The processing module 62 is specifically configured to determine, according to the IMSI of the called user carried in the call request, whether the called user logs in the home network and a roaming registration failure event occurs, and when the called user does not log in the home network and a roaming registration failure event occurs, determine that the called user is out of home.
It will be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments taken to illustrate the principles of the present invention, which is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.

Claims (6)

1. A method of telephone calling, the method comprising:
receiving a roaming place registration inquiry request sent by a home server, wherein the roaming place registration inquiry request is sent when the home server receives a call request which is sent by a calling party and carries an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) of a called party, and judges that the called party is not logged in a home network and a roaming registration failure event occurs according to the IMSI of the called party;
inquiring the corresponding relation among the IMSI, the roaming place mobile phone number, the home location mobile phone number and the identifier of the roaming special home server according to the IMSI carried in the roaming place registration inquiry request;
if the roaming mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI and the identifier of the roaming special home server are inquired, returning an inquiry result carrying the roaming mobile phone number and the identifier of the roaming special home server to the home server so that the home server calls the roaming mobile phone number of the called user through the roaming special home server;
wherein, the corresponding relation among the IMSI, the mobile phone number of the roaming place, the mobile phone number of the home place and the mark of the special home server for roaming is established by the following steps:
receiving a home mobile phone number query request sent by a roaming special home server, wherein the home mobile phone number query request is sent by the roaming special home server after a roaming mobile phone number is allocated to the called user, and the home mobile phone number query request carries an IMSI (international mobile subscriber identity), the roaming mobile phone number and an identifier of the roaming special home server;
and inquiring the corresponding home mobile phone number according to the IMSI, and recording the corresponding relation among the IMSI, the roaming mobile phone number, the home mobile phone number and the identifier of the roaming special home server.
2. A method of telephone calling, the method comprising:
after a roaming mobile phone number is distributed to an international roaming user without international roaming authority, a special home server is determined according to a country code and a mobile network code in the IMSI of the user;
sending a home mobile phone number query request to the special home server so that the special home server queries a home mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI, and records a corresponding relation between the IMSI, a roaming mobile phone number, the home mobile phone number and an identifier of the special roaming home server;
receiving a call request sent by a home server;
and initiating a call to the mobile phone number of the roaming place according to the mobile phone number of the roaming place carried in the call request.
3. A method of telephone calling, the method comprising:
receiving a call request, wherein the call request carries the IMSI of a called user;
if the called user is judged not to be logged in the home network and a roaming registration failure event occurs according to the IMSI of the called user, sending a roaming registration inquiry request carrying the IMSI of the called user to a special home server so that the special home server inquires whether the IMSI has a corresponding roaming-place mobile phone number and an identifier of the roaming-special home server;
and receiving a query result returned by the special home server, and if the query result carries the roaming-place mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI and the identifier of the roaming-place home server, initiating a call request to the roaming-place home server so that the roaming-place home server calls the roaming-place mobile phone number of the called user.
4. A dedicated home server, comprising: a first receiving module, a second receiving module, a processing module and a first sending module,
the first receiving module is used for receiving a roaming place registration inquiry request sent by an attribution server, wherein the roaming place registration inquiry request is sent when the attribution server receives a call request which is sent by a calling subscriber and carries an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) of a called subscriber, and the call request is sent when the called subscriber is judged to be not logged in a attribution network and a roaming registration failure event occurs according to the IMSI of the called subscriber;
the processing module is used for inquiring the corresponding relation among the IMSI, the roaming mobile phone number, the home mobile phone number and the identifier of the roaming special home server according to the International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) carried in the roaming place registration inquiry request; when the roaming mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI and the identifier of the roaming special home server are inquired, the first sending module is indicated to return an inquiry result carrying the roaming mobile phone number and the identifier of the roaming special home server to the home server, so that the home server calls the roaming mobile phone number of the called user through the roaming special home server;
the second receiving module is configured to receive a home cell phone number query request sent by a roaming-dedicated home server, where the home cell phone number query request is sent by the roaming-dedicated home server after allocating a roaming-dedicated cell phone number to the called subscriber, and carries an IMSI, a roaming-dedicated cell phone number, and an identifier of the roaming-dedicated home server;
the processing module is further used for inquiring the corresponding home location mobile phone number according to the IMSI and recording the corresponding relation among the IMSI, the roaming location mobile phone number, the home location mobile phone number and the identifier of the roaming special home server.
5. A roaming-specific home server, comprising: a processing module, a first sending module, a first receiving module and a second sending module,
the processing module is used for determining a special home server according to a country code and a mobile network code in the IMSI of the user after distributing a roaming mobile phone number to an international roaming user without international roaming authority; the first sending module is instructed to send a home mobile phone number inquiry request to the special home server so that the special home server inquires a home mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI, and records the corresponding relation among the IMSI, the roaming mobile phone number, the home mobile phone number and the identifier of the special roaming home server;
the first receiving module is used for receiving a call request sent by a home server;
the processing module is further configured to instruct the second sending module to initiate a call to the mobile phone number of the roaming destination according to the mobile phone number of the roaming destination carried in the call request.
6. A home server, comprising: the system comprises a first receiving module, a processing module, a second sending module, a second receiving module and a calling module;
the first receiving module is used for receiving a call request, wherein the call request carries the IMSI of a called user;
the second receiving module is used for receiving the query result returned by the special home server;
the processing module is used for indicating the second sending module to send a roaming registration inquiry request carrying the IMSI of the called user to a special home server when the called user is judged not to be logged in a home network and a roaming registration failure event occurs according to the IMSI of the called user, so that the special home server inquires whether the IMSI has a corresponding roaming mobile phone number and an identifier of a roaming special home server; and when the query result carries the identifier of the roaming-place mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI and the identifier of the roaming-dedicated home server, indicating the calling module to initiate a calling request to the roaming-dedicated home server so that the roaming-dedicated home server calls the roaming-place mobile phone number of the called user.
