Abstract

本发明涉及背光源辅助治具技术领域,特指一种窄边胶框贴反射膜组装治具;本发明工作台上安装有侧挡板、拐角挡板、中间台,侧挡板呈直线型,中间台的左右两侧均安装有侧挡板,中间台的上下两端均安装有拐角挡板,侧挡板、拐角挡板、中间台之间形成定位区;本发明通过中间台、侧挡板夹紧胶框的侧边,操作人员对胶框进行贴膜操作即可,不会使胶框的侧边发生拉伸变形、造成后续卡铁框反射膜起拱的现象,保证产品质量。

窄边胶框贴反射膜组装治具
技术领域
本发明涉及背光源辅助治具技术领域,特指一种窄边胶框贴反射膜组装治具。
背景技术
现有的LCD(LiquidCrystalDisplay,液晶显示器)模组,包括有胶框、导光板、反射膜、扩散膜、增光膜、黑白胶、LED、LED软排线、LCD、LCD软排线;导光板置于胶框内,胶框下面贴有反射膜,导光板上依次有扩散膜,增光膜,黑白胶置于增光膜上,LCD置于黑白胶上面,其中,LCD配设有LCD软排线,导光板配设有LED软排线,LED软排线上具有LED。胶框贴反射膜时,操作员会将胶框外拉一点,再将反射膜贴于胶框上,这样就会造成拉伸变形,后续卡铁框时反射膜出现起拱现象,影响产品质量。
因此,基于上述现有的背光源组装的缺陷,需要对现有的背光源组装进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足提供一种窄边胶框贴反射膜组装治具,该窄边胶框贴反射膜组装治具解决了现有的背光源组装所存在的:胶框易拉伸变形、后续反射膜起拱、影响产品质量等缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
窄边胶框贴反射膜组装治具,工作台上安装有侧挡板、拐角挡板、中间台,侧挡板呈直线型,中间台的左右两侧均安装有侧挡板,中间台的上下两端均安装有拐角挡板,侧挡板、拐角挡板、中间台之间形成定位区。
工作台上具有四个定位区,拐角挡板呈T字型。
中间台由两块导光板的平面部分构成,且导光板之间夹设有反射膜。
窄边胶框贴反射膜组装治具的生产工艺,步骤如下:
1)将两块同型号的导光板合在一起,并且反射膜贴在两块导光板的中间;
2)将导光板的前、后两端各切掉1/5长度,保留导光板的宽度不变;
3)将加工好的导光板贴于工作台上,形成中间台;
4)在中间台的左、右两侧,固定直线型侧挡板;
5)在中间台的前、后两端,固定拐角挡板,这两个拐角挡板的位置相对。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过中间台、侧挡板夹紧胶框的侧边,操作人员对胶框进行贴膜操作即可,不会使胶框的侧边发生拉伸变形、造成后续卡铁框反射膜起拱的现象,保证产品质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
见图1——图2,本发明窄边胶框贴反射膜组装治具包括:工作台1、贴膜区2、侧挡板3、拐角挡板4、中间台5。
工作台1上安装有侧挡板3、拐角挡板4、中间台5,侧挡板3呈直线型,中间台5的左右两侧均安装有侧挡板3,中间台5的上下两端均安装有拐角挡板4,侧挡板3、拐角挡板4、中间台5之间形成用于定位胶框6的定位区2。
其中,较佳的,工作台1上具有四个定位区2,拐角挡板2呈T字型。
其中,中间台5由两块导光板的平面部分构成,且导光板之间夹设有反射膜。
导光板本身包括平面部分、倾斜部分,用作本发明治具时,取导光板的中间部分,将导光板的前后两端切除,保留导光板的宽度不变。
本发明治具的制作步骤如下:
6)将两块同型号的导光板合在一起,并且反射膜贴在两块导光板的中间;
7)将导光板的前、后两端各切掉1/5长度,保留导光板的宽度不变;
8)将加工好的导光板贴于工作台上,形成中间台5;
9)在中间台5的左、右两侧,固定直线型侧挡板3;
10)在中间台5的前、后两端,固定T字型拐角挡板4,这两个拐角挡板4的位置相对。
见图2,使用时,将胶框6放置于定位区2,中间台5与胶框6的两个侧边内部相贴,侧挡板3与胶框6的侧边外部相贴,拐角挡板4与胶框6的前、后两端相贴,胶框6的位置就定好了,同时,中间台5与侧挡板6夹紧胶框6的侧边,操作人员对胶框6进行贴膜操作即可,就不会使胶框6的侧边发生拉伸变形、造成后续卡铁框反射膜起拱的现象,保证产品质量。
当然,以上所述之实施例,只是本发明的较佳实例而已,并非限制本发明实施范围,故凡依本发明申请专利范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均应包括于本发明申请专利范围内。

Claims (4)

1.窄边胶框贴反射膜组装治具,其特征在于:工作台上安装有侧挡板、拐角挡板、中间台,侧挡板呈直线型,中间台的左右两侧均安装有侧挡板,中间台的上下两端均安装有拐角挡板,侧挡板、拐角挡板、中间台之间形成定位区。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窄边胶框贴反射膜组装治具,其特征在于:工作台上具有四个定位区,拐角挡板呈T字型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的窄边胶框贴反射膜组装治具,其特征在于:中间台由两块导光板的平面部分构成,且导光板之间夹设有反射膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的窄边胶框贴反射膜组装治具的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤如下:
1)将两块同型号的导光板合在一起,并且反射膜贴在两块导光板的中间;
2)将导光板的前、后两端各切掉1/5长度,保留导光板的宽度不变;
3)将加工好的导光板贴于工作台上,形成中间台;
4)在中间台的左、右两侧,固定直线型侧挡板;
5)在中间台的前、后两端,固定拐角挡板,这两个拐角挡板的位置相对。
