4. The voice calling method according to claim 1, wherein if it is determined that the called number called by the roaming unauthorized user is an internal number, the current visitor location register sends a call signaling to a visitor location register to which the called number belongs.
5. A visitor location register, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a registration module and a management module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring the local network mobile phone number and the home network mobile phone number of an unauthorized user from an unauthorized roaming special home location register and establishing the corresponding relation between the local network mobile phone number and the home network mobile phone number, and the local network is a mobile service network of an area where the user enters after leaving a registration place;
the number judgment module is used for judging whether a called number called by the roaming unauthorized user is an oversea number when the roaming unauthorized user calls the mobile phone number of the local network, wherein the oversea number is other areas except the current area;
a modification module, configured to replace the local network phone number with the corresponding home network phone number in the calling signaling if the number determination module determines that the called number called by the roaming unauthorized user is an overseas number,
and the sending module is used for sending the modified call signaling to the visitor location register to which the called number belongs.

The visitor location register of claim 5, wherein the sending module is further configured to send the call signaling to the visitor location register to which the called number belongs when the number determining module determines that the called number called by the roaming unauthorized user is an internal number.
7. An roaming unauthorized dedicated home location register, comprising:
the system comprises a registration module, a registration module and a management module, wherein the registration module is used for receiving a registration request of an unauthorized roaming user and distributing a local network mobile phone number for the unauthorized roaming user, the registration request comprises identity identification information of the unauthorized roaming user, and the identity identification information of the unauthorized roaming user comprises an international mobile subscriber identification code of the unauthorized roaming user in a home network;
the inquiry module is used for sending a number inquiry request to a home location register of the roaming unauthorized user, wherein the number inquiry request comprises the identification information, so that the home location register inquires the home network mobile phone number corresponding to the identification information from a home network home location register to which the identification information belongs after receiving the number inquiry request;
and the transceiver module is used for receiving the home network mobile phone number corresponding to the identity identification information and fed back by the home location special home location register, and sending the received home network mobile phone number and the local network mobile phone number allocated to the roaming unauthorized user to the current visited location register of the roaming unauthorized user.
8. The flooding unauthorized dedicated home location register according to claim 7, wherein said identification information comprises: and the international mobile subscriber identity of the roaming unauthorized user in the home network.
9. A voice call system, comprising: a visitor location register as claimed in claim 5 or 6 above.
