技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保的丝印油墨。
背景技术
2010年我国油墨工业生产达到了历史最高水平,《中国油墨行业产销需求与投资预测分析报告前瞻》统计,全国油墨年总产量共计58.99万吨,首次超过德国、日本位居世界第二。按照当年世界油墨年产量约410万吨来计算,中国的油墨生产规模占到全球的14%。油墨是用于包装材料印刷的重要材料,它通过印刷将图案、文字表现在承印物上油墨中包括主要成分和辅助成分,它们均匀地混合并经反复轧制而成一种粘性胶状流体。丝印油墨指采用丝网印刷方式时所有的油墨称为丝印油墨。但是现有的丝印油墨往往添加有有毒物质,长期使用对人体有害,同时印刷效果不理想,有待于进一步的改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种丝印油墨,气味小,具有良好的耐水耐酸碱能力,同时稳定性好,使用寿命长。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种环保的丝印油墨,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
亚麻油醇酸树脂6-12份,脂肪醇3-9份,亚麻子油4-8份,沙多玛脂肪族聚氨酯12-16份,石蜡5-8份,炔醇5-9份,有机颜料4-6份,纳米碳酸钙6-13份,异丙醇铝3.2-8份,醋酸乙酯4.5-10份,分散剂0.3-1.5份,丙烯酸树脂9-15份,有机膨润土5.6-10份,道康宁消泡剂0.6-1.5份,乙醇2.5-8份。
进一步地,一种环保的丝印油墨,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
亚麻油醇酸树脂9份,脂肪醇6份,亚麻子油6份,沙多玛脂肪族聚氨酯14份,石蜡6.5份,炔醇7份,有机颜料5份,纳米碳酸钙10份,异丙醇铝5.6份,醋酸乙酯8份,分散剂0.9份,丙烯酸树脂12份,有机膨润土7.5份,道康宁消泡剂1.1份,乙醇6份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的丝印油墨,气味小,具有良好的耐水耐酸碱能力,同时稳定性好,使用寿命长。

一种环保的丝印油墨,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
亚麻油醇酸树脂12份,脂肪醇9份,亚麻子油8份,沙多玛脂肪族聚氨酯16份,石蜡8份,炔醇9份,有机颜料6份,纳米碳酸钙13份,异丙醇铝8份,醋酸乙酯10份,分散剂1.5份,丙烯酸树脂15份,有机膨润土10份,道康宁消泡剂1.5份,乙醇8份。

一种环保的丝印油墨,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
亚麻油醇酸树脂9份,脂肪醇6份,亚麻子油6份,沙多玛脂肪族聚氨酯14份,石蜡6.5份,炔醇7份,有机颜料5份,纳米碳酸钙10份,异丙醇铝5.6份,醋酸乙酯8份,分散剂0.9份,丙烯酸树脂12份,有机膨润土7.5份,道康宁消泡剂1.1份,乙醇6份。

1.一种环保的丝印油墨,其特征在于:其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
亚麻油醇酸树脂6-12份,脂肪醇3-9份,亚麻子油4-8份,沙多玛脂肪族聚氨酯12-16份,石蜡5-8份,炔醇5-9份,有机颜料4-6份,纳米碳酸钙6-13份,异丙醇铝3.2-8份,醋酸乙酯4.5-10份,分散剂0.3-1.5份,丙烯酸树脂9-15份,有机膨润土5.6-10份,道康宁消泡剂0.6-1.5份,乙醇2.5-8份。
