背景技术
原发性三叉神经痛系一种周期性、阵发性、剧烈而难以忍受的疼痛，疼痛常呈现出电击、针刺、刀割或烧灼样，一般数秒钟至数分钟后突然停止。三叉神经分布区有特别敏感的扳机点，疼痛常常局限在单侧三叉神经某一支或多支。以往临床上较为常用的方法有：药物治疗、酒精注射及手术治疗。手术治疗包括:周围支撕脱术、切断术及三叉神经脊髓束切断术。但多数患者难以接受手术治疗。复发后治疗效果多不佳。其他方法如药物卡马西平、酒精注射等治疗，其中卡马西平是药物治疗三叉神经痛的首选，但亦因副作用大或风险较高，患者难以接受。本发明制备得到的中药治疗三叉神经痛，取得了良好的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗效果好、有效率高、对人体无毒副作用的治疗三叉神经痛的中药。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，根据中医药理论，利用中药独特的药性，采用白花鹅掌柴，瑞香花，薜荔，龙船花，郁金，桔核，四楞通，姜黄，过江龙子，八角，甘草制成，按照一定的配伍要求，经过加工制成。
制备本发明中药由下述原料药制成：白花鹅掌柴50－70份，瑞香花30－40份，薜荔30－40份，龙船花20－30份，郁金20－30份，桔核20－30份，四楞通15－20份，姜黄15－20份，过江龙子15－20份，八角6－10份，甘草6－10份。
本发明中药原料药的最佳重量份为：白花鹅掌柴60份，瑞香花35份，薜荔35份，龙船花25份，郁金25份，桔核25份，四楞通18份，姜黄18份，过江龙子18份，八角8份，甘草8份。
本发明中药的药理作用如下：
白花鹅掌柴：微苦、涩、温。祛风止痛，舒筋活络。用于风湿痹痛，坐骨神经痛，偏正头痛，三叉神经痛，痛经等症。
瑞香花：甘、辛、平。归肺、胃、肝经。活血止痛，解毒散结。临床用于头痛，牙痛，咽喉肿痛，风湿痛，乳房肿硬，风湿疼痛等症。
薜荔：酸、凉。祛风除湿，活血通络，解毒消肿。临床用于风湿痹痛，坐骨神经痛，泻痢，尿淋，水肿，疟疾，闭经，产后瘀血腹痛，咽喉肿痛，睾丸炎，漆疮，痛疮肿毒，跌打损伤等症。
龙船花：甘、淡、凉。归肝经。清热凉血，散瘀止痛。用于高血压，月经不调，闭经，跌打损伤，疮疡疖肿等。
郁金：苦、辛、寒，归肝、胆、心经。活血行气止痛，解郁清心，利胆退黄，凉血。用于热病神昏、癫痫痰闭之证。
桔核：平、苦，归肝、肾经。理气、散结、止痛。用于小肠疝气，睾丸肿痛，乳痈肿痛。
四楞通：涩、甘、微寒。祛风通络，平肝熄风。临床用于风湿性关节炎，坐骨神经痛，跌打损伤，骨折，外伤出血，高血压，偏头痛，小儿惊风，脱肛等症。
姜黄：味苦、辛、性温。归脾、肝经。破血行气，通经止痛。血瘀气滞诸证、胞腹胁痛、妇女痛经、产后瘀滞腹痛、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤、痈肿等。
过江龙子：苦、辛温。归肝、胃经。为豆科植物九龙藤的种子。行气止痛、活血化瘀。用于血瘀气滞，胁肋胀痛，胃脘痛，跌打损伤。
八角：辛、甘、温。归肝、肾、脾、胃经。散寒、理气、止痛。用于寒疝腹痛，腰膝冷痛、畏寒呕吐、寒湿脚气等。
甘草：甘、平，归心、肺、脾、胃经。益气补中，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和药性。用于心气不足的心动悸、脉结代，热毒疮疡，咽喉肿痛。
本病属中医“头痛”证范畴。祖国医学认为“通则不痛，不通则痛”。其病因病机乃因风邪入中头面经络，和体内痰浊互结，日久痹阻络脉，气血流通不畅，不通则痛而致此病发生，所以法当祛风化痰、活血通络、缓急止痛。本发明白花鹅掌柴祛风止痛、舒筋活络，为君药，瑞香花活血止痛、解毒散结，薜荔祛风、活血通络、解毒消肿，为臣药；龙船花散瘀止痛，郁金活血行气止痛，桔核理气、散结、止痛，四楞通祛风通络，姜黄行气止痛，过江龙子行气止痛、活血，八角理气止痛，甘草活血行气、止痛、补益肝肾。诸药合用，共奏祛风止痛、活血通络、行气解毒之功，达到治疗三叉神经痛的目的。
本发明中药使用于2009年至2013年临床观察三叉神经痛症55例患者，临床报告如下：
1、一般资料
55例患者中，女性25例，男性30例，年龄最小45岁，最大77岁，病程多在2个月到5年，平均年龄53岁。
2、诊断标准
参照《内科疾病诊断标准》：
面和额部持续数秒到2min以内的发作性疼痛，疼痛有以下4个特点：疼痛位于三叉神经1支或1支以上的分布，疼痛具有突然、剧烈、表浅、刀割样或烧灼样的性质，由触发区域开始，或由某些日常活动如进食、说话、洗脸、刷牙引起，在两次发作间期患者完全正常，疼痛发作时，眼结膜充血，流泪，面部发红，流涎，因反复疼痛可见面部抽搐，没有神经系统的任何缺损所见。
3、治疗方法
3.1处方：白花鹅掌柴60g，瑞香花35g，薜荔35g，龙船花25g，郁金25g，桔核25g，四楞通18g，姜黄18g，过江龙子18g，八角8g，甘草8g。
3.2制备方法：上述药物按常规工艺制成汤剂。
3.3服用方法：每次1剂，每日2次，30天为1疗程。
4、治疗结果：
4.1参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》：
治愈: 治疗后疼痛消失，随访半年没有复发；
显效: 用药后疼痛消失，随访半年内有复发(＞3个月)，再用药仍有效；
有效：用药后症状缓解，但1-2个月内复发；
未愈: 症状无明显改变。
4.2结果：55例患者中，治愈25例(45.5％)，显效18例(32.7％)，有效7例（12.7％），未愈5例(9.1％)，总有效率为90.9％。
5、典型病例
5.1孙某，男，66岁。自述三叉神经痛3年，触摸面部或情绪激动时会触发三叉神经痛。发作时右侧面颊、下颌如闪电样疼痛，严重影响日常生活。曾服用卡马西平，起初疼痛可以缓解，后效果不佳，舌红苔薄黄，舌边有瘀点，脉沉弦。服用本发明治疗三叉神经痛的中药进行治疗，治疗2个疗程后，疼痛程度、次数均减轻，继续服用1个疗程，痊愈，随访半年未发作。
5.2刘某，女，52岁，左侧牙龈、面颊疼痛，牵引头角，反复发作，势如刀割针刺，呻吟不已，口唇颊车下颌部微麻，颊部潮红，流泪流涎，甚至微风拂面，即可促发阵痛。服用了本发明治疗三叉神经痛的中药，1个疗程，疼痛程度、次数均减轻，继续服用1个疗程，痊愈，随访半年未发作。

实施例1，一种治疗三叉神经痛的中药，它是由下述原料药制成：白花鹅掌柴50g，瑞香花30g，薜荔30g，龙船花20g，郁金20g，桔核20g，四楞通15g，姜黄15g，过江龙子15g，八角6g，甘草6g。

1.一种治疗三叉神经痛的中药，其特征在于包括以下原料药：
白花鹅掌柴50－70份，瑞香花30－40份，薜荔30－40份，龙船花20－30份，郁金20－30份，桔核20－30份，四楞通15－20份，姜黄15－20份，过江龙子15－20份，八角6－10份，甘草6－10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药，其特征在包括以下原料药：
白花鹅掌柴60份，瑞香花35份，薜荔35份，龙船花25份，郁金25份，桔核25份，四楞通18份，姜黄18份，过江龙子18份，八角8份，甘草8份。
