本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,本发明要求保护一种高分子基材用的光固化防水涂层,其包括如下组分及重量比:49‑75%的光敏树脂,5‑45%的防水性氟碳功能稀释剂,5‑20%的光敏交联性稀释剂,1‑6%的光引发剂,0‑8%的消光粉。本发明得到的高分子基材表面处理的光固化防水涂层有效地解决了现有光固化涂层在高分子基材表面的涂覆难题,获得的涂层经重压无白印,经300次摩擦漆膜不脱落,经20次弯折无折痕,且其防水效果均达到行业要求。

一种高分子基材用的光固化防水涂层及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及防水性光固化涂层合成技术领域,特别涉及一种适用于高分子基材表面处理的光固化防水涂层及其制备方法。
背景技术
光固化涂料又称光敏涂料,是以紫外光为涂料固化能源,又称紫外光固化涂料,不需加热,可在纸张、塑料、皮革和木材等易燃底材上迅速固化成膜。主要由光敏树脂、光敏剂(光引发剂)和稀释剂组成,同时加入一些添加剂,如热稳定剂,制备色漆时加入颜料和填料。
传统的涂料固化通常是通过加热即物理干燥的方法除去高分子溶液中的溶剂,得到硬化的漆膜。UV固化则是利用紫外光的能量引发涂料中的低分子预聚体或齐聚体及作为活性稀释剂的单体分子之间的聚合及交联反应,得到硬化漆膜,实质上是通过形成化学键实现化学干燥。
光固化涂层与传统涂层相比,具有以下优点:固化速度快(几分之一秒到几分钟),固化温度低,能量利用高;挥发分少,安全无污染。被业内认为是省能源、无公害、高效率的涂料新品种,在电子、橡塑、核能等对热敏感和某些特殊领域得到广泛应用与推广。
但是现有技术中,光固化涂层在高分子基材尤其是柔性高分子材料表面的应用还鲜有报道,市售的光固化涂层,一旦基材经受强力压褶、打卷、弯折,就会出现明显的白印、折痕,甚至出现漆面断折等缺陷。为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明由此而来。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一方面技术问题是提供一种适用于高分子基材表面处理的光固化防水涂层,解决现有光固化涂层不耐曲折和防水性能等缺陷。
本发明的第二方面的是提供上述高分子基材专用的光固化防水涂层的制备方法。
本发明的第三方面的是提供上述高分子基材专用的光固化防水涂层的用途。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一方面的技术方案为:高分子基材用的光固化防水涂层,其包括如下组分及重量比:49-75%的光敏树脂、5-45%的防水性氟碳功能稀释剂、5-20%的光敏交联性稀释剂、1-6%的光引发剂,0-8%的消光粉。
本发明一优选技术方案中,所述的光敏树脂为一种结构为聚氨酯改性的单官能化丙烯酸大分子单体,具体结构示意图式为:
CH2=C(X)-C(O)-O-[(CH2-C(Y)-O)n-C(O)-NH---]m,其中X=H或者CH3;Y=H或者CH3;n=10-20;m=3-5。
本发明一优选技术方案中,防水性氟碳功能稀释剂选自下列羧基化合物的一种或者两种以上的任意混合:丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯、丙烯酸十三氟异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯。
本发明一优选技术方案中,光敏交联性稀释剂选自下列交联稀释剂的一种或者两种以上的任意混合:二乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇(200)二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三甲基丙烯酸酯。
本发明一优选技术方案中,所述光引发剂选自下列光引发剂的一种或者两种以上的任意混合:2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2-甲基-2-(4-吗啉基)-1-[4-(甲硫基)苯基]-1-丙酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦、苯甲酰甲酸甲酯、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯。
本发明一优选技术方案中,所述消光粉选自一种或两种超细粒径的下列物质的混合:超细二氧化硅、超细滑石粉、纳米硬脂酸铝、纳米硬脂酸钙、聚丙烯酰胺树脂。这里所述的“超细粒径”是指粒径为纳米级。
所述光固化防水涂层为占涂层的总重量49-75%的本单位自制光敏树脂、占涂层的总重量5-45%的防水性氟碳功能稀释剂、占涂层的总重量5-20%的光敏交联性稀释剂、占涂层的总重量1-6%的光引发剂以及占涂层的总重量0-8%的消光粉在温度为20-25℃时混合预聚反应而得。
本发明还提供了一种高分子基材用的光固化防水涂层的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:按比例将光敏树脂、防水性氟碳功能稀释剂和光敏交联性稀释剂分别加入反应釜中,搅拌直到混合均匀,在温度为20-25℃时搅拌情况下缓慢加入光引发剂,搅匀密封得到光固化涂料。
本发明一优选技术方案中,在加入光引发剂的同时,搅拌加入消光粉。
本发明第三方面提供了光固化防水涂层的应用,将其涂覆于高分子基材。
所述的高分子基材包括但不限为:PVC,PE,PP,PET,PS等。
本发明得到的高分子基材表面处理的光固化防水涂层有效地解决了现有光固化涂层在高分子基材表面的涂覆难题,获得的涂层经重压无白印,经300次摩擦漆膜不脱落,经20次 弯折无折痕;且其防水效果均达到行业要求:防水等级超过4级,负水滴12小时以上无水痕。

为进一步理解本发明,下面结合具体实施例对本发明优选方案进行描述,但是应当理解,这些描述只是为进一步说明本发明的特征和优点,而不是对本发明权利要求的限制。
聚氨酯改性的单官能化丙烯酸大分子单体的制备方法,其结构式如下:
CH2=C(X)-C(O)-O-[(CH2-C(Y)-O)n-C(O)-NH---]m,其中X=H或者CH3;Y=H或者CH3;n=10-20;m=3-5,具体包括如下步骤:
(a)向反应容器中加入低分子量聚二醇、非醇类无吡啶的有机溶剂,置于100-120℃回流脱水1-3小时;
(b)向反应容器中再加入催化剂,搅拌均匀后降温至60-80℃,随后滴加二异氰酸酯反应1-3小时;
(c)随后向反应容器中加入阻聚剂,并滴加烯烃基酰氯反应1-2小时,且所述聚二醇、二异氰酸酯和烯烃基酰氯的质量比为50-100:30-80:5-25。
实施例1
聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯光固化树脂的制备:取50重量份的甲苯和低分子量100重量份的聚丙二醇投入反应瓶中,升温到110℃回流脱水2hrs;加入少量催化剂,搅拌直到混合均匀。维持温度80℃条件下,慢慢滴加33重量份的六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,反应2hrs。加入阻聚剂,再逐滴加入甲基丙烯酰氯重量份21,反应1.5hrs可得聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯光固化树脂(详见专利CN2015102217864)。

取聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯光固化树脂49g和防水性氟碳功能稀释剂45g(其中丙烯酸六氟丁酯10g、甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯2g、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯12g、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯9g、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯12g),光敏交联性稀释剂5g(乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯2g,聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯3g)投入反应釜中,搅拌直到混合均匀。搅拌下慢慢加入光引发剂1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮1g,搅匀密封得到光固化涂料1。经上机涂覆于PVC等高分子基材发现,该涂层能够满足耐曲折和防水性能的要求:重压无白印,摩擦300次漆膜不脱落,弯折20次基本无折痕,防水等级为5级,有明显“荷叶效应”,负水滴72小时无水痕。

取聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯光固化树脂56g和防水性氟碳功能稀释剂30g(其中丙烯酸六氟丁酯10g、甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯5g、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯10g、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯5g),光敏交联性稀释剂10g(其中三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯3g,聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯5g,季戊四醇三甲基丙烯酸值2g)投入反应釜中,搅拌直到混合均匀。搅拌下慢慢加入光引发剂4g(1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮2g,2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦2g),搅匀密封得到光固化涂料2。经上机涂覆于PVC等高分子基材发现,该涂层能够满足耐曲折和防水性能的要求:重压无白印,摩擦300次漆膜不脱落,弯折20次无折痕,防水等级为5级,有明显“荷叶效应”,负水滴72小时无水痕。

取聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯光固化树脂55g和防水性氟碳功能稀释剂12g(其中甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯2g、丙烯酸十三氟异辛酯1g、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯3g,丙烯酸六氟丁酯3g、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯3g),光敏交联性稀释剂19g(乙二醇二甲基烯酸酯5g,三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯3g,季戊四醇三甲基丙烯酸值3g,聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯8g)投入反应釜中,搅拌直到混合均匀。搅拌下慢慢加入光引发剂6g(苯甲酰甲酸甲酯3g,2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮3g)和消光粉8g(超细滑石粉2g,纳米硬脂酸铝2g,聚丙烯酰胺树脂4g),搅匀密封得到光固化涂料5。经上机涂覆于PVC等高分子基材发现,该涂层能够满足耐曲折和防水性能的要求:重压无白印,摩擦300次漆膜不脱落,弯折20次无折痕,防水等级为4-5级,有明显“荷叶效应”,负水滴24小时无水痕。
通过以上的对比应用例证实,本发明得到的高分子基材表面处理的光固化防水涂层有效地解决了现有光固化涂层在高分子基材表面的涂覆难题,所获得的涂层经重压无白印,经300次摩擦漆膜不脱落,经20次弯折无折痕;且其防水效果均达到行业要求,防水等级超过4级,负水滴12小时以上无水痕。本发明的产品利用光固化技术很好地解决了高分子基材表面的涂覆难题,可望为企业生产带来实际效益。
本发明的技术内容及技术特征已揭示如上,然而熟悉本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的教示及揭示而作种种不背离本发明精神的替换及修饰,因此,本发明保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为本专利申请权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (1)

1.一种高分子基材用的光固化防水涂层,其特征在于,其包括如下组分及重量比:聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯光固化树脂49g,防水性氟碳功能稀释剂45g和光敏交联性稀释剂5g;其中,防水性氟碳功能稀释剂包括:丙烯酸六氟丁酯10g、甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯2g、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯12g、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯9g、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯12g;
所述光敏交联性稀释剂为:乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯2g,聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯3g。
