技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车地毯的成型方法，特别涉及一种PVC汽车地毯一次性吸附和发泡的方法。
背景技术
现有的PVC汽车地毯的成型方法是：先将地毯面料放在凸起的模具上进行吸附成型，然后，将成型的PVC地毯翻过来放到凹陷的模具上，进行第二次的发泡工序。如此，需要两套模具和设备，需要两个步骤才能完成汽车地毯的吸附和发泡。导致设备投资大，工序多，生产人员多，生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种PVC汽车地毯一次性吸附和发泡的方法。
该方法是将PVC地毯面料在凹陷的下模具上进行吸附成型，PVC地毯吸附成型后，在其上涂抹发泡材料，然后在发泡材料表面覆盖一层塑料薄膜，然后，凸起的上模具下行与凹陷的下模具合模，凹陷的下模具为定模，凸起的上模具为动模，凸起的上模具周边具有加热装置，凹陷的下模具与凸起的上模具合模后，将塑料薄膜的周边与吸附成型的PVC地毯粘合在一起，将发泡材料封闭在其中。
本发明的有益效果：
PVC汽车地毯的吸附和发泡工序在一个设备上一次性完成，大大提供了生产效率，还节约了人工成本，降低了设备的投资。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本发明之方法是将PVC地毯面料在凹陷的下模具2上进行吸附成型，PVC地毯吸附成型后，在吸附成型的PVC地毯上涂抹发泡材料，然后在发泡材料表面覆盖一层塑料薄膜，然后，凸起的上模具1下行与凹陷的下模具2合模，凹陷的下模具2为定模，凸起的上模具1为动模，凸起的上模具1周边具有加热装置，凹陷的下模具2与凸起的上模具1合模后，将塑料薄膜的周边与吸附成型的PVC地毯粘合在一起，将发泡材料封闭在其中。

1.一种PVC汽车地毯一次性吸附和发泡的方法，该方法是：将PVC地毯面料在凹陷的下模具上进行吸附成型，PVC地毯吸附成型后，在其上涂抹发泡材料，然后在发泡材料表面覆盖一层塑料薄膜，然后，凸起的上模具下行与凹陷的下模具合模，凹陷的下模具为定模，凸起的上模具为动模，凸起的上模具周边具有加热装置，凹陷的下模具与凸起的上模具合模后，将塑料薄膜的周边与吸附成型的PVC地毯粘合在一起，将发泡材料封闭在其中。
