Abstract
本发明公开一种抗电磁干扰铁路数字信号电缆,包括2~20个由聚酯带绕包的导线组,此导线组包括四根由7根镀锡铜丝绞合而成的绞合单线;此绞合单线外表面具有一内绝缘层,一包覆层包覆于所述2~20个导线组外表面,一第一铜层包覆于所述内绝缘层外表面,一钢层包覆于所述第一铜层外表面,此钢层外表面包覆有第二铜层;所述第一铜层和钢层内表面之间通过第一合金层密封连接,所述第二铜层和钢层外表面之间通过第二合金层密封连接;一外护层包覆于所述第二铜层外表面;所述第一合金层由铜78%、铁15%、钼3%、铬3%、碳1%组成。本发明抗电磁干扰铁路数字信号电缆降低了电缆的传输衰减,提高了密合性和抗机械外力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及轨道交通信号电缆领域,具体涉及一种抗电磁干扰铁路数字信号电缆。
背景技术
为了提高电缆抗外界电磁场的干扰能力以及防止电缆运行时向外界辐射电磁场,提高电缆运行的稳定可靠性,传输电缆的护层结构一般均要设置抗电磁干扰的屏蔽层。传统的电缆护层一般由以下的结构层构成:包覆在电缆缆芯外层的包覆层,通用包覆层由挤制的塑料套或各种带材绕包而成的包覆层,其作用是使缆芯结构紧密并防止工艺过程中烫伤或损伤,起到保护缆芯的作用。包覆层外为电场屏蔽层,电场屏蔽层为铜带,形成电场屏蔽体,其作用是防止外界电场对电缆产生影响。电场屏蔽层外是挤制的塑料内衬层,其作用是保护电缆的电场屏蔽层在磁场屏蔽层加工生产过程中不受损伤。塑料内衬层外层是电缆的磁场保护层及金属材质的防护层,磁场屏蔽及金属防护层主要有钢带,其主要作用是实现电缆的磁场屏蔽,防止电缆受到外界的磁场干扰,并提高电缆抗机械外力的能力。最外层为外护套,是电缆的阻燃、防水、防紫外线、防白蚁等的功能护层。
上述电缆的护层特点是结构比较繁杂,电缆外径大、电缆重,制造过程的工艺复杂且制造成本较高,施工成本也较高,电缆的弯曲性能相对较差。屏蔽铜带或铝带因强度所限,在电缆制造及使用过程中容易断裂而造成屏蔽体不连续的危害,导致系统运行存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种抗电磁干扰铁路数字信号电缆,此抗电磁干扰铁路数字信号电缆,降低了电缆的传输衰减,提高了密合性和抗机械外力,也保证使用过程中不开裂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种抗电磁干扰铁路数字信号电缆,包括2~20个由聚酯带绕包的导线组,此导线组包括四根由7根镀锡铜丝绞合而成的绞合单线,所述7根镀锡铜丝中1根镀锡铜丝位于中心位置,其余6根镀锡铜丝绞合于位于中心的镀锡铜丝外表面;
此绞合单线外表面具有一内绝缘层,一包覆层包覆于所述2~20个导线组外表面,一第一铜层包覆于所述内绝缘层外表面,一钢层包覆于所述第一铜层外表面,此钢层外表面包覆有第二铜层;所述第一铜层和钢层内表面之间通过第一合金层密封连接,所述第二铜层和钢层外表面之间通过第二合金层密封连接;一外护层包覆于所述第二铜层外表面;
所述第一合金层由铜78%、铁15%、钼3%、铬3%、碳1%组成;所述第二合金层由铜30%、铁64%、钼3%、铬2%、碳1%组成。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
本发明抗电磁干扰铁路数字信号电缆,位于中心的钢层有利于吸收电磁场中的磁场,位于钢层内外侧的第一铜层、第二铜层有利于吸收电场,电场经2次吸收提高了屏蔽性能,且第一铜层外表面包覆有钢层,此钢层外表面包覆有第二铜层,第一铜层和钢层内表面之间通过第一合金层密封连接,所述第二铜层和钢层外表面之间通过第二合金层密封连接,第一合金层9由铜70~82%、铁14~22%、钼3~5%、铬2~3%组成;所述第二合金层10由铜25~35%、铁60~70%、钼3~5%、铬2~3%组成,上述结构结合特定配方的合金层大大提高了屏蔽性能和耐腐蚀性,降低了电缆的传输衰减,提高了密合性和抗机械外力,也保证使用过程中不开裂;其次,本发明产品成型性、延伸性、良导电性也得到了改善,而且具有提高了抗拉强度和抗冲击性。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例:一种抗电磁干扰铁路数字信号电缆,包括4个由聚酯带1绕包的导线组2,此导线组2包括四根由7根镀锡铜丝绞合而成的绞合单线3,所述7根镀锡铜丝中1根镀锡铜丝位于中心位置,其余6根镀锡铜丝绞合于位于中心的镀锡铜丝外表面;
此绞合单线3外表面具有一内绝缘层4,一包覆层5包覆于所述4个导线组2外表面,一第一铜层6包覆于所述内绝缘层4外表面,一钢层7包覆于所述第一铜层6外表面,此钢层7外表面包覆有第二铜层8;所述第一铜层6和钢层7内表面之间通过第一合金层9密封连接,所述第二铜层8和钢层7外表面之间通过第二合金层10密封连接;一外护层11包覆于所述第二铜层8外表面;
所述第一合金层9由铜78%、铁15%、钼3%、铬3%、碳1%组成;所述第二合金层10由铜30%、铁64%、钼3%、铬2%、碳1%组成。
电流沿着阻力最小的位于钢层7内、外表面的第一铜层6、第二铜层8流动,第一铜层6、第二铜层8是电场屏蔽层,位于中间层的钢层7,具备了良好的导磁特性,是磁场屏蔽层,上述复合结构的综合屏蔽层,在具备良好的导电、导磁功能特点(电磁场屏蔽)的同时,大幅提高了密合性和抗机械外力,也保证使用过程中不开裂,解决了屏蔽层在电缆制造及使用过程中断裂而造成屏蔽体不连续的危害和安全隐患,同时在磁场屏蔽层外均匀包覆铜层,使磁场屏蔽层具有良好的抗氧化、耐腐蚀的功能特点。

通常凝露条件下的二氧化硫腐蚀试验≥8,
金属材料试验均匀腐蚀试验
酸溶液:(PH值:2±0.2)≤0.03mm/a,
盐溶液:(PH值:7±0.2)≤0.03mm/a,
碱溶液:(PH值:11±0.2)≤0.03mm/a。
上述耐腐蚀性能涉及到电缆应用中极限酸碱盐环境及空气或土壤中的二氧化硫腐蚀等极端环境。
本技术的成功开发,在保证电缆产品正常的传导特性的同时,大幅降低了电缆的材料成本,降低了产品的制造成本及工程造价,具有可观的经济效益、社会效益和广阔的市场前景。

1.一种抗电磁干扰铁路数字信号电缆,其特征在于:包括2~20个由聚酯带(1)绕包的导线组(2),此导线组(2)包括四根由7根镀锡铜丝(12)绞合而成的绞合单线(3),所述7根镀锡铜丝(12)中1根镀锡铜丝(12)位于中心位置,其余6根镀锡铜丝(12)绞合于位于中心的镀锡铜丝(12)外表面;
此绞合单线(3)外表面具有一内绝缘层(4),一包覆层(5)包覆于所述2~20个导线组(2)外表面,一第一铜层(6)包覆于所述内绝缘层(4)外表面,一钢层(7)包覆于所述第一铜层(6)外表面,此钢层(7)外表面包覆有第二铜层(8);所述第一铜层(6)和钢层(7)内表面之间通过第一合金层(9)密封连接,所述第二铜层(8)和钢层(7)外表面之间通过第二合金层(10)密封连接;一外护层(11)包覆于所述第二铜层(8)外表面;
所述第一合金层(9)由铜78%、铁15%、钼3%、铬3%、碳1%组成;所述第二合金层(10)由铜30%、铁64%、钼3%、铬2%、碳1%组成。
