电动式座椅导轨移送装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动式座椅导轨(seatrail)移送装置,更详细而言,涉及一种电动式座椅导轨移送装置,在所述装置中,将通过螺丝结合结合于导螺杆(leadscrew)而移动的螺母部件构成为弹性地紧贴于导螺杆的外周面,从而在马达驱动的座椅导轨的移送操作时,降低齿间隙(backlash)引起的噪音以及震动。

通常,车辆的座椅(seat)安装成可向车体的前后方进行滑行移动,而执行此作用的就是座椅导轨。

第一倾斜面以轴螺母的外径逐渐扩张的形状形成在所述弹性部的端部外周面;第二倾斜面以所述施压支架的内径对应于所述第一倾斜面而扩张的形状形成在与所述第一倾斜面相接的所述施压支架的端部内周面。

大体上说,本发明的电动式座椅导轨移送装置包括导螺杆(leadscrew)10和、安装支架(mountingbracket)20及、轴螺母(spindlenut)30。

安装支架,其两端部结合于移动导轨,在中段部导螺杆进行贯通,从而所述安装支架沿所述导螺杆进行移动;以及
轴螺母,其构成为,以螺丝结构套在所述导螺杆,所述轴螺母的一端部对所述安装支架以能够进行旋转的方式得到支撑,他端部贯通所述安装支架的中段部而向导螺杆的长度方向延长形成的同时他端部的内径可进行弹性收缩,从而他端部的内周面紧贴于导螺杆的外周面。

弹性部和缝隙部从所述轴螺母的轴方向中心以放射状交替配置在所述轴螺母的他端部;
