本发明涉及一种汽车金属零件生产方法,特别是一种减速器轴承盖生产工艺。
背景技术
目前,传统的汽车车桥减速器上的轴承盖多采用普通铣床进行加工,轴承盖上的两个安装孔是先钻安装孔,再铣上面两个台阶面,然后进行孔口倒角,这样铣平面时的毛刺容易翻入孔内,影响后续安装,而且采用普通铣床加工两安装孔的垂直度无法保证,生产工艺流程长,重复装夹次数多,累计误差大,产品一次合格率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的上述不足之处,而提供一种不会影响后续安装,两安装孔垂直度符合要求,生产工艺流程短,重复装夹次数少,累计误差小,一次性合格率高的减速器轴承盖生产工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体工艺方法是先按照设计,采用专用铸造模具,浇注轴承盖毛坯,并去除浇口和表面的型砂,再进行顺序加工:以下边平面和侧面定位,内圆弧处夹紧,粗、精铣两底平面,工件掉头,以已加工两底面及中间圆弧定位,夹持圆弧上平面搭子处,铣两孔上平面,钻上平面两孔,并倒角,铰两孔,以已钻两孔为定位,夹两孔上平面处,铣中间搭子平面,钻螺纹底孔,空口倒角,攻丝。
本发明由于采用以上工艺方法,生产的减速器轴承盖,两孔与下平面垂直度高,两孔位置精度高,工艺流程短,生产效率高、成本低,操作简便、安全,产品合格率高,在同类产品的生产中有推广应用价值。
具体实施方式
先按照设计,采用专用铸造模具,浇注轴承盖毛坯,利用滚砂机去除浇口和表面的型砂,再进行顺序加工:采用专用铣加工夹具,以下边平面和侧面定位,内圆弧处夹紧,粗、精铣两底平面,工件掉头,以已加工两底面及中间圆弧定位,夹持圆弧上平面搭子处,铣两孔上平面,钻上平面两孔,并倒角,铰两孔,以已钻两孔为定位,夹两孔上平面处,铣中间搭子平面,钻螺纹底孔,空口倒角,攻丝。
