本发明公开了一种LED矿灯头装配工艺,包括以下步骤:将电缆通过螺母固定到灯头盒接线端;将热缩套管套到螺母上,然后加热使热缩套管紧紧包裹螺母;将开关固定安装到灯头盒上,并连接开关与灯头盒接线端的连线;将LED芯片背面涂敷导热硅脂,将铝基散热片覆盖导热硅脂,并固定于LED芯片上;将LED芯片通过卡扣固定于灯头盒内,LED芯片引线连接到开关;安装反光杯垫圈和反光杯,再安装玻璃罩,玻璃罩与反光杯接触面黏贴双面胶,旋紧灯头圆。本发明通过在LED芯片背面加设一个铝基散热片,通过导热硅脂传热,铝基散热片,散热快,效果理想,而且反光杯背面为螺纹式突起,增加了散热面积,使得LED芯片周围热量也得到快速散开。

一种LED矿灯头装配工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及LED矿灯生产技术领域,具体属于一种LED矿灯头装配工艺。
背景技术
现有分体式LED矿灯生产工艺,在生产矿灯头时都是将LED芯片直接固定到灯头盒内,然后接线,安放反光杯、玻璃以及灯头圆。由于LED芯片发热量大,如果热量不及时散开会影响LED芯片的正常工作,甚至会损坏LED芯片。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种LED矿灯头装配工艺,通过在LED芯片背面加设一个铝基散热片,通过导热硅脂传热,铝基散热片,散热快,效果理想,而且反光杯背面为螺纹式突起,增加了散热面积,使得LED芯片周围热量也得到快速散开。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种LED矿灯头装配工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将电缆通过螺母固定到灯头盒接线端;
(2)将热缩套管套到螺母上,然后加热热缩套管,使热缩套管紧紧包裹螺母;
(3)将开关固定安装到灯头盒上,并连接开关与灯头盒接线端的连线;
(4)将LED芯片背面涂敷导热硅脂,然后将铝基散热片覆盖导热硅脂,并固定于LED芯片上;
(5)将LED芯片通过卡扣固定于灯头盒内,LED芯片引线连接到开关;
(6)安装反光杯垫圈和反光杯,再安装玻璃罩,玻璃罩与反光杯接触面黏贴双面胶,再旋紧灯头圆。
进一步的,所述的反光杯背面压制有螺纹状突起,增加散热面积。
进一步的,所述的热缩套管长度是螺母长度的1.2~1.5倍。
进一步的,所述的开关为按钮开关,按下通电,按起断电。

具体实施方式
一种LED矿灯头装配工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将电缆通过螺母固定到灯头盒接线端;
(2)将热缩套管套到螺母上,然后加热热缩套管,使热缩套管紧紧包裹螺母;
(3)将开关固定安装到灯头盒上,并连接开关与灯头盒接线端的连线;
(4)将LED芯片背面涂敷导热硅脂,然后将铝基散热片覆盖导热硅脂,并固定于LED芯片上;
(5)将LED芯片通过卡扣固定于灯头盒内,LED芯片引线连接到开关;
(6)安装反光杯垫圈和反光杯,再安装玻璃罩,玻璃罩与反光杯接触面黏贴双面胶,再旋紧灯头圆。

Claims (4)

1.一种LED矿灯头装配工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将电缆通过螺母固定到灯头盒接线端;
(2)将热缩套管套到螺母上,然后加热热缩套管,使热缩套管紧紧包裹螺母;
(3)将开关固定安装到灯头盒上,并连接开关与灯头盒接线端的连线;
(4)将LED芯片背面涂敷导热硅脂,然后将铝基散热片覆盖导热硅脂,并固定于LED芯片上;
(5)将LED芯片通过卡扣固定于灯头盒内,LED芯片引线连接到开关;
(6)安装反光杯垫圈和反光杯,再安装玻璃罩,玻璃罩与反光杯接触面黏贴双面胶,再旋紧灯头圆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED矿灯头装配工艺,其特征在于:所述的反光杯背面压制有螺纹状突起,增加散热面积。
