本发明涉及水产养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种海参卵人工孵化方法,选择性腺发育成熟的亲参,人工刺激产卵后,进行人工授精,将孵化液通入孵化池内,将受精卵移至孵化池,孵化密度为3-5粒/ml,在孵化过程中用氦氖激光照射受精卵,工作波长为632.8nm,激光输出功率为8mW,受精卵发育成耳状幼体后,将耳状幼体移至养育池,养育温度为23-26℃,养育盐度为15%,养育密度为50-70个/平方米,养育期间,将黄虫粉、裙带菜粉、发菜粉、软泥、蛋白粉、糯米粉按2:8:5:1:2:0.5的重量比混合加水揉捻成粒径为1mm以下的颗粒状,施洒于养殖池内,每天施洒2次,每次施洒30-50g/平方米。

本发明涉及水产养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种海参卵人工孵化方法。
背景技术
海参,是生活在海边至8000米的海洋棘皮动物,距今已有六亿多年的历史,海参以海底藻类和浮游生物为食,海参全身长满肉刺,广布于世界各海洋中,我国南海沿岸种类较多,约有二十余种海参可供食用,海参同人参、燕窝、鱼翅齐名,是世界八大珍品之一,海参不仅是珍贵的食品,也是名贵的药材,据《本草纲目拾遗》中记载,海参,味甘咸,补肾,益精髓,摄小便,壮阳疗痿,其性温补,足敌人参,故名海参,海参具有提高记忆力、延缓性腺衰老,防止动脉硬化以及抗肿瘤等作用,海参的卵巢,一般有300多万个卵子,最高的有600万个,最低也有100万个,用人工控制水温,刺激海参自行排卵受精,卵子的受精率最高的能达到99%,一般的也能达到90%,但幼苗成活率较低。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中海参育苗存在着周期长,幼苗受环境影响较大造成成活率低的缺点,本发明提供一种海参卵人工孵化方法。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种海参卵人工孵化方法,其孵化步骤如下:
选择性腺发育成熟的亲参,人工刺激产卵后,进行人工授精;
将孵化液通入孵化池内,将受精卵移至孵化池,孵化密度为3-5粒/ml,孵化池内溶解氧保持在10-12mg/L,孵化温度保持在25-26℃,孵化液由水、水解蛋白、α-亚麻酸、复合维生素、葡萄糖、葡萄糖酸钙、硫酸锌、海藻酸钠按100:5:0.2:0.5:5:2:0.1:7的重量比混合制成;
在孵化过程中用氦氖激光照射受精卵,工作波长为632.8nm,激光输出功率为8mW;
受精卵发育成耳状幼体后,将耳状幼体移至养育池,养育温度为23-26℃,养育密度为50-70个/平方米,养育盐度为15%,养育池溶解氧保持在16-18mg/L,养育过程中每天用光照强度为800-1000lx的日光灯照射24小时,养育期间,将黄虫粉、裙带菜粉、发菜粉、软泥、蛋白粉、糯米粉按2:8:5:1:2:0.5的重量比混合加水揉捻成粒径为1mm以下的颗粒状,施洒于养殖池内,每天施洒2次,每次施洒30-50g/平方米。
本发明采用人工孵化海参卵,为受精卵提供统一孵化环境,提高了海参卵孵化率和孵化成活率,孵化成活率可达99.6%,同时人工孵化还缩短了海参卵孵化周期,孵化期间易于管理,受精卵移至孵化池后经10小时即可发育成耳状幼体,初耳状幼体体高可达500μm,中耳状幼体体高可达到800μm,大耳状幼体提高可达1200μm,耳状幼体经在养育池内培养10-12天后即可发育成稚参。
具体实施方式
选择性腺发育成熟的亲参,人工刺激产卵后,进行人工授精;
将孵化液通入孵化池内,将受精卵移至孵化池,孵化密度为4粒/ml,孵化池内溶解氧保持在11mg/L,孵化温度保持在26℃,孵化液由水、水解蛋白、α-亚麻酸、复合维生素、葡萄糖、葡萄糖酸钙、硫酸锌、海藻酸钠按100:5:0.2:0.5:5:2:0.1:7的重量比混合制成;
在孵化过程中用氦氖激光照射受精卵,工作波长为632.8nm,激光输出功率为8mW;
受精卵发育成耳状幼体后,将耳状幼体移至养育池,养育温度为25℃,养育密度为60个/平方米,养育盐度为15%,养育池溶解氧保持在17mg/L,养育过程中每天用光照强度为900lx的日光灯照射24小时,养育期间,将黄虫粉、裙带菜粉、发菜粉、软泥、蛋白粉、糯米粉按2:8:5:1:2:0.5的重量比混合加水揉捻成粒径为1mm以下的颗粒状,施洒于养殖池内,每天施洒2次,每次施洒40g/平方米。
Claims (1)
1.一种海参卵人工孵化方法,其特征在于,其孵化步骤如下:
a、选择性腺发育成熟的亲参,人工刺激产卵后,进行人工授精;
b、将孵化液通入孵化池内,将受精卵移至孵化池,孵化密度为3-5粒/ml,孵化池内溶解氧保持在10-12mg/L,孵化温度保持在25-26℃,孵化液由水、水解蛋白、α-亚麻酸、复合维生素、葡萄糖、葡萄糖酸钙、硫酸锌、海藻酸钠按100:5:0.2:0.5:5:2:0.1:7的重量比混合制成;
c、在孵化过程中用氦氖激光照射受精卵,工作波长为632.8nm,激光输出功率为8mW;
d、受精卵发育成耳状幼体后,将耳状幼体移至养育池,养育温度为23-26℃,养育密度为50-70个/平方米,养育盐度为15%,养育池溶解氧保持在16-18mg/L,养育过程中每天用光照强度为800-1000lx的日光灯照射24小时,养育期间,将黄虫粉、裙带菜粉、发菜粉、软泥、蛋白粉、糯米粉按2:8:5:1:2:0.5的重量比混合加水揉捻成粒径为1mm以下的颗粒状,施洒于养殖池内,每天施洒2次,每次施洒30-50g/平方米。
