Abstract

本发明公开了一种波纹管切割轨道,包括底座,边轨,切割装置,传送带,下货坡,所述底座上表面中部安装传送带,底座上表面的一端开有导槽,所述切割装置下端位于导槽内,所述导槽侧面开有一个电源线槽,连接在切割装置上的电源线沿电源线槽敷设,电源线与位于底座侧面的开关按钮连接,所述边轨有两个,分别位于传送带两侧。通过开关按钮的有效控制,可以控制切割装置的左右、前后位置的变动,以及切割等动作,可以对不同的规格的波纹管进行切割,而且可以变动的边轨有效的保证了波纹管在传送过程中的稳定,本发明结构简单,投入小,利于普遍推广。

本发明涉及加工轨道领域,具体是一种波纹管切割轨道。
背景技术
波纹管作为管道用具,为人们生活带来许多便利,对于各行各业的生产生活,波纹管的需求量也在逐渐增大,这样的工厂也越来越多,有大型的厂商,也有小型的企业。一般大型机械化的企业生产轨道自动化,自动切割,但是投入太大,不符合现在国家鼓励的创业机制,生产完成人工切割也耗时耗力,不利于生产,对于上述问题,我们需要发明一种投入小,结构简单,减少人工作业的切割轨道。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种构造简单,造价低廉,使用方便的一种波纹管切割轨道。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种波纹管切割轨道,包括底座,边轨,切割装置,传送带,下货坡,所述底座上表面中部安装传送带,底座上表面的一端开有导槽,所述切割装置下端位于导槽内,所述导槽侧面开有一个电源线槽,连接在切割装置上的电源线沿电源线槽敷设,电源线与位于底座侧面的开关按钮连接,所述边轨有两个,分别位于传送带两侧。
进一步的,所述底座有4个支架,支架上架设水平的金属架。
进一步的,所述边轨有两个,所述边轨包括金属架,辊筒,轴承,有多于10个辊筒由轴承串连在一起,轴承两端连接在金属架上,所述辊筒间距在10cm-20cm之间。
优选的,所述下货坡与上端传送带连接,所述下货坡与地面角度小于30°。
优选的,所述切割装备包括架体,刀片,电机一,电机二,活动槽,滚珠,所述架体呈“┓”状,架体水平部位表面开有一个活动槽,所述电机一放置在活动槽内,所述刀片连接在电机一上,电机二安装在架体竖直部位内部,所述滚珠安装在架体底部。
作为优选,所述传送带宽度大于1m。
作为优选,所述活动架下端呈矩形,金属架下端呈矩形,上端呈半圆形,活动架上端开有一个孔洞,所述孔洞直径大于轴承直径。
作为优选,所述架体上的导槽前端开有一个矩形口一,后端开有个矩形口二,所述矩形口一宽度等于刀片宽度。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过开关按钮的有效控制,可以控制切割装置的左右、前后位置的变动,以及切割等动作,可以对不同的规格的波纹管进行切割,而且可以变动的边轨有效的保证了波纹管在传送过程中的稳定,本发明结构简单,投入小,利于普遍推广。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如图1所示,本发明公开一种波纹管切割轨道,包括底座1,边轨2,切割装置3,传送带4,下货坡8,底座1由支撑的4个支架11,支架11上面焊接有金属架12构成。
底座1上表面中部安装传送带4,传送带4宽度大于1m,床送带表面粗糙,保证波纹管内顺利传送,不会在传送带4上打滑。
传送带4两侧安装有边轨2,所述边轨2由多于10个辊筒22用轴承23串连在一起,轴承23两端连接在活动架21上构成,活动架21下端呈矩形,上端呈半圆形,上端表面中开有一个孔洞,所述孔洞直径大于轴承23直径,所述每两个辊筒22间距在10cm-20cm之间。根据所制作的波纹管的规格,控制两边轨2的间距,保证波纹管沿预定的轨道传输,不会倾覆。
底座1上表面的一端开有导槽5,切割装置3下端安装在导槽5内,导槽5侧面开有一个电源线槽6,连接在切割装置3上的电源线沿电源线槽6敷设,保证电源线不会因为过多而混乱,电源线与位于底座1侧面的开关按钮7连接,开关按钮7有三个以上,可以控制切割装置3左右、前后运动以及刀片35切割等动作,达到理想的切割效果。
切割装备包括架体31,刀片35,电机一33,电机二32,活动槽34,滚珠36,所述架体31呈“┓”状,架体31水平部位表面开有一个活动槽34,所述电机一33放置在活动槽34内,所述刀片35连接在电机一33上,电机二32安装在架体31竖直部位内部,所述滚珠36安装在架体31底部,有了滚珠36,减少了摩擦力,切割装置3能快速的移动,架体31上的活动槽34前端开有一个竖直的矩形口一37,矩形口一37宽度等于刀片35宽度,保证了刀片35的切割方向是竖直,不会偏移,这样切割出的波纹管端口平滑,减少后期工作,架体31后端开有个矩形口二38,连接在电机一33上的电源线穿过矩形口二38敷设,不会混乱缠绕。
下货坡8上端与传送带4连接,所述下货坡8与地面角度小于30°。

1.一种波纹管切割轨道,包括底座,边轨,切割装置,传送带,下货坡,其特征在于,所述底座上表面中部安装传送带,底座上表面的一端开有导槽,所述切割装置下端位于导槽内,所述导槽侧面开有一个电源线槽,连接在切割装置上的电源线沿电源线槽敷设,电源线与位于底座侧面的开关按钮连接,所述边轨有两个,分别位于传送带两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种波纹管切割轨道,其特征在于,所述底座有4个支架,支架上架设水平的金属架。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种波纹管切割轨道,其特征在于,所述边轨有两个,所述边轨包括金属架,辊筒,轴承,有多于10个辊筒由轴承串连在一起,轴承两端连接在金属架上,所述辊筒间距在10cm-20cm之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种波纹管切割轨道,其特征在于,所述下货坡与上端传送带连接,所述下货坡与地面角度小于30°。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种波纹管切割轨道,其特征在于,所述切割装备包括架体,刀片,电机一,电机二,活动槽,滚珠,所述架体呈“┓”状,架体水平部位表面开有一个活动槽,所述电机一放置在活动槽内,所述刀片连接在电机一上,电机二安装在架体竖直部位内部,所述滚珠安装在架体底部。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种波纹管切割轨道,其特征在于,所述传送带宽度大于1m。
7.根据权利要求3所述一种波纹管切割轨道,其特征在于,所述活动架下端呈矩形,活动架下端呈矩形,上端呈半圆形,金属架上端开有一个孔洞,所述孔洞直径大于轴承直径。
8.根据权利要求5所述一种波纹管切割轨道,其特征在于,所述架体上的导槽前端开有一个矩形口一,后端开有个矩形口二,所述矩形口一宽度等于刀片宽度。
