背景技术
偏头痛是以反复发作性的单侧或双侧性头痛为主的一种疾病，全世界有2.4亿偏头痛患者每年要经受14亿次偏头痛的折磨。世界卫生组织（WHO）认为，重度偏头痛居最常见的使人丧失工作能力的内科疾病的前20位，而且每年呈上升趋势。
本病在中医古代文献中多被称为“偏头风”、“偏头痛”、“偏正头痛”、“头偏痛”、“偏头风痛”、“头半寒痛”、“脑风”等。《素问·奇病论》云：“帝曰：‘人有病头痛……名曰何病？’歧伯曰：‘当有所犯大寒……病名曰厥逆。’”《素问·风论》说：“风气随风府而上，则为脑风。”“新沐中风，则为首风。”《东垣十书》中有“偏头痛”、“厥逆头痛”之名；《丹溪心法·头痛》中有“偏头风”之名；且《证治准绳·头痛》中对头风病的概念亦有明确论述：“医书多分头痛、头风为二门，然一病也。
本病的病因病机主要是外感与内伤。外感头痛多以风邪为主导，常挟以寒、湿、热邪上犯清窍，引起头部经脉绌急而发生头痛。内伤头痛以实证多见，常为肝胆郁热、痰湿上扰、湿热中阻和瘀血阻络，虚证较少见，常为肝血不足或肝肾阴虚。张道厚等认为该病病位主要在肝胆，其基本的病机是肝失疏泄，挟邪上扰，头侧肝胆经络不利，不通而痛，本病应从肝辨证论治。晏招兰等认为该病病程长，多为痰瘀互结阻络，气血失和而致病且日久难愈。刘锁超认为，患者脑窍脉络素有痰瘀宿疾潜伏，羁留不去，为病之根，肝、脾、胃等脏腑功能失调，气血阴阳失衡为本；外感风寒、内伤七情、饮食失节、劳逸失度为因。综上医家所论，本病的病因主要包括风、痰、湿、火、热、血虚、气虚、气血两虚等，其中风火痰瘀为病之标，多见于急性发作阶段；肝脾肾功能失调为病之本，是发病的基础。即以内伤为主，且中医学认为“不通则痛”，风邪入脑、瘀血阻络、肝经风火、肝阳上亢、痰浊蒙窍、精血不足等病变均可导致气血不能正常运行而引起头痛。
因为引起偏头痛的原因众多，单纯服用止痛药只会暂时缓解疼痛，对疾病的治疗起不到根本的作用，有些中成药虽然能够起到很好的治疗效果，但是因为针对性不强，并不是适用于各种原因引起的偏头痛。

本发明针对现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种治疗风热型偏头痛的中药、其剂型及其制备方法。

飞廉，川芎，风轮菜，桑叶，菊花，葛根，芦根，竹叶，生地，人参，天麻，红藤，徐长卿，甘草。
在上述方案的基础上，一种治疗风热型偏头痛的中药，含有以下重量分数的组分：

本发明以中医传统理论为基础，针对风热型偏头痛，本发明中药以疏风清热、生津止渴、活血通络为主要治则，按照中医君臣佐使关系组方，中药中：飞廉：祛风，清热，利湿，凉血散瘀川芎：祛风止痛、活血行气；五药合用为君药；风轮菜：疏风清热；桑叶：疏风清热、清肝明目；菊花：疏风清热、清热解毒、平肝明目；五药共为君药；葛根：清热生津、发表解肌；芦根：清热生津、清胃止呕、清热利尿；竹叶：清热除烦、生津、利尿；生地：养阴生津、清热凉血；人参：生津止渴、安神增志、补脾益肺、大补元气；五药共为臣药；天麻：祛风通络、平肝潜阳、息风止痉；红藤：通经活络、散瘀止痛、理气行血；徐长卿：活血通络，祛风止痛；三药合用为佐药；甘草：补中益气、缓急止痛、调和诸药；为使药。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明中药以纯中药为原料，毒副作用小，针对风热偏头痛，疏风清热、生津止渴、活血通络，治疗效果显著，药物经过超微粉碎，更大程度释放药效，中药膏剂，使用方便。

本发明药物的临床观察资料
1、一般资料
风热型偏头痛门诊患者64例，其中男32例，女32例。
2、诊断标准
2.1头痛部位多在头部一侧额颞、前额、颠顶，或左或右辗转发作。头痛的性质多为跳痛、刺痛、胀痛、昏痛、隐痛，或头痛如裂等。头痛每次发作可持续数分钟、数小时、数天，也有持续数周者。风热型偏头痛症候：偏头痛而胀，甚则头痛如裂，恶风发热，面红目赤，口渴欲饮，便秘溲黄，舌质红，苔黄，脉浮数。
2.2隐袭起病，逐渐加重或反复发作。
2.3应查血常规，测血压，必要时做腰穿、骨穿，脑电图。有条件时做经颅多普勒、CT、磁共振等检查，以明确头痛的病因，排除器质性疾病。
2.4排除标准：
2.4.1排除雷头风雷头风起病急骤，头痛如雷鸣，头面部起核块，红肿热痛，常伴恶寒发热、大便燥结，多为湿热或痰火上冲所致。
2.4.2排除类中风类中风病多见于45岁以上，眩晕反复发作，头痛突然加重时，常兼半身肢体活动不灵，或舌蹇语涩，多为风痰壅盛所致。
3、治疗方法
将本发明制备的膏剂涂抹于太阳穴处，每处10g，每日1次，10天为1疗程，连续使用2个疗程。
4、疗效标准
(1)治愈：症状消失无复发，相关实验室检查正常；
(2)显效：症状消失，颈颅多普勒超声检查正常，半年以内无复发；
(3)有效：症状减轻，实验室检查有所改善；
(4)无效：症状及实验室检查均无改善。
5、治疗结果
使用本发明实施例2制备的药物涂抹于患者的两个太阳穴处，每处10g，每日1次，10天为1疗程，连续使用2个疗程。经过2个疗程的治疗，64例患者的治疗结果如下：
治愈：23例；显效：31例；有效：9例；无效：1例。
治疗期间无不良反应。
