本发明公开了一种建筑3D打印机用循环往复提升装置,包括立柱、电机、滑轨小车A、丝杆、丝母、滑轨小车B和卡位器;滑轨小车A套装在立柱上并与立柱滑动连接,电机固定在滑轨小车A上,电机的底端连接有丝杆,丝杆上连接有丝母,丝母上固定安装有滑轨小车B,滑轨小车B位于滑轨小车A的下方,滑轨小车A和滑轨小车B上均安装有卡位器。本发明用较小的设备却能达到无限高度循环往复提升,可以应用到诸多的提升领域,降低设备成本,满足提升要求。卡位器在程序控制下,实现在指定位置的自动卡位锁定和解锁,装配此卡位器的3D打印机能够连续大幅提升垂直方向上的距离不受建筑物高度限制且此卡位器结构简单,现场装配方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及3D打印机技术领域,尤其涉及一种建筑3D打印机用循环往复提升装置。
背景技术
机械设备提升系统在实现较高的提升时,往往受传动系统体积较大,连续提升轨道过长、过重的困扰,影响轨道精度,增加了安装难度。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述的不足问题,提供一种建筑3D打印机用循环往复提升装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:建筑3D打印机用循环往复提升装置,包括立柱、电机、滑轨小车A、丝杆、丝母、滑轨小车B和卡位器;滑轨小车A套装在立柱上并与立柱滑动连接,电机固定在滑轨小车A上,电机的底端连接有丝杆,丝杆上连接有丝母,丝母上固定安装有滑轨小车B,滑轨小车B位于滑轨小车A的下方,滑轨小车A和滑轨小车B上均安装有卡位器;卡位器包括推力电机和支架,推力电机固定在支架上,支架分别安装在滑轨小车A和滑轨小车B上,立柱与卡位器的对应位置处设有卡位孔。
进一步的,电机通过支板固定在滑轨小车A上。
本发明用较小的设备却能达到无限高度循环往复提升,可以应用到诸多的提升领域,降低设备成本,满足提升要求。卡位器在程序控制下,实现在指定位置的自动卡位锁定和解锁,装配此卡位器的3D打印机能够连续大幅提升垂直方向上的距离不受建筑物高度限制且此卡位器结构简单,现场装配方便。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,建筑3D打印机用循环往复提升装置,包括立柱1、电机2、滑轨小车A3、丝杆4、丝母5、滑轨小车B6和卡位器;滑轨小车A3套装在立柱1上并与立柱1滑动连接,电机2通过支板固定在滑轨小车A3上,电机2的底端连接有丝杆4,丝杆4上连接有丝母5,丝母5上固定安装有滑轨小车B6,滑轨小车B6位于滑轨小车A3的下方,滑轨小车A3和滑轨小车B6上均安装有卡位器;卡位器包括推力电机7和支架8,推力电机7固定在支架8上,支架8分别安装在滑轨小车A3和滑轨小车B6上,立柱1与卡位器的对应位置处设有卡位孔。当丝杆4正转时,丝母5带动滑轨小车B6提升,提升到指定高度时,滑轨小车B6上的卡位器启动,推力电机7在程序控制下伸出并进入卡位孔,将滑轨小车B6卡位并锁紧;滑轨小车A3上的卡位器启动,推力电机7在程序控制下从卡位孔中缩回,使滑轨小车A3解锁,电机2反转,丝杆4提升,并带动电机2、滑轨小车A3一起提升,提升至指定高度后,滑轨小车A3上的卡位器启动,将滑轨小车A3卡位并锁紧,即完成一次提升程序,如此反复提升到需要的高度,完成作业要求。

1.建筑3D打印机用循环往复提升装置,其特征在于:包括立柱(1)、电机(2)、滑轨小车A(3)、丝杆(4)、丝母(5)、滑轨小车B(6)和卡位器;
滑轨小车A(3)套装在立柱(1)上并与立柱(1)滑动连接,电机(2)固定在滑轨小车A(3)上,电机(2)的底端连接有丝杆(4),丝杆(4)上连接有丝母(5),丝母(5)上固定安装有滑轨小车B(6),滑轨小车B(6)位于滑轨小车A(3)的下方,滑轨小车A(3)和滑轨小车B(6)上均安装有卡位器;
卡位器包括推力电机(7)和支架(8),推力电机(7)固定在支架(8)上,支架(8)分别安装在滑轨小车A(3)和滑轨小车B(6)上,立柱(1)与卡位器的对应位置处设有卡位孔。
