本发明公开了防止斜交航空轮胎硫化时第一层帘布接头肩部脱开露线的方法,该方法通过采用物理性能与航空轮胎内层挂胶相似,硫化速度较气密层胶或隔离胶稍快的接头胶片,贴在第一层帘布接头的两边肩部。在轮胎硫化时因接头胶片的硫化速度稍快,可实现对接头有效的固定,避免硫化时胎里肩部第一层帘布接头脱开,露到气密层胶或隔离胶片外。经试验验证,该方法能有效防止斜交航空轮胎硫化时第一层帘布接头肩部部位脱开、露线。从而可提高产品合格率,及改善斜交航空轮胎成品质量,保证其使用强度及气密性。

技术领域
本发明涉及斜交航空轮胎,具体是一种防止斜交航空轮胎硫化时第一层帘布接头肩部脱开露线的方法。
背景技术
现代的飞机要求轮胎具有尽可能小的尺寸、更大的负荷能力及更高的起飞速度。对于高负荷及高速度的斜交航空轮胎,其主要设计特点是:采用更多的胎体帘布层数和较大的胎体帘线角度;冠部趋扁平化,轮胎外轮廓的胎冠部位采用较大的圆弧半径,减小胎肩圆弧半径;降低断面高度及减小轮胎的纵横比;采用大角度带束补强层结构,及胎面补强结构。这些措施的采用使轮胎纵向变形减少,及轮胎径向所受的“箍紧”力增大,轮胎刚性增强。
具有上述设计特点的斜交航空轮胎在定型硫化时,轮胎肩部在冠部及胎侧之后接触模腔,加上肩部弧度半径较小的影响,胎里肩部帘线所受伸张力特别大,而第一层帘布接头是应力集中部位。轮胎定型硫化合模后,胶料在压力的作用下向模型方向流动,第一层帘布接头的肩部部位在伸张力的作用下可能出现脱开现象,且脱开的接头帘线会露到胎里气密层胶或隔离胶外,这一质量问题对轮胎的强度及气密性都有不利影响,降低了产品的合格率。
通常为了避免这一质量问题,采用的工艺技术方法为:一、适当加长帘布长度;二、增加胎里密封层胶或隔离胶肩部的厚度。这两种方法存在的问题为:对于方法一,受结构设计参数范围影响,帘布加长是有限的,对于肩部伸张力很大的斜交航空轮胎其效果并不明显;对于方法二,在实际应用中对第一层帘布,肩部整片露线的轮胎有一定的效果,但其不能避免接头脱开,对此类接头脱开露线效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决现有工艺技术方法的不足,而提供一种能有效防止斜交航空轮胎硫化时第一层帘布接头肩部脱开、露线的方法。解决高速高负荷的现代斜交航空轮胎结构设计带来的工艺质量问题,从而提高产品合格率,及改善斜交航空轮胎质量,保证其使用强度及气密性。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种防止斜交航空轮胎硫化时第一层帘布接头肩部脱开、露线的方法,是采用硫化速度较气密层胶或隔离胶稍快的接头胶片,贴在第一层帘布接头的两边肩部。在轮胎硫化时因接头胶片的硫化速度稍快,可实现对接头有效的固定,避免硫化时第一层帘布接头肩部部位脱开,露到气密层胶或隔离胶外。方法包括如下步骤:
(1)采用物理性能与航空轮胎内层挂胶相似,但胶料起硫时间T10较气密层胶料快3~6min的胶料,在压片机上热炼后,压出宽度为15~30㎜,厚度为0.5~1㎜的接头胶片;
(2)在贴合轮胎胎体帘布时,先将按上述方法制成的胶片按50~150㎜长度剪成小段胶片备用;
(3)将接头胶片分别贴在轮胎两边肩部第一层帘布接头上;
(4)接头胶片贴好后压实,再在上面贴合气密层胶或隔离胶片,然后按轮胎的正常工艺生产即可。
经试验,采用该方法,轮胎定型硫化后,第一层帘布接头的肩部部位没有出现脱开现象,接头帘线不会露到胎里气密层胶或隔离胶外,从而提高了产品合格率。据统计原来由于这一质量问题产生的不合格品约占产量的5%~10%,采用该方法后降低至1%以下。
本发明的优点是:该方法采用硫化速度较气密层胶或隔离胶稍快的接头胶片,贴在第一层帘布接头的两边肩部。在轮胎硫化时因接头胶片的硫化速度稍快,可实现对接头有效的固定,避免硫化时第一层帘布接头肩部部位脱开,露到气密层胶或隔离胶外。从而有效提高产品合格率,及改善斜交航空轮胎成品质量,保证其使用强度及气密性。
具体实施方式
一种防止斜交航空轮胎硫化时第一层帘布接头肩部部位脱开、露线的方法,具体包括如下步骤:
1、采用物理性能与航空轮胎内层挂胶相似,但胶料起硫时间T10较气密层胶料或隔离胶快5min的胶料,在压片机上热炼后,压出宽度为17㎜,厚度为0.8㎜的接头胶片;
2、在贴合轮胎胎体帘布时,先将按上述方法制成的小胶片剪成80㎜长,具体长度根据轮胎大小及断面而定,两边肩部位置都需要贴,因此一个接头需要两段胶片;
3、将接头胶片贴在轮胎两边肩部第一层帘布接头上,具体为根据轮胎断面,计算出胎肩准确位置,定位贴;
4、接头胶片贴好后压实,再在上面贴合气密层胶或隔离胶片,然后按轮胎的正常工艺生产即可。

1.防止斜交航空轮胎硫化时第一层帘布接头肩部脱开露线的方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
(1)采用物理性能与航空轮胎内层挂胶相似,但胶料起硫时间T10较气密层胶料快3~6min的胶料,在压片机上热炼后,压出宽度为15~30㎜,厚度为0.5~1㎜的接头胶片;
(2)在贴合轮胎胎体帘布时,先将按上述方法制成的胶片按50~150㎜长度剪成小段胶片备用;
(3)将接头胶片分别贴在轮胎两边肩部第一层帘布接头上;
(4)接头胶片贴好后压实,再在上面贴合气密层胶或隔离胶片,然后按轮胎的正常工艺生产即可。
