背景技术
饲料添加剂是指在饲料生产加工、使用过程中添加的少量或微量物质,在饲料中用量很少但作用显著。饲料添加剂是现代饲料工业必然使用的原料,对强化基础饲料营养价值,提高动物生产性能,保证动物健康,节省饲料成本,改善畜产品品质等方面有明显的效果。饲料添加剂在配合饲料中占的比例很小,但作用很大。例如饲用土霉素,在配合饲料中的添加量仅为10-100mg/kg,却能使动物的增重提高10-15%,饲料利用率提高5%。
据中国产业调研网发布的《中国饲料添加剂行业现状调研分析及市场前景预测报告(2015年版)》显示,随着饲料添加剂向绿色、高效、安全、多功能方向发展,采用现代生物技术研制对动物具有特定生物学活性和功能的新型安全添加剂已成为当前饲料添加剂技术发展的主要趋势。这种技术主流发展趋势由一系列以基因工程、蛋白质工程和代谢工程为核心的现代生物技术新产品所组成,其中,微生物制剂、酸化剂、植物(中草药)饲料添加剂、酶制剂等品种的发展迅速。
中草药饲料添加剂来源广阔,价格低廉,在很多方面均优于化学性添加剂。中草药作为饲料添加剂,由于本身为天然有机物,并保持了各种成分结构的自然状态和生物活性,同时,这些物质经过人们长时间的实践应用和筛选,保留下来的大多是对人和动物有益无害并且最易被接受的外源精华物质,具有纯净的天然性。中草药多为复杂的有机物,其成分含有数十种,甚至上百种,加之将中草药按传统物性理论合理组配后,使物质作用相谐调,并产生全方位的作用,这是人工化学合成物所不可比拟的。实践证明,中草药对畜禽有增加营养、增强免疫力,以及调节激素、抗应激、抗致病菌等多方面的作用。中草药所含成分绝大多数对畜禽有益无害,即使是用于防治疾病的一些有毒天然植物,亦经恰当的炮制或精制提取和科学配方,根据相杀、相恶等和君臣佐使的原则而使毒性减弱或消除。同时,中草药以其独特的抗致病菌和寄生虫的作用机理,不会使微生物和寄生虫产生抗药性和耐药性,并可长时间添加使用。

发明内容
因此,为克服现有饲料添加剂的不足,本发明提供了一种提高畜禽免疫力的饲料添加剂。本发明的饲料添加剂具有提高畜禽免疫力,有效预防禽畜瘟疫、口蹄疫、胃肠炎、腹泻、痢疾等病症的功能,还能提高牲畜的瘦肉率10-15%。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种提高畜禽免疫力的饲料添加剂,包括以下组分原料为:八角叶7-10份、肉桂叶3-5份、蔗糖蜜5-8份和蔗蜡3-5份。
该饲料添加剂的制备过程如下:按照重量份数称取八角叶、肉桂叶、蔗糖蜜和蔗蜡,将各个原料混合后充分搅拌,即得预混料;将预混料采用常规的压力造粒机造粒,调整好造粒机挤压力的大小使其适合挤压预混料,控制造粒的粒径为5-8mm,包装,即制得颗粒状的饲料添加剂。
肉桂叶,为樟科植物肉桂CinnamomumcassiaPresl的干燥叶;【功能主治】①《纲目拾遗》:功同肉桂;②《广西中药志》:芳香健胃,驱风。外用:治风湿及皮肤瘙痒。肉桂叶中的肉桂油对常见细菌(大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、苏云金杆菌等),酵母菌(啤酒酵母、面包酵母等)、霉菌(黑曲霉、米曲霉、黄曲霉、青霉、木霉、毛霉、根霉等)均具有很强的抑制作用。除此之外,肉桂油还是一种香料,能增加饲料的香味,诱使动物进食,促进动物的生产,同时肉桂叶还具有杀菌防霉作用,加入到饲料中,能延长饲料的存放时间,由于肉桂叶是纯天然物质,动物进食后随粪便排出,无残留的问题,使用较安全。【药理作用】1、对中枢神经系统的降温作用:对小鼠正常体温以及用伤寒、副伤寒混合疫苗引起的人工发热均有降温作用。对温刺引起发热的家兔,桂皮醛及肉桂酸钠都有解热作用。可延迟士的宁引起的强直性惊厥及死亡的时间,可减少菸碱引起的强直性惊厥及死亡的发生率。对戌四唑引起者则无效;2、降压作用:附子、肉桂复方对肾上腺皮质性高血压大鼠(灼伤一侧肾上腺所形成之模型)有降压作用;对肾性高血压大鼠(8字形结扎肾脏所形成之模型),则无作用。此作用可能是附子、肉桂促进机能降低了的肾上腺活动,使之趋向正常所致;3、对血液的作用:肉桂体外及体内试验,均有明显抑制ADP诱导的大鼠血小板聚集的作用,体外试验显示肉桂水煎剂及溶甲醇部分有较强的抗凝作用。从肉桂中提取的单体--肉桂酸及香豆素,抗凝作用不明显。体内试验肉桂水煎剂也无抗凝作用,不影响兔纤维蛋白溶解活性;4、对消化系统的健胃作用:桂皮油刺激嗅觉,能反射地促进胃机能,也能直接对胃粘膜有缓和的刺激作用,使分泌增加,蠕动增强,呈芳香性健胃作用;5、对消化系统的肠管兴奋作用:桂皮油给家兔口服,能促进肠运动,使肠管兴奋。对离体家兔肠管亦具有同样作用,为古人暖脾胃,除冷积之说作了很好的解释;6、通经作用:大量桂皮油可引起子宫充血,显示通经作用,此为古本草说的坠胎作用提供了一个实验依据;7、杀菌作用:桂皮油有强大杀菌作用,对革兰氏染色阳性菌的效果比阴性者好,因有刺激性,很少用作抗菌药物,但外敷可治疗胃痛、胃肠胀气绞痛等;8、健胃和驱风剂:内服可作健胃和驱风剂。也有明显的杀真菌作用,曾应用含1.5%桂皮油及0.5%麝香草酚的混合物治疗头癣。桂皮醛及肉桂酸钠可引起蛙足蹼膜血管扩张及家兔白细胞增加;9、祛痰镇咳作用:桂皮油吸收后由肺排出,使粘液稀释,呈现祛痰镇咳作用;10、利尿作用:从肾排出而致局部刺激,显示一定的利尿作用;11、抗放射作用:桂皮酸钠对给小鼠和狗一次全身照射钴60,丙种射线的致死量的实验,证明有抗放射作用;12、抗补体作用:肉桂中的二萜类成份有抗补体作用;13、控制血糖平衡,防止和治疗糖尿病:肉桂中含有黄烷醇多酚类抗氧化物质,能提高胰岛素对血糖水平的稳定作用和降低胰岛素抵抗。实现此类功能的方式为:①活化能刺激胰岛素受体的酶。②是骨骼肌肉组织中的胰岛素信号通路更加畅通。
八角叶,八角【拉丁学名】IlliciumverumHook.f.【别名】八角大茴、大茴香、大料,是八角茴香科八角属的一种植物;【性味】性温,味甘辛;【归经】归脾、肾经;【功效】散寒,理气,开胃。八角果实与种子可用作调料外,还被中国传统医学当作药物使用。该医学理论认为其具强烈香味,有驱虫、温中理气、健胃止呕、祛寒、兴奋神经等功效。除此之外,八角还可供工业上作香水、牙膏、香皂、化妆品等的原料,也可用在医药上,其性温,味辛,有温阳散寒,理气止痛之功效,作驱风剂及兴奋剂,还用于治疗寒呕逆,寒疝腹痛,肾虚腰痛,干、湿脚气等症。广西是八角茴香的主要产地,分布在桂西南、桂南、桂东南、桂中部分县,当然桂西北、桂北也有一些县生产,面积约320万亩,产量在1万吨以上,占全国总产量90%左右,因此广西既是八角茴香的主产地,也是全国最大的集散地。【药理作用】1、抑菌作用:八角水煎剂对人型结核杆菌及枯草杆菌有抑菌作用。乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、白喉杆菌、枯草杆菌、霍乱弧菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌及常见致病菌均有较强的抑制作用。醇提取物在体外对革兰氏阳性细菌(金黄色葡萄球菌。肺炎球菌、白喉杆菌等)之抑茵作用与青霉素钾盐20单位/mL相似;对革兰氏阴性细菌(枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、霍乱弧茵及伤寒、副伤寒、痢疾杆菌等)之抑菌作用与硫酸链霉素50单位/mL相似;对真菌之抑菌作用大于1%的苯甲酸及水杨酸;2、刺激作用:挥发油中的茴香醚具有刺激作用,能促进肠胃蠕动,可缓解腹部疼痛;对呼吸道分泌细胞有刺激作用而促进分泌。可用于祛痰;3、升白细胞作用:本品提取物甲基胡椒酚,给正常家兔和猴imL00mg/只,给药后24小时白细胞为给药前150%(P<0.05=,正常犬im300mg/只,给药后24小时出现升白现象,连续用药白细胞连续增加,停药后2小时白细胞仍为用药前的157%,骨髓细胞数为用药前188%,骨髓有核细胞呈活跃状态。正常犬1次po肠丸200mg/只,24小时白细胞升高,48小时为用药前的161%P<0.05。手术直接灌入肠道,6-24小时出现明显白细胞升高现象,为用药前的166-181%(P<0.01)。犬用环磷酰胺所致的白细胞减少症,若同时服用甲基胡椒酚则可使犬全部存活,白细胞下降慢,恢复快。对化疗和放疗病人的白细胞减少症有较好疗效;4、具雌激素活性:本品所含茴香脑具有雌激素活性,其活性为50小鼠M.U./mL或100大鼠单位(R.U./mL)。
蔗糖蜜作为一种有机能量原料,已经开始在饲料中使用。制糖业是广西的重点产业,在蔗糖加工过程中每年可产生约150万吨的废糖蜜。甘蔗糖蜜含有24-36%的蔗糖,其他糖占12-24%,胶体3-4%,矿物质占8-10%等,是具有重要利用价值的资源。糖蜜还含有少量粗蛋白质,一般为3%-6%,多属于非蛋白氮类,如氨、酰胺及硝酸盐等,而氨基酸态氮仅占38%-50%,且非必需氨基酸如天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸含量较多,因此蛋白质生物学价值较低,但天门冬氨酸和谷氨酸均为呈味氨基酸,故用于动物饲料中可大大刺激动物食欲。糖蜜不仅仅是一种能量原料,而且还具有消化吸收快,提高适口性,降低粉尘,提高颗粒质量等优点。本发明饲料添加剂使用蔗糖蜜作为原料,蔗糖蜜是广西主要作物甘蔗制糖中的副产品,将其加工成饲料添加剂不仅能够废物利用,对环境安全,而且这种来自于植物的原料对畜禽更为安全。此外广西甘蔗种植广、制糖业发达,每年可产生大量的废糖蜜,所以原料来源丰富,饲料添加剂的生产较为高效。
蔗蜡中含有许多药用价值很好的高级有机物,如二十六烷醇、二十八烷醇等。这些高级脂肪醇具有重要的生理活性,其混合物可以用来治疗血胆固醇过多症和诸如血小板过度聚集、局部缺血和血栓形成等动脉粥样硬化并发症,并且防止药物诱发的胃溃疡和改性雄性性功能。
蔗蜡的提取方法如下:取糖厂的新鲜湿滤泥,烘干并粉碎为粉末状,然后称取50重量份的干滤泥粉末,首先按照干滤泥的重量:酒精重量=1:5加入酒精,真空抽滤得到萃取液于40℃温度下浸提7个小时,真空抽滤得到萃取液,萃取后的滤泥加入200mL酒精溶剂洗涤,滤出洗涤液至原萃取液中,蒸馏得到蔗脂,同时回收溶剂。分离蔗脂后的滤泥,按照干滤泥的重量:97#汽油重量=1:4再加入97#汽油,在75℃温度下恒温热回流萃取3个小时,滤出萃取液,残留物用200mL97#汽油溶剂洗涤,滤出洗液至原萃取液中,蒸馏得到蔗蜡,同时回收溶剂。得到的蔗脂和蔗蜡样品在55-60℃干燥数小时,挥发残留溶剂,即可得到蔗蜡和蔗脂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:
1、本发明采用肉桂叶、八角叶、蔗糖蜜和蔗蜡为原料,通过常规方法制得颗粒状的饲料添加剂,具有提高畜禽免疫力,有效预防禽畜瘟疫、口蹄疫、胃肠炎、腹泻、痢疾等病症的功能,还能提高牲畜的瘦肉率10-15%。
2、本发明的原料易得,肉桂及八角是我们广西主要的经济作物,来源丰富,且其叶子容易采摘,并且蔗蜡和蔗糖蜜均是甘蔗制糖中的副产品将其加工成饲料添加剂不仅能够废物利用,对环境安全,而且这种来自于植物的原料对畜禽更为安全。蔗糖蜜不仅仅是一种能量原料,而且还具有消化吸收快,提高适口性,降低粉尘,提高颗粒质量等优点,而蔗蜡中含有许多药用价值很好的高级有机物,如二十六烷醇、二十八烷醇等。这些高级脂肪醇具有重要的生理活性,其混合物可以用来治疗血胆固醇过多症和诸如血小板过度聚集、局部缺血和血栓形成等动脉粥样硬化并发症,并且防止药物诱发的胃溃疡和改性雄性性功能。
3、本发明的饲料添加剂制成颗粒剂,不易造成有效成分的挥发,提高畜禽免疫力能力显著。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种提高畜禽免疫力的饲料添加剂,包括以下组分原料为:八角叶7份、肉桂叶3份、蔗糖蜜5份和蔗蜡3份。
该饲料添加剂的制备过程如下:按照重量份数称取八角叶、肉桂叶、蔗糖蜜和蔗蜡,将各个原料混合后充分搅拌,即得预混料;将预混料采用常规的压力造粒机造粒,调整好造粒机挤压力的大小使其适合挤压预混料,控制造粒的粒径为5mm,包装,即制得颗粒状的饲料添加剂。
上述蔗蜡的提取方法如下:取糖厂的新鲜湿滤泥,烘干并粉碎为粉末状,然后称取50重量份的干滤泥粉末,首先按照干滤泥的重量:酒精重量=1:5加入酒精,真空抽滤得到萃取液于40℃温度下浸提7个小时,真空抽滤得到萃取液,萃取后的滤泥加入200mL酒精溶剂洗涤,滤出洗涤液至原萃取液中,蒸馏得到蔗脂,同时回收溶剂。分离蔗脂后的滤泥,按照干滤泥的重量:97#汽油重量=1:4再加入97#汽油,在75℃温度下恒温热回流萃取3个小时,滤出萃取液,残留物用200mL97#汽油溶剂洗涤,滤出洗液至原萃取液中,蒸馏得到蔗蜡,同时回收溶剂。得到的蔗脂和蔗蜡样品在55℃干燥数小时,挥发残留溶剂,即可得到蔗蜡和蔗脂。
实施例2

实施例3
一种提高畜禽免疫力的饲料添加剂,包括以下组分原料为:八角叶10份、肉桂叶5份、蔗糖蜜8份和蔗蜡5份。
该饲料添加剂的制备过程如下:按照重量份数称取八角叶、肉桂叶、蔗糖蜜和蔗蜡,将各个原料混合后充分搅拌,即得预混料;将预混料采用常规的压力造粒机造粒,调整好造粒机挤压力的大小使其适合挤压预混料,控制造粒的粒径为8mm,包装,即制得颗粒状的饲料添加剂。
上述蔗蜡的提取方法如下:取糖厂的新鲜湿滤泥,烘干并粉碎为粉末状,然后称取50重量份的干滤泥粉末,首先按照干滤泥的重量:酒精重量=1:5加入酒精,真空抽滤得到萃取液于40℃温度下浸提7个小时,真空抽滤得到萃取液,萃取后的滤泥加入200mL酒精溶剂洗涤,滤出洗涤液至原萃取液中,蒸馏得到蔗脂,同时回收溶剂。分离蔗脂后的滤泥,按照干滤泥的重量:97#汽油重量=1:4再加入97#汽油,在75℃温度下恒温热回流萃取3个小时,滤出萃取液,残留物用200mL97#汽油溶剂洗涤,滤出洗液至原萃取液中,蒸馏得到蔗蜡,同时回收溶剂。得到的蔗脂和蔗蜡样品在60℃干燥数小时,挥发残留溶剂,即可得到蔗蜡和蔗脂。
实施例4
选取2日龄平均体重为49.78±0.85g的三黄鸡,根据单因素实验设计两个处理组,每个处理10个重复,每个重复15羽鸡,组间三黄鸡初始体重差异不显著(p>0.05)。实验组每次饲喂含有每公斤三黄鸡体重30g添加剂的混合饲料,其中添加剂为实施例1、实施例2及实施例3制得颗粒状的植物饲料添加剂。对照组采用同样的方式饲喂普通饲料,一日喂养2次,连续喂养45日。

Claims (4)
1.一种提高畜禽免疫力的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:包括以下组分原料为:八角叶7-10份、肉桂叶3-5份、蔗糖蜜5-8份和蔗蜡3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高畜禽免疫力的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:该饲料添加剂的制备过程如下:按照重量份数称取八角叶、肉桂叶、蔗糖蜜和蔗蜡,将各个原料混合后充分搅拌,即得预混料;将预混料采用常规的压力造粒机造粒,调整好造粒机挤压力的大小使其适合挤压预混料,控制造粒的粒径为5-8mm,包装,即制得颗粒状的植物饲料添加剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提高畜禽免疫力的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:蔗蜡的提取方法如下:取糖厂的新鲜湿滤泥,烘干并粉碎为粉末状,然后称取50重量份的干滤泥粉末,首先按照干滤泥的重量:酒精重量=1:5加入酒精,真空抽滤得到萃取液于40℃温度下浸提7个小时,真空抽滤得到萃取液,萃取后的滤泥加入200mL酒精溶剂洗涤,滤出洗涤液至原萃取液中,蒸馏得到蔗脂,同时回收溶剂;分离蔗脂后的滤泥,按照干滤泥的重量:97#汽油重量=1:4再加入97#汽油,在75℃温度下恒温热回流萃取3个小时,滤出萃取液,残留物用200mL97#汽油溶剂洗涤,滤出洗液至原萃取液中,蒸馏得到蔗蜡,同时回收溶剂;得到的蔗脂和蔗蜡样品在55-60℃干燥数小时,挥发残留溶剂,即可得到蔗蜡和蔗脂。
4.权利要求1所述的提高畜禽免疫力的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:作为饲料添加剂,用于猪、鸡和鸭的饲喂,添加量为每公斤饲料牲畜体重加20-30g添加剂。
