本发明涉及一种水泥机械立窑专用减速机,包括箱体,箱体内设有上支架和下支架,中间轴的顶端由浮动齿套连接有太阳轮,中间轴与太阳轮相对端面上设有卡环,太阳轮的底面安装有抵紧中间轴的下球顶,太阳轮的顶端设有上球顶,太阳轮外侧设有行星架,行星架内侧上顶面的中心支承于上球顶,行星架内安装有均布的行星轴,行星轴上的安装有行星轮,各行星轮与固定安装于箱体内壁的内齿圈啮合,行星架顶面上固定连接有竖直的输出轴,输出轴经轴承支承于上支架,输出轴的顶端焊接有输出法兰,上支架的顶面上沿圆周方向均布有多个推力瓦机构,推力瓦机构与输出法兰的下底面滚动摩擦配合或间隙配合。

技术领域
本发明设计减速机领域,具体涉及一种水泥机械立窑专用减速机。
背景技术
目前,建材行业水泥立窑专用减速器主要采用磨机减速机结构,减速器采用两级或者三级传动,具有水平同心、扭力轴均载的特点;目前国内采用的二级中心传动磨机减速机,主要型式如下:一级齿轮轴同时啮合两件一级大齿轮,一级大齿轮与二级齿轮轴通过扭力轴连接,利用扭力轴的弹性变形来实现均载;这种扭力轴均载结构制造复杂,调整难度大,易造成偏载,安装维修不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种输出扭矩大,能够自动调节,避免偏载的水泥机械立窑专用减速机。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种水泥机械立窑专用减速机,包括箱体,箱体内设有上支架和下支架,箱体的一侧设有水平输入轴,所述输入轴为伞齿轮轴,箱体内设有竖直的中间轴,中间轴的底端由轴承支承于箱体的底面,中间轴的上部由轴承支承于箱体内的下支架,中间轴上安装有与伞齿轮轴啮合的锥齿轮,中间轴的顶端由浮动齿套连接有太阳轮,所述中间轴与太阳轮相对端面上设有卡环,太阳轮的底面安装有抵紧中间轴的下球顶,所述太阳轮的顶端设有上球顶,所述太阳轮外侧设有行星架,所述行星架内侧上顶面的中心支承于上球顶,行星架内安装有均布的行星轴,行星轴上的安装有行星轮,所述各行星轮与固定安装于箱体内壁的内齿圈啮合,所述行星架顶面上固定连接有竖直的输出轴,输出轴经轴承支承于上支架,输出轴的顶端焊接有输出法兰,所述上支架的顶面上沿圆周方向均布有多个推力瓦机构,所述推力瓦机构与输出法兰的下底面滚动摩擦配合或间隙配合。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:
中间轴与太阳轮间通过浮动齿套连接,便于在安装以及使用时起到调节作用,在上支架的顶面上设有多个推力瓦机构,推力瓦机构对输出法兰的下底面支承,避免在偏载时对输出轴及轴承造成损伤。

如图所示,一种水泥机械立窑专用减速机,包括箱体1,箱体1内设有焊接于箱体1内的上支架3和下支架2,箱体1的一侧设有水平输入轴4,所述输入轴4为伞齿轮轴,箱体1内设有竖直的中间轴5,中间轴5的底端由轴承支承于箱体1的底面,中间轴5的上部由轴承支承于下支架2,中间轴5上安装有与伞齿轮轴啮合的锥齿轮6,中间轴5的顶端由浮动齿套8连接有太阳轮7,所述中间轴5与太阳轮7相对端面上设有卡环,太阳轮7的底面安装有抵紧中间轴5的下球顶9,所述太阳轮7的顶端设有上球顶11,所述太阳轮7外侧设有行星架10,所述行星架10内侧上顶面的中心支承于上球顶11,行星架10内安装有均布的行星轴12,行星轴12上的安装有行星轮13,所述各行星轮13与焊接于箱体内壁的内齿圈14啮合,所述行星架10顶面上固定连接有竖直的输出轴15,输出轴15经轴承支承于上支架3,输出轴15的顶端焊接有输出法兰16,所述上支架3的顶面上沿圆周方向均布有多个推力瓦机构17,所述推力瓦机构17与输出法兰16的下底面滚动摩擦配合或间隙配合,当输出法兰16发生偏载时,推力瓦机构17支撑输出法兰16的下底面。

1.一种水泥机械立窑专用减速机,包括箱体,箱体内设有上支架和下支架,箱体的一侧设有水平输入轴,所述输入轴为伞齿轮轴,箱体内设有竖直的中间轴,中间轴的底端由轴承支承于箱体的底面,中间轴的上部由轴承支承于箱体内的下支架,中间轴上安装有与伞齿轮轴啮合的锥齿轮,其特征在于,中间轴的顶端由浮动齿套连接有太阳轮,所述中间轴与太阳轮相对端面上设有卡环,太阳轮的底面安装有抵紧中间轴的下球顶,所述太阳轮的顶端设有上球顶,所述太阳轮外侧设有行星架,所述行星架内侧上顶面的中心支承于上球顶,行星架内安装有均布的行星轴,行星轴上的安装有行星轮,所述各行星轮与固定安装于箱体内壁的内齿圈啮合,所述行星架顶面上固定连接有竖直的输出轴,输出轴经轴承支承于上支架,输出轴的顶端焊接有输出法兰,所述上支架的顶面上沿圆周方向均布有多个推力瓦机构,所述推力瓦机构与输出法兰的下底面滚动摩擦配合或间隙配合。
