背景技术
[0002] 原发性痛经是指生殖器无器质性病变的痛经，是妇科常见病症之一。患者在月经前后或者月经期出现下腹疼痛，坠胀，伴有腰酸或其他不适，较严重影响生活质量。该病治疗方法较多，通常用前列腺素合成酶抑制剂或避孕药等配合解痉镇痛药治疗，能暂时缓解疼痛，但疗效不彻底。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗效果好、有效率高、对人体无毒副作用的治疗原发性痛经的中药。
[0004] 本发明的目的是这样实现的，根据中医药理论，利用中药独特的药性，采用郁金、牛夕、姜黄、丹皮、马鞭草、黄芩、枸杞子、党参、泽兰、龙船花按照一定的配伍要求，经过加工制成。
[0005] 制备本发明中药由下述原料药制成郁金20-40份、牛夕20-40份、姜黄20_40份、丹皮15-25份、马鞭草15-25份、黄芩10-20份、枸杞子10-20份、党参10-20份、泽兰10-20份、龙船花10-20份。
[0006] 本发明中药原料药的最佳重量份为:郁金30份、牛夕30份、姜黄30份、丹皮20份、马鞭草20份、黄芩15份、枸杞子15份、党参15份、泽兰15份、龙船花15份。
[0007] 本发明中药的药理作用如下:
[0008] 郁金:苦、辛、寒，归肝、胆、心经。活血行气止痛，解郁清心，利胆退黄，凉血。用于热病神昏、癫痫痰闭之证。
[0009] 牛夕:苦、甘、酸、平。归肝、肾经。活血通经，补肝肾，强筋骨，利水通淋，引火下行。用于瘀血阻滞的经闭、痛经、月经不调，肾虚腰痛及久痹腰膝酸痛乏力，头痛，眩晕等火热上炎之证
[0010] 姜黄:味苦、辛、性温。归脾、肝经。破血行气，通经止痛。血瘀气滞诸证、胞腹胁痛、妇女痛经、产后瘀滞腹痛、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤、痈肿等。
[0011] 丹皮:辛苦、凉、微寒。归心、甘、肾、肺经。清热，活血散瘀。用于温热病热入血分，吐衄，阴虚骨蒸潮热，血滞经闭，原发性痛经，痈肿疮毒，跌扑伤痛，风湿热痹等。
[0012] 马鞭草:苦、辛、微寒。归肝、脾经。清热解毒，活血通经，利水消肿，截虐。主治感冒发热，咽喉肿痛，牙龈肿痛，黄疸，痢疾，血瘀经闭，痛经，癥瘕，水肿，小便不利，疟疾，痈疮肿毒，跌打损伤等。
[0013] 黄芩:苦、寒，归肺、胃经。清热燥湿，泻火解毒。外用于痈肿疮毒、湿热痞闷。
[0014] 枸杞子:甘、平。归肝、肾经。补肝肾，明目。用于肝肾不足，腰酸遗精，头晕目眩，视力减退，消渴等。[0015] 党参:甘、平。归脾、肺经。益气、生津、养血。用于中气不足的体虚倦怠，肺气亏虚的咳嗽气促，气津两伤的气短口渴，头晕心悸等。
[0016] 泽兰:苦、辛、微温。归肝、脾经。活血化瘀，行气消肿，解毒消痈。主治妇女经闭，痛经,产后瘀滞腹痛,癥瘕浮肿,跌打损伤,痈肿疮毒等。
[0017] 龙船花:甘、淡、凉。归肝经。清热凉血，散瘀止痛。用于高血压，月经不调，闭经，跌打损伤，疮瘍市肿等。
[0018] 祖国医学认为其发病与先天禀赋、身体状况、情绪、劳累、受寒、生活习惯突然改变等因素有关，其病机为“不通则痛”、或“不荣则痛”。本发明中郁金为君药，具有解郁清心，止痛调经的作用，牛夕、姜黄、泽兰、龙船花行气活血止痛，丹皮、马鞭草凉血调经，黄芩清热燥湿，枸杞子、党参补益肝肾、益气养阴。经过临床实践发现，对原发性痛经具有独特的疗效，诸药共奏活血调经， 调理气机、祛瘀止痛之功效，达到治疗原发性痛经的目的。
[0019] 本发明中药于2008年至2011年临床观察原发性痛经100例患者，临床报告如下:
[0020] 1、一般资料
[0021] 100例患者中，年龄17-29岁，病程多在3个月到2年，平均年龄22岁。
[0022] 2、诊断标准
[0023] 参照《现代中医临床诊断学》中的诊断依据进行临床诊断:
[0024] (I)发于青春期的未婚女子；(2)小腹疼痛，可痛及腰骶，或向会阴、肛门放射，且发生于经期或行经前后，经后疼痛自行消失，呈周期性反复发作；(3)排除器质性病变。
[0025] 3、治疗方法
[0026] 3.1处方:郁金30g、牛夕30g、姜黄30g、丹皮20g、马鞭草20g、黄岑15g、枸杞子15g、党参15g、泽兰15g、龙船花15g。
[0027] 3.2制备及使用方法:上述药物按常规工艺制成汤剂，每次于行经前3天开始服药，每日I剂，每日2次，6天为I疗程。
[0028] 4、治疗结果:
[0029] 4.1治疗评定标准，根据国家中医药管理局制定的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》判定:
[0030] 痊愈:疼痛消失，连续3个月经周期未见复发；
[0031] 好转:疼痛减轻或疼痛消失，但不能维持3个月以上；
[0032] 无效:疼痛未见改善。
[0033] 4.2结果:100例患者中，痊愈80例(80%)，好转16例(16%)，无效4例(4%)，总有效率为96%。
[0034] 典型病例
[0035] 1、刘某，18岁，学生。患者自13岁月经初潮即原发性痛经，经期小腹绞痛，面白，汗出，畏寒肢冷，小腹空坠，腰酸。妇科及B超检查未见生殖器异常。舌质淡苔白，脉沉无力，每次行经都不能上课，只有口服止痛药方能坚持，且长期服用导致药物性胃炎。经前连续服用本发明中药，经前3天服至经净痛止，每日I剂，治疗2个月经周期而痊愈，半年后随访无复发。
[0036] 2、齐某，22岁，2009年就诊。经前至经期少腹胀痛，经期后延，量少色暗，伴有血块，胁肋及乳房胀痛，烦躁，舌质有瘀点，苔薄白，脉弦。经妇科检查未见器质性病变。服用本发明中药，经前3天服至经净痛止，每日I剂。经治疗3个月经周期，月经正常，痊愈，一年后随访无复发。

Claims (2)
1.一种治疗原发性痛经的中药，其特征在于它是由下述原料药制成: 郁金20-40份、牛膝20-40份、姜黄20-40份、丹皮15-25份、马鞭草15-25份、黄芩10-20份、枸杞子10-20份、党参10-20份、泽兰10-20份、龙船花10-20份，上述原料药按常规工艺制成汤剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药，其特征在于它是由下述原料药制成: 郁金30份、牛膝30份、姜黄30份、丹皮20份、马鞭草20份、黄芩15份、枸杞子15份、党参15份、泽兰15份、龙船花1·5份，上述原料药按常规工艺制成汤剂。
