本发明涉及了一种镀锌无铬棕色钝化剂,采用钼酸铵、氨水、硝酸钴等物品通过一定的比例溶解混合均匀而成,其能显著提高镀层的耐蚀性能,同时赋予光亮的棕色。

一种镀锌无铬棕色钝化剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种镀锌无铬棕色钝化剂,尤其涉及一种镀锌无铬棕色钝化剂的成分、各成分的作用及配制方法。
背景技术
镀锌层可以保护基体,有很好的耐蚀作用,经过钝化处理更能显著提高耐腐蚀能力。但在铬酸盐钝化过程中会产生对人体健康有害的气雾,且排出的废水严重污染环境,随着人们环保意识的增强,世界各国政府己开始在环保法规中对铬酸盐的使用和废水的排放作出严格的限制,因此在金属表面处理中禁止使用铬酸盐,最终将成为必然趋势,必须积极开发完全无铬的钝化技术。环保型的钝化主要采用三价铬和无铬钝化两个方向。无铬钝化体系有钛酸盐、钼酸盐、钨酸盐、稀土、硅酸盐,目前这些无铬体系钝化膜无毒环保,近年来耐蚀性和外观都有很大的提高,满足了普通五金件电镀要求,棕色钝化剂应用于家居的镀锌板仿古色的效果,色泽光亮,耐蚀性和外观都有很大的提高。所以棕色钝化剂在家俱,建筑装饰行业及室内装饰方面以及工业上有广泛的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明为了提高镀锌层钝化膜无毒环保,同时使钝化液中不含有Cr 6+ 、Cr 3+ 而发明了一种镀锌无铬棕色钝化剂。
本发明采用钼酸铵、氨水、硝酸钴等物品组成一种镀锌无铬棕色钝化剂。
本发明的具体制备方法包括如下顺序的步骤:
a.将计算量的钼酸铵缓慢加入,搅拌使其充分溶解;
b.将计算量的氨水倒入,搅拌均匀;
d.将计算量的硝酸钴倒入,搅拌均匀,使其充分溶解;
e.将计算量的纯水定容后,静置10分钟,用硝酸调pH在1~2范围内。
本发明所得一种镀锌无铬棕色钝化剂,为澄清洋红色的液体。
实验说明
本发明通过镀锌实验后,在无铬蓝白色钝化液中实施钝化处理,经过不同时间的处理后,观察镀层的色泽,并进行中性盐雾试验测定其耐蚀性能。
具体实施方式
本实施例的具体制备步骤如下:
a.配制通用的低氰镀锌溶液,并调整pH值,进行电镀。
b.一定时间后取出试样,在3%的硝酸中出光后进行钝化处理,钝化时间为60分钟。
c.观察转化膜层的色泽,并进行中性盐雾试验。
一种镀锌无铬棕色钝化剂工艺规范为:钼酸铵、氨水、硝酸钴
钼酸铵20g/L
氨水200ml/L
硝酸钴10g/L
pH1~2
温度室温
钝化时间60分钟
注:当有搅拌时,钝化时间可以缩短。

1.应用于镀锌层一种镀锌无铬棕色钝化剂,其特征在于钝化剂的原料组成如下:含钼酸铵20g/L、氨水200ml/L、硝酸钴10g/L,其余为纯水;钝化时间60分钟,无铬棕色钝化剂使用时pH值维持在1~2范围内。
