本发明涉及一种横向进给机构。主要解决现有的机床横向进给机构刚性差、体积大、传动效率低的问题。其特征在于:所述滚珠丝杠(7)两端通过丝杠前支架(1)和丝杠后支架(8)固定在方滑枕(9)上;所述伺服电机(10)输出轴连接有小齿轮(12),小齿轮(12)与大齿轮(6)相啮合,大齿轮(6)内部连接有滚珠丝母(5),所述滚珠丝母(5)与滚珠丝杠(7)相配合。该横向进给机构行程大、刚性高、结构紧凑、传动效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域,具体说是一种应用于数控卧式车磨专用机床的横向进给机构。
背景技术
在大型数控机床进给系统中,进给驱动机构对整个进给系统精度、刚度的影响非常大。目前的机床横向进给机构在保证大行程的同时就无法保证刚性,并且体积大,传动效率低。
发明内容
为了克服现有的机床横向进给机构刚性差、体积大、传动效率低的不足,本发明提供一种横向进给机构,该横向进给机构行程大、刚性高、结构紧凑、传动效率高。
本发明的技术方案是:一种横向进给机构,包括伺服电机、滚珠丝杠、刀架体,所述滚珠丝杠两端通过丝杠前支架和丝杠后支架固定在方滑枕上;所述伺服电机输出轴连接有小齿轮,小齿轮与大齿轮相啮合,大齿轮内部连接有滚珠丝母,所述滚珠丝母与滚珠丝杠相配合。
所述的伺服电机固定在电机支架上,且电机支架固定在刀架体上。
所述滚珠丝母外部连接有轴承内套,轴承内套外部设有轴承,轴承外部设有轴承外套,且轴承外套固定在刀架体上。
本发明具有如下有益效果:由于采取上述方案,伺服电机通过齿轮副带动滚珠丝母转动,从而带动滚珠丝杠前后移动,实现方滑枕横向进给。该进给机构行程大,体积小、结构紧凑,传动效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由图1所示,一种横向进给机构,包括伺服电机10、滚珠丝杠7、刀架体14,所述滚珠丝杠7两端分别通过平键固定在丝杠前支架1和丝杠后支架8上,且丝杠前支架1和丝杠后支架8分别固定在方滑枕9上。所述伺服电机10输出轴上套有胀紧套11,并且输出轴上连接有小齿轮12,小齿轮12与大齿轮6相啮合,大齿轮6上连接有滚珠丝母5,所述滚珠丝母5与滚珠丝杠7相配合。所述大齿轮6套在滚珠丝母5一端的外部,二者通过螺钉固定在一起。所述滚珠丝母5外部通过螺钉连接有轴承内套4,轴承内套4外部设有轴承3,轴承3外部设有轴承外套2,且轴承外套2固定在刀架体14上,这样滚珠丝母5可以自由转动。所述的伺服电机10固定在电机支架13上,且电机支架13固定在刀架体14上。
访横向进给机构工作时,伺服电机10启动,通过小齿轮12带动大齿轮6旋转,大齿轮6带动滚珠丝母5转动,由于滚珠丝母5横向位置固定,因此滚珠丝母5转动可以带动滚珠丝杠7前后移动,从而带动方滑枕9横向移动。

1.一种横向进给机构,包括伺服电机(10)、滚珠丝杠(7)、刀架体(14),其特征在于:所述滚珠丝杠(7)两端通过丝杠前支架(1)和丝杠后支架(8)固定在方滑枕(9)上;所述伺服电机(10)输出轴连接有小齿轮(12),小齿轮(12)与大齿轮(6)相啮合,大齿轮(6)内部连接有滚珠丝母(5),所述滚珠丝母(5)与滚珠丝杠(7)相配合。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的横向进给机构,其特征在于:所述的伺服电机(10)固定在电机支架(13)上,且电机支架(13)固定在刀架体(14)上。
3.根据权利要求书2所述的横向进给机构,其特征在于:所述滚珠丝母(5)外部连接有轴承内套(4),轴承内套(4)外部设有轴承(3),轴承(3)外部设有轴承外套(2),且轴承外套(2)固定在刀架体(14)上。
