Fig. 3 is a diagram illustrating a specific example of the dynamic update system sending down the user data of the roaming partner operator to the mobile terminal. As shown in fig. 4, a specific example diagram of the dynamic update system is shown for returning the charging ticket of the IMSI identity of the roaming destination in operation 170.
In another specific example of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, in operation 170, the communication service performed by the mobile terminal user in the mobile communication network of the roaming-site partner operator with the roaming-site IMSI identity may be a calling communication service or a called communication service.
In another embodiment of the method for a mobile terminal user to perform a communication service in a roaming area, after operation 150 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the method may further include:
the dynamic updating system initiates a location updating request to a home HLR of the user, and the home HLR registers a virtual VLR unit Identification (ID) in the dynamic updating system as roaming address information of the mobile terminal user, wherein the virtual VLR unit ID is used for identifying one virtual VLR unit. From the home HLR point of view, the subscriber is registered in a virtual VLR unit. Accordingly, the mobile terminal user performs the called communication service in the mobile communication network of the roaming partner operator by using the roaming IMSI identity specifically by the following manner:
responding to the call or short message receiving of the user home location IMSI, the home location HLR inquires the position information of the mobile terminal user from the virtual VLR unit in the dynamic updating system according to the virtual VLR unit ID registered by the home location IMSI;
the virtual VLR unit inquires the position routing information of the mobile terminal user from the HLR of the cooperative operator according to the mapping relation between the IMSI of the home location and the IMSI of the roaming location, and returns the inquired position routing information of the mobile terminal user to the HLR of the home location;
the location routing information of the home HLR mobile terminal user initiates a call or sends a short message to the mobile terminal user.
In another embodiment of the method for performing communication service in roaming area of the present invention, after the mobile terminal user leaves the roaming area to reach another roaming area, the subscriber identity module in the mobile terminal may know that the mobile terminal user has left the mobile communication network of the above-mentioned partner operator according to the received network information of another roaming area, so as to no longer use the IMSI of the roaming area, and resume the operation of 110 based on the IMSI of the home area with the another roaming area as the roaming area. Namely: after the mobile terminal is restarted at the roaming place, the user logs in the network with the identity of the cooperative operator. When the user leaves the roaming place to go to another roaming place, the user identity identification unit judges that the user leaves the place of the cooperative operator according to the network information of the place, and the user does not select the IMSI of the roaming place of the cooperative operator but uses the home IMSI to log in the network. If the home operator also has a cooperative operator in the new roaming place, the dynamic updating system can still send the user data of the new cooperative operator to the user, and the user can use the communication service with the local user identity in the new roaming place. Therefore, the user has a plurality of user data, and when the user does not return to the home, the user identity identification unit can use the IMSI of the cooperative operator to log in the area with the cooperative operator and use the IMSI of the home in the area without the cooperative operator according to the location of the user.
In another embodiment of the method for a mobile terminal user to perform a communication service in a roaming place, when the mobile terminal user leaves the roaming place and returns to the home location, the home location HLR may send a deletion request message for deleting the location information of the mobile terminal user to the dynamic update system; the dynamic updating system can delete the user data of the roaming place cooperative operator sent to the user identity identification unit in an OTA or BIP mode, so that the resource recovery of the IMSI of the roaming place is realized, and the dynamic updating system can be distributed to other roaming users meeting the conditions again for use, thereby realizing the cyclic utilization of number resources. Fig. 5 is a diagram illustrating an exemplary resource recovery for the IMSI of the roaming area.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
FIG. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a dynamic update system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The dynamic update system of this embodiment can be used to implement the corresponding functions of the dynamic update system in the above method embodiments of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, it includes an update prompting unit, a data updating unit, a virtual VLR unit and a charging unit. Wherein:
the updating prompting unit is used for monitoring a location registration message sent to a home location HLR after a mobile terminal registers a home location IMSI of a mobile terminal user in a home location mobile communication network in a roaming location VLR, wherein the location registration message comprises the home location IMSI and a roaming location VLR number which uniquely identifies the roaming location VLR.
The data updating unit is used for sending the user data of the cooperation operator of the roaming place to the mobile terminal when the roaming place where the user is currently located has the mobile communication network of the cooperation operator, wherein the user data of the cooperation operator of the roaming place comprises the IMSI and the authentication data of the roaming place allocated to the mobile terminal user by the cooperation operator of the roaming place, and the data updating unit indicates the mobile terminal to restart.
The virtual VLR unit is used for receiving a notification message sent by the MSC of the roaming place that the mobile terminal user registers the network with the local user of the roaming place in the roaming place, and the notification message is sent after the user identity identification unit is restarted and selects the IMSI of the roaming place matched with the received network information of the roaming place to register in the HLR of the cooperation operator; and establishing and storing a mapping relation between the home IMSI and the roaming IMSI.
The charging unit is used for receiving a charging ticket generated by a charging system of the roaming place cooperation operator aiming at the communication service when the mobile terminal performs the communication service in the mobile communication network of the roaming place cooperation operator by using the IMSI identity of the roaming place, wherein the communication service comprises a calling service or a called service; and according to the mapping relation between the home IMSI and the roaming IMSI established by the virtual VLR unit, generating a charging ticket of the home IMSI identity from the charging ticket of the roaming IMSI identity and sending the charging ticket to a home charging system so as to be convenient for the home charging system to deduct the fee of the mobile terminal user.
In another embodiment of the dynamic update system of the present invention, the update prompting unit is further configured to, after monitoring the location registration message sent by the mobile terminal, query whether the pre-stored information of the cooperating operator includes the operator information corresponding to the VLR number, to determine whether the roaming place where the user is currently located has a mobile communication network of the cooperating operator, and send the determination result to the data update unit. Accordingly, the data updating unit may specifically start to perform an operation of issuing the user data of the cooperation provider of the roaming destination to the mobile terminal when the roaming destination where the user is currently located has the mobile communication network of the cooperation provider according to the determination result sent by the update prompting unit.
In another embodiment of the dynamic update system of the present invention, the update prompting unit may be further configured to send a prompt message indicating whether to use the user data of the roaming-location operator to the mobile terminal when the roaming location where the user is currently located has the mobile communication network of the cooperative operator, and receive a feedback message indicating whether the user selects the user data of the roaming-location operator, which is returned by the mobile terminal according to the user indication. Accordingly, the data updating unit may specifically start to perform an operation of issuing the user data of the roaming place partner operator to the mobile terminal according to the feedback message if the user selects the user data of the roaming place operator.
In a specific example of the above dynamic update system embodiment of the present invention, the data update unit may specifically issue the user data of the roaming place cooperative operator to the mobile terminal in an OTA manner based on a short message manner; or the user data of the cooperation operator of the roaming place is transmitted to the mobile terminal through the IP network in a BIP mode.
In another embodiment of the dynamic update system of the present invention, the virtual VLR unit may also forward a call of an original home IMSI number, which appears as a subscriber VLR in the home HLR, and may query the location routing information of the subscriber through the subscriber VLR, and specifically, the virtual VLR unit may also be configured to initiate a location update request to the home HLR of the subscriber after receiving a notification message that the mobile terminal subscriber is registered to the network at the roaming location with a local subscriber at the roaming location sent by the roaming location MSC, so that the home HLR registers the virtual VLR unit ID in the dynamic update system as the roaming address information of the mobile terminal subscriber; and receiving an inquiry request for inquiring the position information of the mobile terminal user, which is sent by the home location HLR when the user home location IMSI has a call or receives a short message, inquiring the position routing information of the mobile terminal user from the HLR of the cooperative operator according to the mapping relation between the home location IMSI and the roaming location IMSI, and returning the inquired position routing information of the mobile terminal user to the home location HLR so as to facilitate the position routing information of the home location HLR mobile terminal user to initiate a call or send a short message to the mobile terminal user.
Further, referring to fig. 6, in yet another embodiment of the dynamic update system of the present invention, the dynamic update system may further include a data recovery unit, configured to receive a deletion request message for deleting the location information of the mobile terminal user, sent by the home HLR after the mobile terminal user returns to the home, and delete the user data of the cooperative operator in the roaming place sent to the mobile terminal user identity identification unit, so as to implement resource recovery of the IMSI in the roaming place.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the communication system of the present invention. The communication system of this embodiment can be used to implement the method embodiment of the present invention in which each mobile terminal user performs communication service in roaming. As shown in fig. 7, it includes a mobile terminal, a home HLR in a home mobile communication network of the mobile terminal, an MSC and a VLR in a roaming mobile communication network of the mobile terminal, and a dynamic update system located in the home mobile communication network, wherein the roaming MSC is usually integrated with the VLR, which may be denoted as MSC/VLR, and a subscriber identity module is coupled in the mobile terminal. Wherein:
the mobile terminal is used for registering the home IMSI of the mobile terminal user in the home mobile communication network in the roaming location VLR after the mobile terminal user enters the roaming mobile communication network, and sending a position registration message to the home HLR, wherein the position registration message comprises the home IMSI and the roaming location VLR number which uniquely identifies the roaming location VLR; and storing the IMSI and the authentication data of the roaming place issued by the dynamic updating system in a user identity identification unit coupled and arranged in the mobile terminal, and restarting the mobile terminal.
The user identification unit is coupled in the mobile terminal, can store the user data of a plurality of roaming place cooperative operators, selects different user data according to different roaming places, and is used for selecting the IMSI of the roaming place matched with the received roaming place network information to be registered in the HLR of the cooperative operator after the mobile terminal is restarted.
The MSC is used for informing the dynamic updating system that the mobile terminal user registers the network with the local user of the roaming place at the roaming place after the mobile terminal registers the IMSI of the roaming place in the HLR of the cooperative operator.
The dynamic updating system is used for monitoring the position registration information sent by the mobile terminal, and when the roaming place where the user is currently located has a mobile communication network of a cooperation operator, sending the user data of the cooperation operator of the roaming place to the mobile terminal, wherein the user data of the cooperation operator of the roaming place comprises IMSI and authentication data of the roaming place, which are allocated to the mobile terminal user, of the cooperation operator of the roaming place, and indicating the mobile terminal to restart; after receiving a notification message that the mobile terminal user registers network access with a local user of a roaming place in the roaming place, establishing a mapping relation between the home IMSI and the IMSI of the roaming place and storing the mapping relation; when a mobile terminal user performs communication service in a mobile communication network of a roaming place cooperative operator by using the IMSI identity of a roaming place, a charging ticket with the IMSI identity of the roaming place is generated and sent by a charging system of the roaming place cooperative operator aiming at the communication service, and the charging ticket with the IMSI identity of the roaming place is generated by the charging ticket with the IMSI identity of the roaming place according to the mapping relation between the IMSI of the home place and the IMSI of the roaming place, so that the home place charging system deducts the fee of the mobile terminal user.
Specifically, the dynamic update system may be specifically implemented by any one of the embodiments of the dynamic update system shown in fig. 6.
Further, in another embodiment of the communication system of the present invention, the subscriber identity identifying unit may be further configured to, after the mobile terminal user leaves the roaming place to arrive at another roaming place, learn, according to the received another roaming place network information, that the mobile terminal user has left the mobile communication network of the partner operator, so as to no longer use the above roaming place IMSI, instruct the mobile terminal to take another roaming place as a new roaming place, re-perform an operation of registering the home IMSI in the new roaming place VLR based on the home IMSI, and send the location registration message to the home HLR.
In the present specification, the embodiments are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same or similar parts in the embodiments are referred to each other. Claims (16)

1. A method for a mobile terminal user to conduct a communication service at a roaming location, comprising:
after a mobile terminal user enters a roaming area mobile communication network, registering a home location International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) of the mobile terminal user in a home area mobile communication network in a roaming area Visitor Location Register (VLR), and sending a location registration message to a Home Location Register (HLR), wherein the location registration message comprises the home location IMSI and a VLR number which uniquely identifies the VLR;
a dynamic updating system in a home mobile communication network monitors a position registration message sent by a mobile terminal, and when a roaming place where a user is currently located has a mobile communication network of a cooperative operator, the dynamic updating system sends user data of the cooperative operator of the roaming place to the mobile terminal, wherein the user data of the cooperative operator of the roaming place comprises IMSI and authentication data of the roaming place, which are allocated to the mobile terminal user, of the cooperative operator of the roaming place, and indicates the mobile terminal to restart;
the mobile terminal stores the IMSI and the authentication data of the roaming place in a user identity recognition unit which is coupled and arranged in the mobile terminal, and after the mobile terminal is restarted, the user identity recognition unit selects the IMSI of the roaming place matched with the received network information of the roaming place to be registered in an HLR of the cooperative operator;
a roaming place mobile switching center MSC arranged integrally with the roaming place VLR informs a dynamic updating system that the mobile terminal user registers to the network with a roaming place local user at a roaming place;
the dynamic updating system establishes and stores a mapping relation between the home IMSI and the roaming IMSI;
the mobile terminal performs communication service in the mobile communication network of the roaming place cooperation operator by using the IMSI identity of the roaming place, the communication service comprises calling communication service or called communication service in the mobile communication network of the roaming place cooperation operator by using the IMSI identity of the roaming place, various signaling does not need to return to the home place, a charging system of the roaming place cooperation operator generates a charging bill charged by using the IMSI identity of the roaming place aiming at the communication service, and returns the charging bill of the IMSI identity of the roaming place to the dynamic updating system;
and the dynamic updating system generates a charging bill of the home IMSI identity from the charging bill of the roaming place IMSI identity according to the mapping relation between the home IMSI and the roaming place IMSI, and the home charging system deducts the fee of the mobile terminal user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the dynamic update system monitors the location registration message sent by the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
the dynamic updating system inquires whether the prestored cooperation operator information comprises operator information corresponding to the VLR number or not to judge whether a roaming place where the user is currently located has a mobile communication network of the cooperation operator or not;
if the roaming place where the user is currently located has a mobile communication network of a cooperation operator, executing the operation of issuing the user data of the cooperation operator of the roaming place to the mobile terminal;
otherwise, if the roaming place where the user is currently located does not have the mobile communication network of the cooperative operator, the home HLR registers the VLR number as the roaming address information of the mobile terminal user.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein if the roaming place where the user is currently located has a mobile communication network of a partner operator, further comprising:
the dynamic updating system sends a reminding message whether to use the user data of the roaming place operator to the mobile terminal, and receives a feedback message whether the user selects the user data of the roaming place operator or not, which is returned by the mobile terminal according to the user indication;
according to the feedback message, if the user selects the user data of the roaming place operator, executing the operation of issuing the user data of the roaming place cooperative operator to the mobile terminal;
otherwise, executing the operation of registering the VLR number as the roaming address information of the mobile terminal user by the home HLR.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the issuing of the user data of the roaming place partner operator to the mobile terminal comprises:
the dynamic updating system transmits the user data of the cooperation operator of the roaming place to the mobile terminal in an OTA mode based on a short message mode; or
And the dynamic updating system issues the user data of the roaming place cooperation operator to the mobile terminal through an IP network in a mode of carrying a BIP (bearer independent protocol).
5. The method of claim 4 wherein the roaming-site MSC notifies the dynamic update system that the mobile terminal user has registered with the roaming-site home subscriber for network entry at the roaming site, further comprising:
the dynamic updating system initiates a position updating request to a home location HLR of a user, and the home location HLR registers a virtual VLR unit identification ID in the dynamic updating system as roaming address information of the mobile terminal user;
the mobile terminal user performs called communication service in the mobile communication network of the roaming place cooperation operator by using the roaming place IMSI identity, and the method comprises the following steps:
responding to the call or short message receiving of the IMSI of the user home location, the home location HLR inquires the position information of the mobile terminal user from a virtual VLR unit in the dynamic updating system;
the virtual VLR unit inquires the position routing information of the mobile terminal user from the HLR of the cooperative operator according to the mapping relation between the home location IMSI and the roaming location IMSI, and returns the inquired position routing information of the mobile terminal user to the home location HLR;
and the home HLR initiates a call or sends a short message to the mobile terminal user according to the position routing information of the mobile terminal user.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
after the mobile terminal user leaves the roaming place to arrive at another roaming place, the subscriber identity identification unit learns that the mobile terminal user leaves a mobile communication network of the cooperative operator according to received network information of another roaming place, so that the IMSI of the roaming place is not used, the other roaming place is used as the roaming place, the home IMSI is registered in the roaming place VLR again based on the home IMSI, and the operation of sending a location registration message to a home HLR is carried out again.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
after the mobile terminal user returns to the home, the home HLR sends a deletion request message for deleting the position information of the mobile terminal user to a dynamic updating system;
and the dynamic updating system deletes the user data of the roaming place cooperative operator sent to the user identity identification unit, thereby realizing the resource recovery of the IMSI of the roaming place.
8. A dynamic update system, comprising:
an update prompting unit, configured to monitor a location registration message sent to an HLR of a home location after a mobile terminal registers the IMSI of the home location in a mobile communication network of the home location in a VLR of the roaming location, where the location registration message includes the IMSI of the home location and a VLR number uniquely identifying the VLR;
a data updating unit, configured to send user data of a cooperation operator of a roaming place to the mobile terminal when a roaming place where a user is currently located has a mobile communication network of the cooperation operator, where the user data of the cooperation operator of the roaming place includes an IMSI and authentication data of the roaming place allocated by the cooperation operator of the roaming place for the user of the mobile terminal, and instruct the mobile terminal to restart;
a virtual VLR unit, configured to receive a notification message sent by a roaming location MSC that the mobile terminal user has registered to the network at a roaming location with a roaming location local user, where the notification message is sent after being restarted by the user identity identification unit and selecting a roaming location IMSI matched with the received roaming location network information to register in the HLR of the partner operator; establishing and storing a mapping relation between the home IMSI and the roaming IMSI;
the charging unit is used for receiving a charging ticket generated by a charging system of the roaming place cooperation operator aiming at the communication service and generated by the charging system of the roaming place cooperation operator, wherein the communication service comprises a calling service or a called service, and various signaling does not need to return to the home place when the mobile terminal carries out the communication service in the mobile communication network of the roaming place cooperation operator by using the IMSI identity of the roaming place; and according to the mapping relation between the home IMSI and the roaming place IMSI, generating a charging ticket of the home IMSI identity from the charging ticket of the roaming place IMSI identity and sending the charging ticket to a home charging system so as to enable the home charging system to carry out fee deduction on the mobile terminal user.
9. The system according to claim 8, wherein the update prompting unit is further configured to, after monitoring a location registration message sent by the mobile terminal, query whether pre-stored cooperating operator information includes operator information corresponding to the VLR number, to determine whether the roaming location where the user is currently located has a mobile communication network of a cooperating operator, and send a determination result to the data updating unit;
and the data updating unit specifically starts to execute the operation of issuing the user data of the cooperation operator of the roaming place to the mobile terminal when the roaming place where the user is currently located has the mobile communication network of the cooperation operator according to the judgment result sent by the updating prompt unit.
10. The system according to claim 8, wherein the update prompting unit is further configured to send a prompt message to the mobile terminal whether to use the subscriber data of the roaming operator when the roaming place where the user is currently located has a mobile communication network of a partner operator, and receive a feedback message returned by the mobile terminal according to the subscriber indication whether the user selects the subscriber data of the roaming operator;
and the data updating unit specifically starts to execute the operation of issuing the user data of the roaming place cooperative operator to the mobile terminal according to the feedback message if the user selects the user data of the roaming place cooperative operator.
11. The system according to any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the data updating unit issues the user data of the roaming partner operator to the mobile terminal in an OTA manner based on a short message manner; or the user data of the cooperation operator of the roaming place is sent to the mobile terminal through the IP network in a BIP mode.
12. The system of claim 11, wherein the virtual VLR unit is further configured to initiate a location update request to a home HLR of a subscriber after receiving a notification message sent by a roaming MSC that the mobile terminal subscriber has registered with a roaming local subscriber at a roaming location, so that the home HLR registers a virtual VLR unit ID in the dynamic update system as the roaming address information of the mobile terminal subscriber; and receiving an inquiry request for inquiring the position information of the mobile terminal user, which is sent by a home location HLR when a call or a short message is received by a user home location IMSI, inquiring the position routing information of the mobile terminal user from the HLR of the cooperation operator according to the mapping relation between the home location IMSI and the roaming location IMSI, and returning the inquired position routing information of the mobile terminal user to the home location HLR so that the home location HLR initiates the call or sends the short message to the mobile terminal user according to the position routing information of the mobile terminal user.
13. The system of claim 12, further comprising:
and the data recovery unit is used for receiving a deletion request message which is sent by the home location HLR and used for deleting the position information of the mobile terminal user after the mobile terminal user returns to the home location, and deleting the user data of the roaming location cooperation operator which is issued to the user identity identification unit, thereby realizing the resource recovery of the IMSI of the roaming location.
14. A communication system comprises a mobile terminal, a home HLR in a mobile communication network of the home of the mobile terminal, an MSC and a VLR in a mobile communication network of a roaming place, wherein a user identity identification unit is coupled in the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal is used for registering the home location IMSI of the mobile terminal user in the home location mobile communication network in a roaming location VLR after the mobile terminal user enters the roaming location mobile communication network, and sending a location registration message to a home location HLR, wherein the location registration message comprises the home location IMSI and a VLR number which uniquely identifies the VLR; storing the IMSI and the authentication data of the roaming place issued by the dynamic updating system in a user identity identification unit coupled and arranged in the mobile terminal, and restarting;
the subscriber identity recognition unit is used for selecting the IMSI of the roaming place matched with the received roaming place network information to be registered in an HLR of a cooperative operator after the mobile terminal is restarted;
the roaming place MSC is used for informing the dynamic updating system that the mobile terminal user registers the network access with the local user of the roaming place in the roaming place after the mobile terminal registers the IMSI of the roaming place in the HLR of the cooperation operator;
the dynamic updating system is used for sending user data of a cooperation operator of a roaming place to the mobile terminal when monitoring a position registration message sent by the mobile terminal and when a roaming place where a user is currently located has a mobile communication network of the cooperation operator, wherein the user data of the cooperation operator of the roaming place comprises IMSI and authentication data of the roaming place allocated to the mobile terminal user by the cooperation operator of the roaming place, and indicates the mobile terminal to restart; after receiving a notification message that the mobile terminal user registers network access with a local user of a roaming place in the roaming place, establishing a mapping relation between the home IMSI and the IMSI of the roaming place and storing the mapping relation; when the mobile terminal user performs communication service in a mobile communication network of a roaming place cooperation operator by using the IMSI identity of the roaming place, various signaling does not need to return to the home place, a charging system of the roaming place cooperation operator generates and sends a charging ticket with the IMSI identity of the roaming place aiming at the communication service, the communication service comprises calling service or called service, and the charging ticket with the IMSI identity of the roaming place is generated by the charging ticket with the IMSI identity of the roaming place according to the mapping relation between the IMSI of the home place and the IMSI of the roaming place, so that the home place charging system can deduct the fee of the mobile terminal user.
