月饼是我国的一种传统食品,它是人们欢度中秋节的必备食品,但是,现在市售月饼高糖高脂,口味单一,并且普遍含有香精、防腐剂等食品添加剂,让人们对月饼望而却步,针对上述弊端,本发明添加可增加甜度但是不会使血糖升高的木糖醇,选择多种水果作为馅料,研制出一种无糖水果月饼,本发明的一种无糖水果月饼,制作工艺简单,不含糖,营养健康,还添加了菖蒲提取物,具有安定、清热化痰、开窍醒脑等功效,以及牛樟芝等提取物,能够清楚体内自由基,延缓衰老。

一种无糖水果月饼,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:小麦面粉30-50份、盐2-4份、糯米粉15-25份、花生油5-15份、豆粉4-8份、黑芝麻2-4份、鸡蛋10-12份、香橙4-6份、木瓜4-6份、木糖醇5-15份、哈密瓜4-6份、菠萝10-12份、水20-40份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:小麦面粉30份、盐2份、糯米粉15份、花生油5份、豆粉4份、黑芝麻2份、鸡蛋10份、香橙4份、木瓜4份、木糖醇5份、哈密瓜4份、菠萝10份、水20份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:小麦面粉40份、盐3份、糯米粉20份、花生油10份、豆粉6份、黑芝麻3份、鸡蛋11份、香橙5份、木瓜5份、木糖醇10份、哈密瓜5份、菠萝11份、水30份。
