制备出耐高温防腐富锌防腐功能涂料。该有涂料制备工艺简单且成本低廉。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,特别涉及一种防止金属腐蚀的耐高温富锌涂料及其制备方法,属于涂料化工领域。
背景技术
金属的锈蚀是最常见的腐蚀形态。腐蚀时,在金属的界面上发生了化学或电化学多相反应,使金属转入氧化(离子)状态,这会显著降低金属材料的强度、塑性、韧性等力学性能,破坏金属构件的几何形状,增加零件间的磨损,恶化电学和光学等物理性能,缩短设备的使用寿命。
据统计,每年由于腐蚀而直接损耗的钢铁,约占钢铁年产量的四分之一。人们通过各种方式来延缓钢铁的腐蚀速度,如改进基材、选用防腐蚀材料、增加金属镀层、添加缓蚀剂、采用电化学保护。人们通过向纯金属中添加其他物质来抑制或者阻止金属的腐蚀,取得了不同程度的成功。但向铁中所添加的微量物质可能加快腐蚀的速度,且采用不容易发生腐蚀的材料解决腐蚀问题的缺点在于与原来的金属相比,其物理性能往往会有所缺失,或者由于合金的成本而导致成本增加。因此最常用的防腐方式就是给需要保护的金属外加一个有耐受能力的表面涂层(或者敷层)。此类涂层所使用的材料各不相同,但常用的是涂料。普通涂料只是在钢铁表面涂敷一层简单的隔离层,是钢铁隔绝空气,但这种隔离空气效果会因时间一长逐步渗入空气,而使防腐作用不强。
本发明通过研制一种高温富锌涂料,涂覆在钢铁表面,从而大大延长钢结构的使用寿命。该油漆采用硅酸锂为基料,通过硅酸锂与锌粉在一定条件下反应交联成膜,硅酸锂水溶液为无色透明或呈微乳白色的液体,无毒、不燃。硅酸锂水溶液有和具有亲水表面的玻璃、钢铁、铝及纤维等的表面反应成膜的特性,60℃以上即可进行,温度愈高,反应愈快。作为涂料基料,可用水作溶剂,形成的涂膜,具有耐热、耐辐射、无毒等性能。锌的标准电位较钢铁低,腐蚀介质渗入时,钢铁与锌粉形成原电池,锌粉作为原电池的负极失去电子,钢铁作为正极得到电子而获得保护。另外,溶解出来的锌离子与腐蚀介质中的阴离子结合而形成碱式锌盐和锌铁复盐,填满涂膜的裂缝,而达到隔离防腐蚀的目的。但由于锌粉湿润性不好,且溶剂少,加入锌粉后容易发生锌粉沉降,影响产品整体质量。本发明通过在制备涂料过程中,添加十二烷基二醇酰胺和硅烷偶联剂,改善金属锌粉湿润性,增加锌粉与胶体的粘合力,防止锌粉沉降,提高涂料的稳定性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种添加改性剂的耐高温防腐功能涂料及其制备方法,为实现这一目的,该涂料包括以下质量份数的原料:
硅酸锂 5%-10%;
硅溶胶 20%-50%;
十二烷基二醇酰胺 5%-10% ;
硅烷偶联剂 5%-10% ;
硅丙乳液 20%-30%;
超细锌粉 20%-30% ;
一种添加改性剂的耐高温防腐功能涂料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴将一定量的硅酸锂溶液倒入容器中加热,温度控制在50-70℃;
⑵在不停的搅拌下,缓慢滴加计量的硅溶胶,使其充分混合;
⑶再往容器中加入一定计量的十二烷基二醇酰胺和硅烷偶联剂,高速搅拌;
⑷停止加热,当温度降至室温时,加入硅丙乳液;
⑸最后添加适量的超细锌粉,持续搅拌10-15分钟即可得一种耐高温富锌防腐涂料。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴该有涂料高温性能好;
⑵ 机械性能好、施工方便;
⑶工艺简单、成本低。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
取50g硅酸锂溶液倒入容器中加热,温度控制在50℃,并不停的搅拌,再缓慢滴加300g硅溶胶,使其充分混合均匀,然后再往容器中加入25g十二烷基二醇酰胺和25g的硅烷偶联剂,高速搅拌,搅拌均匀后,停止加热,待温度降至室温时,加入300g硅丙乳液,最后添加300g锌粉,持续搅拌10-15分钟即可得一种耐高温富锌防腐涂料。
实施例二:
取80g硅酸锂溶液倒入容器中加热,温度控制在60℃,并不停的搅拌,再缓慢滴加350g硅溶胶,使其充分混合均匀,然后再往容器中加入35g十二烷基二醇酰胺和35g的硅烷偶联剂,高速搅拌,搅拌均匀后,停止加热,待温度降至室温时,加入300g硅丙乳液,最后添加200g锌粉,持续搅拌10-15分钟即可得一种耐高温富锌防腐涂料。
实施例三:
取100g硅酸锂溶液倒入容器中加热,温度控制在70℃,并不停的搅拌,再缓慢滴加800g硅溶胶,使其充分混合均匀,然后再往容器中加入100g十二烷基二醇酰胺和100g的硅烷偶联剂,高速搅拌,搅拌均匀后,停止加热,待温度降至室温时,加入500g硅丙乳液,最后添加400g锌粉,持续搅拌10-15分钟即可得一种耐高温富锌防腐涂料。
Claims (2)
1.一种添加改性剂的耐高温防腐功能涂料,其特征在于该涂料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
⑴将一定量的硅酸锂溶液倒入容器中加热,温度控制在50-70℃;
⑵在不停的搅拌下,缓慢滴加计量的硅溶胶,使其充分混合;
⑶再往容器中加入一定计量的十二烷基二醇酰胺和硅烷偶联剂,高速搅拌;
⑷停止加热,当温度降至室温时,加入硅丙乳液;
⑸最后添加适量的超细锌粉,持续搅拌10-15分钟即可得一种耐高温富锌防腐涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种添加改性剂的耐高温防腐功能涂料,其特征在于所述添加的硅酸锂溶液的质量比例为5%-10%,硅溶胶质量比例为20%-50%, 二烷基二醇酰胺比例为2%-5%,硅烷偶联剂质量比例为3%-5% ,硅丙乳液质量比例为 20%-30%,超细锌粉质量比例为20%-30%。
