Abstract
本发明公开了一种背板,包括围成喇叭口形状的侧板和连接所述侧板的底板,自所述侧板和所述底板连接形成的角部朝内凸设有连接所述侧板和所述底板的凸肋。本发明还公开了一种直下式背光模组。本发明在背板的侧板和底板连接的过渡的角部朝内凸设有凸肋,增加了背板的整体刚性的同时不增加背光模组厚度,并将侧板设置成第一侧板和第二侧板,第二侧板倾斜连接在第一侧板于底板之间,增大了底板的外延长度,保证了背板的光学品味。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背板及直下式背光模组。
背景技术
在CCFL(ColdCathodeFluorescentLamp的简称,冷阴极荧光灯管)背光时代,液晶背光模组均采用直下式方案;在LED可作为背光源后,由于侧入式LED背光方案相对于直下式方案可以使得整个液晶模组变得更薄,所以直下式背光模组较少使用。随着背光技术的发展,直下式背光方式的背光模组厚度可以做到接近侧入式背光方式的厚度,且由于其整体成本较相同尺寸的侧入式要低,所以现在直下式背光开始重新得到广泛应用,平面液晶模组和曲面液晶模组都已应用。
而直下式背光模组中,如果要减少整体的厚度,除了减少灯箱的混光距离外,还需要对背板结构予以优化;传统的直下式背光方式的背板均为四周大斜边的侧板直接连接到底板上,再通过底板增加加强肋的方式对背光模组整体进行加强,这样无形中又增加了整个背光模组的厚度,不利于整机减薄。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种提升背板强度的同时不增加背光模组厚度的背板及直下式背光模组。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种背板,包括围成喇叭口形状的侧板和连接所述侧板的底板,自所述侧板和所述底板连接形成的角部朝内凸设有连接所述侧板和所述底板的凸肋。
其中,所述侧板包括第一侧板和第二侧板,所述第二侧板连接在所述第一侧板和所述底板之间,且所述第一侧板相对于所述第二侧板朝外翻折,所述凸肋设在所述第二侧板与所述底板连接形成的角部。
其中,所述第二侧板与所述底板之间的角度为105°。
其中,所述第二侧板相对于所述底板的高度为所述底板到背板开口距离的1/3。
其中,所述底板的每条边上设有一条所述凸肋,所述凸肋沿所述底板的每条边延伸。
或者,所述底板的每条边上设有多条所述凸肋,所述凸肋间隔分布。
其中,所述底板的外表面凸设有多条加强筋。
其中,所述凸肋为自背板外部朝内冲压形成。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种直下式背光模组,包括上述的背板、反射片、LED光源模块、扩散板和光学膜片组,所述LED光源模块设于所述底板上。
本发明在背板的侧板和底板连接的过渡的角部朝内凸设有凸肋,增加了背板的整体刚性的同时不增加背光模组厚度,并将侧板设置成第一侧板和第二侧板,第二侧板倾斜连接在第一侧板于底板之间,增大了底板的外延长度,保证了背板的光学品味。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参阅图1,本发明的直下式背光模组包括背板10、反射片20、LED光源模块30、扩散板40、光学膜片组50和胶框60,其中,反射片20设于背板10的内表面,LED光源模块30设于底板12上并穿过反射片20,背板包括围成喇叭口形状的侧板11和连接侧板11的底板12,自侧板11和底板12连接形成的角部朝内凸设有连接侧板11和底板12的凸肋13。侧板11包括第一侧板11a和第二侧板11b,第二侧板11b连接在第一侧板11a和底板12之间,且第一侧板11a相对于第二侧板11b朝外翻折,凸肋13设在第二侧板11b与底板12连接形成的过渡的角部。
背板10的开口处依次安装有扩散板40和光学膜片组50后由胶框60进行限位,LED光源模块30发出的光经反射片20反射后依次经过扩散板40和光学膜片组50射出。
通过将凸肋13设置在背板内部的角部,可以有效地提升背板的抗变形能力而不增加背板的高度,可广泛应用于各种平面液晶模组或曲面液晶模组中。同时,底板12的长度延长至第一侧板11a的延长线的外侧,第二侧板11b倾斜连接在第一侧板11a和底板12之间,与第一侧板11a和底板12均呈一定角度设置,以便设计凸肋13的同时不会影响到第一侧板11a与底板12之间的夹角,保证了第一侧板11a的光学品味。
本实施例优选地,凸肋13为自背板外部朝内冲压形成,成型简单且零部件少。第二侧板11b与底板12之间的夹角为钝角,第二侧板11b与底板12之间的角度为105°,第二侧板11b相对于底板12的高度为底板12到背板开口距离的1/3。
结合图2所示,底板12的每条边上设有若干条楔形的凸肋13,且凸肋13间隔分布,其端部呈平行于底板12的矩形,其各个侧壁呈梯形构造,对背板的各个方向起到支撑作用,所有的凸肋13在背板的底部形成一圈加强结构。
在其他实施方式中,底板12的每条边上也可以只设有一条凸肋13,凸肋13沿底板12的每条边延伸覆盖相应的角部。
由于角部的凸肋13提高了背板的整体刚性,因此,底板12的外表面可以适当凸设高度较小的若干条加强筋14,这样,背板的整体高度仍然很小。
通过在背板的侧板和底板连接的过渡的角部朝内凸设有凸肋,增加了背板的整体刚性的同时不增加背光模组厚度,结构紧凑。同时,通过将侧板设置成第一侧板和第二侧板,第二侧板倾斜连接在第一侧板于底板之间,增大了底板的外延长度,保证了背板的光学品味。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种背板,其特征在于,包括围成喇叭口形状的侧板(11)和连接所述侧板(11)的底板(12),自所述侧板(11)和所述底板(12)连接形成的角部朝内凸设有连接所述侧板(11)和所述底板(12)的凸肋(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背板,其特征在于,所述侧板(11)包括第一侧板(11a)和第二侧板(11b),所述第二侧板(11b)连接在所述第一侧板(11a)和所述底板(12)之间,且所述第一侧板(11a)相对于所述第二侧板(11b)朝外翻折,所述凸肋(13)设在所述第二侧板(11b)与所述底板(12)连接形成的角部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背板,其特征在于,所述第二侧板(11b)与所述底板(12)之间的角度为105°。
4.根据权利要求2所述的背板,其特征在于,所述第二侧板(11b)相对于所述底板(12)的高度为所述底板(12)到背板开口距离的1/3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的背板,其特征在于,所述底板(12)的每条边上设有一条所述凸肋(13),所述凸肋(13)沿所述底板(12)的每条边延伸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的背板,其特征在于,所述底板(12)的每条边上设有多条所述凸肋(13),所述凸肋(13)间隔分布。
7.根据权利要求1所述的背板,其特征在于,所述底板(12)的外表面凸设有多条加强筋(14)。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一所述的背板,其特征在于,所述凸肋(13)为自背板外部朝内冲压形成。
9.一种直下式背光模组,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8任一所述的背板、反射片(20)、LED光源模块(30)、扩散板(40)和光学膜片组(50),所述LED光源模块(30)设于所述底板(12)上。
