本发明涉及水产养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种鳖卵人工孵化方法,选择受精后的鳖卵,将水、粗砂、麦秸秆按1:5:2的重量比混合摊铺在孵化池内,将鳖卵移至孵化池,孵化温度保持在27-28℃,在孵化过程中用氦氖激光照射鳖卵,鳖卵破壳后,将稚鳌移至养育池,养育过程中每天用光照强度为1500-1700lx的日光灯照射24小时,养育期间,将白鱼粉、鹿角菜、鱼腥草、紫菜粉、茨实粉、蛋黄粉、芝麻油、花生粕、糯米粉按2:3:7:2:4:2:1:10:3的重量比混合加水揉捻成粒径为1mm以下的颗粒状,施洒于养殖池内,每天施洒2次,每次施洒20-22g/平方米。

本发明涉及水产养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种鳖卵人工孵化方法。
背景技术
甲鱼又称鳖或团鱼,是一种卵生两栖爬行动物,其头象龟,但背甲没有乌龟般的条纹,边缘呈柔软状裙边,颜色墨绿,甲鱼常在水底的泥沙中生活,喜食鱼、虾等小动物,瓜皮果屑、青草以及谷物等也吞食。甲鱼肉味鲜美,每百克肉含蛋白质16.5克、脂肪、克和钙、磷、铁等,营养价值很高,是滋补珍品,甲鱼5-8月产卵期在河、湖及池塘岸边,鳖卵孵化有自然孵化和人工孵化2种方式,自然孵化由于受自然环境条件的影响及生物敌害的侵袭,孵化率和成活率都很低,人工孵化虽然在一定程度上提高了孵化率,但对孵化率提高作用不甚明显。
发明内容
本发明提供一种鳖卵人工孵化方法。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种鳖卵人工孵化方法,其孵化步骤如下:
选择受精后的鳖卵;
将水、粗砂、麦秸杆按1:5:2的重量比混合摊铺在孵化池内,摊铺厚度为15-18cm,将鳖卵移至孵化池,孵化温度保持在27-28℃;
在孵化过程中用氦氖激光照射鳖卵,工作波长为632.8nm,激光输出功率为15mW;
鳖卵破壳后,将稚鳌移至养育池,养育温度为24-26℃,养育湿度40%-60%,为养育密度为20-30个/平方米,养育过程中每天用光照强度为1500-1700lx的日光灯照射24小时,养育期间,将白鱼粉、鹿角菜、鱼腥草、紫菜粉、茨实粉、蛋黄粉、芝麻油、花生粕、糯米粉按2:3:7:2:4:2:1:10:3的重量比混合加水揉捻成粒径为1mm以下的颗粒状,施洒于养殖池内,每天施洒2次,每次施洒20-22g/平方米。
本发明采用人工孵化鳖卵,为受精卵提供统一孵化环境,提高了鳖卵孵化率和孵化成活率,鳖卵孵化率为100%,孵化后成活率可达99%,同时人工孵化还缩短了鳖卵孵化周期,孵化期间易于管理,28-32天后即可孵化出壳,缩短了孵化周期,节省了养育成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1、选择受精后的鳖卵;
将水、粗砂、麦秸杆按1:5:2的重量比混合摊铺在孵化池内,摊铺厚度为15cm,将鳖卵移至孵化池,孵化温度保持在27℃;
在孵化过程中用氦氖激光照射鳖卵,工作波长为632.8nm,激光输出功率为15mW;
鳖卵破壳后,将稚鳌移至养育池,养育温度为24℃,养育湿度40%,为养育密度为20个/平方米,养育过程中每天用光照强度为1500lx的日光灯照射24小时,养育期间,将白鱼粉、鹿角菜、鱼腥草、紫菜粉、茨实粉、蛋黄粉、芝麻油、花生粕、糯米粉按2:3:7:2:4:2:1:10:3的重量比混合加水揉捻成粒径为1mm以下的颗粒状,施洒于养殖池内,每天施洒2次,每次施洒20g/平方米。

鳖卵破壳后,将稚鳌移至养育池,养育温度为26℃,养育湿度60%,为养育密度为30个/平方米,养育过程中每天用光照强度为1700lx的日光灯照射24小时,养育期间,将白鱼粉、鹿角菜、鱼腥草、紫菜粉、茨实粉、蛋黄粉、芝麻油、花生粕、糯米粉按2:3:7:2:4:2:1:10:3的重量比混合加水揉捻成粒径为1mm以下的颗粒状,施洒于养殖池内,每天施洒2次,每次施洒22g/平方米。
以下结合具体实验对本发明进行说明,
雌鳖产卵,48小时后,选择动物极明亮清晰、边缘整齐的是受精卵50只,将水、粗砂、麦秸杆按1:5:2的重量比混合摊铺在孵化池内,摊铺厚度为16cm,将鳖卵移至孵化池,孵化温度保持在27.5℃;在孵化过程中用氦氖激光照射鳖卵,工作波长为632.8nm,激光输出功率为15mW;鳖卵放入孵化池内平均30天孵化出壳,孵化率为100%,鳖卵破壳后,将稚鳌移至养育池连续饲喂1个月,养育温度为25℃,养育湿度50%,为养育密度为25个/平方米,养育过程中每天用光照强度为1600lx的日光灯照射24小时,养育期间,将白鱼粉、鹿角菜、鱼腥草、紫菜粉、茨实粉、蛋黄粉、芝麻油、花生粕、糯米粉按2:3:7:2:4:2:1:10:3的重量比混合加水揉捻成粒径为1mm以下的颗粒状,施洒于养殖池内,每天施洒2次,每次施洒21g/平方米,稚鳌饲喂期间,平均日增重为3.58g,50只破壳的稚鳌全部成活。

1.一种鳖卵人工孵化方法,其特征在于,其孵化步骤如下:
a、选择受精后的鳖卵;
b、将水、粗砂、麦秸杆按1:5:2的重量比混合摊铺在孵化池内,摊铺厚度为15-18cm,将鳖卵移至孵化池,孵化温度保持在27-28℃;
c、在孵化过程中用氦氖激光照射鳖卵,工作波长为632.8nm,激光输出功率为15mW;
d、鳖卵破壳后,将稚鳌移至养育池,养育温度为24-26℃,养育湿度40%-60%,为养育密度为20-30个/平方米,养育过程中每天用光照强度为1500-1700lx的日光灯照射24小时,养育期间,将白鱼粉、鹿角菜、鱼腥草、紫菜粉、茨实粉、蛋黄粉、芝麻油、花生粕、糯米粉按2:3:7:2:4:2:1:10:3的重量比混合加水揉捻成粒径为1mm以下的颗粒状,施洒于养殖池内,每天施洒2次,每次施洒20-22g/平方米。
