Abstract
本发明涉及一种液化天然气加注车罐体。内容器内固定有内支撑,内容器的表面上贴敷绝热层,内容器外通过多个定位架与内容器同轴固定外罐体,外罐体外固定外支撑,所述的内容器、外罐体壁上密封固定有循环真空管、出液真空管、回气真空管,循环真空管、出液真空管、回气真空管与内容器内腔密封相通。加注车出液口、循环口、回气口采用高真空绝热低温管结构,通过真空管的高真空绝热性能,减少管路系统的漏热放热,有效减低静态蒸发率。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于LNG(液化天然气)移动加注车加气技术领域,特别涉及一种液化天然气加注车罐体,满足LNG加注车对管道绝热和散热的特殊要求。
背景技术
气候变化问题已成为影响人类社会发展和全球政治经济格局的重大战略课题。从全球范围来看,交通运输业在世界能源消费和温室气体排放中所占比重均超过20%,且仍呈较快上升态势。随着世界能源危机和环境问题的日益突出。一方面,石油资源短缺,逐年增加的汽车保有量加剧了能源短缺的矛盾;另一方面,汽车的大量使用加剧了环境污染,加速推广和发展天然气汽车为代表的新能源汽车势在必行,LNG汽车以其储能密度大、车辆续里程长驶、运行成本低、安全性较高等特点而被广大客户认同与接受。随着LNG汽车的推广和应用,迫切需要与之配套的加气技术,我公司所发明的LNG移动加注车可实现在随时在任何固定的场所为LNG汽车加气。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种液化天然气加注车罐体。加注车出液口、循环口、回气口采用高真空绝热低温管结构,通过真空管的高真空绝热性能,减少管路系统的漏热放热,有效减低静态蒸发率。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:内容器内固定有内支撑,内容器的表面上贴敷绝热层,内容器外通过多个定位架与内容器同轴固定外罐体,外罐体外固定外支撑,所述的内容器、外罐体壁上密封固定有循环真空管、出液真空管、回气真空管,循环真空管、出液真空管、回气真空管与内容器内腔密封相通。
本发明具有下列优点:1)、高真空绝热低温管具有真空绝热性能,有效防止加注系统的散热漏热;2)、高真空绝热低温管相对独立,如果出现问题具有独立维修检修能力,维修方面;3)、使用封盖进行连接,封盖具有缓冲作用,有效缓解车辆运输的冲击,也提供了罐体热胀冷缩空间余量,防止罐体拉裂。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,内容器11内固定有内支撑4,内容器11的表面上贴敷绝热层13,内容器11外通过多个定位架3与内容器11同轴固定外罐体2,外罐体2外固定外支撑1,所述的内容器11、外罐体2壁上密封固定有循环真空管6、出液真空管8、回气真空管10,循环真空管6、出液真空管8、回气真空管10与内容器11内腔密封相通。
所述的循环真空管6、出液真空管8、回气真空管10分别通过循环封盖5、出液封盖7、回气封盖9与外罐体2外壁密封固定。
所述外罐体2的内壁与绝热层13之间有空腔12。

1.一种液化天然气加注车罐体,其特征在于:内容器(11)内固定有内支撑(4),内容器(11)的表面上贴敷绝热层(13),内容器(11)外通过多个定位架(3)与内容器(11)同轴固定外罐体(2),外罐体(2)外固定外支撑(1),所述的内容器(11)、外罐体(2)壁上密封固定有循环真空管(6)、出液真空管(8)、回气真空管(10),循环真空管(6)、出液真空管(8)、回气真空管(10)与内容器(11)内腔密封相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液化天然气加注车罐体,其特征在于:所述的循环真空管(6)、出液真空管(8)、回气真空管(10)分别通过循环封盖(5)、出液封盖(7)、回气封盖(9)与外罐体(2)外壁密封固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液化天然气加注车罐体,其特征在于:所述外罐体(2)的内壁与绝热层(13)之间有空腔(12)。
