本发明涉及枕芯面料。
背景技术
现有面料的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高，且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种枕芯面料，具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强，手感柔软。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种枕芯面料，其经过染整处理，所述染整处理包括如下步骤：
1）预处理；
2）染色；
3）整理：将1～2重量份聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯、0.6重量份大蒜提取液、0.4重量份氯化镁、1.3重量份三聚磷酸钠依次投入16.9质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；再同时投入1.2重量份月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、2.3重量份苯甲酸、0.7重量份地肤子提取液、0.9重量份草豆蔻提取液，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。
