Compared with the prior art, on one hand, compared with the implementation mode of the soft SIM card, the implementation method of the mobile terminal localized roaming provided by the embodiment of the invention directly requests network registration from the roaming site network side by using the local user identity and the authentication parameters distributed when the roaming site network side performs pre-authentication on the mobile terminal, and does not need local authentication any more, thereby avoiding the problem of frequently updating the SIM card information in the soft SIM card technology and the problem of discontinuous service possibly caused by the problem of security of the secret key in the soft SIM card; on the other hand, compared with the cloud SIM card implementation mode, the network authentication is executed before the network registration process, namely, the network authentication process is independent of the network registration process, so that the authentication interaction process between the mobile terminal and the background server is avoided by simultaneously providing an additional available data link in the initial local card registration process in the cloud SIM card implementation mode, and therefore, the technical scheme of the invention can better support the single-card mobile terminal and the double-card mobile terminal to realize the local roaming, and avoid the risks of extension and link interruption possibly occurring in the authentication process in the cloud SIM card implementation mode.
As shown in fig. 4, the roaming server includes a confirmation module 40, a first receiving module 41, a second receiving module 42, a first sending module 43, and a second sending module 44.
The first receiving module 41 is configured to receive the location information of the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal identifier, the first user identity identifier, and the corresponding password sent by the mobile terminal;
the confirmation module 40 is configured to confirm whether the mobile terminal is a valid user according to the mobile terminal identifier of the mobile terminal, the first user identity identifier, and the password;
the first sending module 43 is configured to send, when the confirmation module confirms that the mobile terminal is a valid user, a request for obtaining a second user identity and a corresponding authentication parameter to a roaming-destination network side to which the location of the mobile terminal belongs;
the second receiving module 42 is configured to receive the second subscriber identity and the corresponding authentication parameter allocated by the roaming destination network side;
the second sending module 44 is configured to send the second user identity and the corresponding authentication parameter to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal sends a network registration request to the roaming destination network side for network registration according to the second user identity and the corresponding authentication parameter.
The first user identity is a user identity provided by the mobile terminal provider in advance, and may be, for example, a user ID registered at the terminal provider or a mobile phone number already registered at the terminal provider, similar to a millet user account, a micro credit user account, or the like.
The mobile terminal identification is a mobile equipment international identity code IMEI.
The second Subscriber Identity is a local Subscriber Identity allocated on the roaming destination network side, and may be, for example, an IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity ), a TMSI (Temporary Mobile Subscriber Identity, P-TMSI (PS Domain-Temporary Mobile Subscriber Identity ), a Subscriber Number, and the like.
Wherein, the authentication parameters comprise an encryption key, an integrity protection key and the like.
Compared with the prior art, on one hand, compared with the implementation mode of the soft SIM card, the roaming server provided by the embodiment of the invention directly requests the network registration from the roaming site network side by using the local user identity and the authentication parameters distributed when the roaming site network side performs pre-authentication on the mobile terminal, and does not need to perform local authentication any more, thereby avoiding the problem of frequently updating the SIM card information in the soft SIM card technology and the problem of discontinuous service caused by the problem of security of the secret key in the soft SIM card; on the other hand, compared with the cloud SIM card implementation mode, the network authentication is executed before the network registration process, namely, the network authentication process is independent of the network registration process, so that the authentication interaction process between the mobile terminal and the background server is avoided by simultaneously providing an additional available data link in the initial local card registration process in the cloud SIM card implementation mode, and therefore, the technical scheme of the invention can better support the single-card mobile terminal and the double-card mobile terminal to realize the local roaming, and avoid the risks of extension and link interruption possibly occurring in the authentication process in the cloud SIM card implementation mode.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
The above description is only for the specific embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims (14)

1. A method for implementing localized roaming of a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when detecting that a mobile terminal user roams, acquiring the position information of the mobile terminal;
sending the position information of the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal identification, the first user identity identification and the corresponding password to a roaming server;
receiving a second user identity and corresponding authentication parameters sent by the roaming server;
sending a network registration request comprising the second user identity and the corresponding authentication parameter to a roaming place network side to which the mobile terminal belongs, so that the roaming place network side can directly accept the registration request after confirming that the mobile terminal is a pre-authentication user according to the second user identity and the corresponding authentication parameter;
and receiving a feedback message of successful network registration sent by the roaming place network side.
2. The method according to claim 1, further comprising, before said obtaining the location information of the mobile terminal:
and detecting whether the mobile terminal user roams.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the first subscriber identity is a subscriber identity provided by the mobile terminal provider in advance, and the second subscriber identity is a home subscriber identity allocated on the roaming-destination network side.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the receiving the second subscriber identity and the corresponding authentication parameter sent by the roaming server, before the sending the network registration request including the second subscriber identity and the corresponding authentication parameter to the roaming-destination network side to which the location of the mobile terminal belongs, further comprises:
and closing the entity SIM card of the mobile terminal so as to answer the call transfer on the entity SIM card through the second user identity.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the receiving the second subscriber identity and the corresponding authentication parameter sent by the roaming server, before the sending the network registration request including the second subscriber identity and the corresponding authentication parameter to the roaming-destination network side to which the location of the mobile terminal belongs, further comprises:
and closing the data service of the entity SIM card of the mobile terminal so as to carry out the data service through the second user identity.
6. A method for implementing localized roaming of a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving the position information of the mobile terminal, a mobile terminal identifier, a first user identity identifier and a corresponding password which are sent by the mobile terminal;
confirming whether the mobile terminal is a legal user or not according to the mobile terminal identification of the mobile terminal, the first user identity identification and the password;
when the mobile terminal is confirmed to be a legal user, sending a request for acquiring a second user identity and corresponding authentication parameters to a roaming network side to which the position of the mobile terminal belongs; receiving the second user identity and the corresponding authentication parameter distributed by the roaming place network side;
and sending the second user identity and the corresponding authentication parameter to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal sends a network registration request to the roaming place network side for network registration according to the second user identity and the corresponding authentication parameter.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the first subscriber identity is a subscriber identity provided by the mobile terminal provider in advance, and the second subscriber identity is a home subscriber identity allocated on the roaming-destination network side.
8. A mobile terminal is characterized by comprising an acquisition module, a first receiving module, a second receiving module, a first sending module and a second sending module;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the position information of the mobile terminal when the fact that the user of the mobile terminal roams is detected;
the first sending module is used for sending the position information of the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal identification, the first user identity identification and the corresponding password to the roaming server;
the first receiving module is used for receiving a second user identity and corresponding authentication parameters sent by the roaming server;
the second sending module is configured to send a network registration request including the second user identity and the corresponding authentication parameter to a roaming-site network side to which the mobile terminal belongs, so that the roaming-site network side directly receives the registration request after confirming that the mobile terminal is a pre-authenticated user according to the second user identity and the corresponding authentication parameter;
the second receiving module is configured to receive a feedback message that the network registration is successful, where the feedback message is sent by the roaming destination network side.
9. The mobile terminal of claim 8, further comprising a detection module, wherein the detection module is configured to detect whether the mobile terminal user roams.
10. The mobile terminal of claim 8, wherein the first subscriber identity is a subscriber identity provided by the mobile terminal provider in advance, and the second subscriber identity is a home subscriber identity allocated on the roaming-site network side.
11. The mobile terminal of claim 8, further comprising a closing module configured to close a physical SIM card of the mobile terminal to answer the incoming call transfer on the physical SIM card through the second subscriber identity.
12. The mobile terminal according to claim 8, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises a shutdown module, and the shutdown module is configured to shut down the data service of the physical SIM card of the mobile terminal, so as to perform the data service through the second subscriber identity.
13. A roaming server is characterized in that the roaming server comprises a confirmation module, a first receiving module, a second receiving module, a first sending module and a second sending module;
the first receiving module is used for receiving the position information of the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal identification, the first user identity identification and the corresponding password which are sent by the mobile terminal;
the confirmation module is used for confirming whether the mobile terminal is a legal user or not according to the mobile terminal identification of the mobile terminal, the first user identity identification and the password;
the first sending module is used for sending a request for acquiring a second user identity and corresponding authentication parameters to a roaming area network side to which the position of the mobile terminal belongs when the confirmation module confirms that the mobile terminal is a legal user;
the second receiving module is configured to receive the second subscriber identity and the corresponding authentication parameter allocated by the roaming destination network side;
the second sending module is configured to send the second user identity and the corresponding authentication parameter to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal sends a network registration request to the roaming destination network side for network registration according to the second user identity and the corresponding authentication parameter.
14. The roaming server of claim 13, wherein the first subscriber identity is a subscriber identity provided by the mobile terminal provider in advance, and the second subscriber identity is a home subscriber identity allocated on the roaming-destination network side.
