Abstract

本发明的耐磨实用型电缆包括若干对双绞线对,以及包裹在所述双绞线对外的导体编织层和包裹在导体编织层外的护套,所述双绞线对由两根铜导体绝缘芯线和包裹在所述铜导体绝缘芯线外层的复合带组成,所述护套与导体编织层之间设置有套管;所述套管的外表面设有耐磨层组,所述耐磨层组由从内往外依次设置的基础层、中间层和加强层组成,所述基础层为厚度0.1mm‑0.3mm的钨钼层,所述中间层为厚度0.3mm‑0.5mm的低碳高合金层,所述加强层为厚度0.8mm‑1.0mm的聚氨酯层。本发明利用基础层、中间层和加强层所选材料的特性,增加了电缆耐磨、耐温、耐腐蚀和减震特性,使得电缆使用寿命增加。

耐磨实用型电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐磨实用性电缆。
背景技术
耐磨实用型电缆,通讯光缆是由若干根(芯)光纤(一般从几芯到几千芯)构成的缆心和外护层所组成。光纤与传统的对称铜回路及同轴铜回路相比较,其传输容量大得多;衰耗少;传输距离长;体积小;重量轻;无电磁干扰;成本低,是当前最有前景的通信传输媒体。通讯光缆在结构上与电缆主要的区别是光缆必须有加强构件去承受外界的机械负荷,以保护光纤免受各种外机械力的影响。通讯光缆正广泛地用于电信、电力、广播等各部门的信号传输上,将逐步成为未来通讯网络的主体。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨实用的耐磨实用型电缆。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明的耐磨实用型电缆包括若干对双绞线对,以及包裹在所述双绞线对外的导体编织层和包裹在导体编织层外的护套,所述双绞线对由两根铜导体绝缘芯线和包裹在所述铜导体绝缘芯线外层的复合带组成,所述护套与导体编织层之间设置有套管;所述套管的外表面设有耐磨层组,所述耐磨层组由从内往外依次设置的基础层、中间层和加强层组成,所述基础层为厚度0.1mm-0.3mm的钨钼层,所述中间层为厚度0.3mm-0.5mm的低碳高合金层,所述加强层为厚度0.8mm-1.0mm的聚氨酯层。
进一步,所述基础层的厚度为0.2mm。
进一步,所述中间层的厚度为0.4mm。
进一步,所述加强层的厚度为0.9mm。
本发明的有益效果:利用基础层、中间层和加强层所选材料的特性,增加了电缆耐磨、耐温、耐腐蚀和减震特性,使得电缆使用寿命增加。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。

如图1、图2、图3所示,耐磨实用型电缆包括若干对双绞线对,以及包裹在所述双绞线对外的导体编织层和包裹在导体编织层外的护套,所述双绞线对由两根铜导体绝缘芯线和包裹在所述铜导体绝缘芯线外层的复合带组成,所述护套与导体编织层之间设置有套管;所述套管的外表面设有耐磨层组,所述耐磨层组由从内往外依次设置的基础层、中间层和加强层组成,所述基础层为厚度0.1mm-0.3mm的钨钼层,所述中间层为厚度0.3mm-0.5mm的低碳高合金层,所述加强层为厚度0.8mm-1.0mm的聚氨酯层。
如图1、图2、图3所示,钨钼具有良好导热、导电、低热膨胀系数、高温强度、低蒸气压和耐磨等特性。
如图1、图2、图3所示,低碳高合金具有耐磨耐腐蚀特性。
如图1、图2、图3所示,聚氨酯的密度低,质地柔软,且具有耐磨、减震、防滑、耐温和耐化学等特性。
如图1、图2、图3所示,基础层、中间层及加强层的厚度范围均通过实验确定,能够在实现耐磨的同时节省原料,提高加工效率;基础层、中间层及加强层可根据具体情况采用物理气相沉积(PVD)法、化学气相沉积(CVD)法、喷涂法以及它们的组合及变异方法进行涂覆。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出至少一个变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种耐磨实用型电缆包括若干对双绞线对,以及包裹在所述双绞线对外的导体编织层和包裹在导体编织层外的护套,所述双绞线对由两根铜导体绝缘芯线和包裹在所述铜导体绝缘芯线外层的复合带组成,所述护套与导体编织层之间设置有套管;所述套管的外表面设有耐磨层组,所述耐磨层组由从内往外依次设置的基础层、中间层和加强层组成,所述基础层为厚度0.1mm-0.3mm的钨钼层,所述中间层为厚度0.3mm-0.5mm的低碳高合金层,所述加强层为厚度0.8mm-1.0mm的聚氨酯层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨实用型电缆,其特征在于:所述基础层的厚度为0.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨实用型电缆,其特征在于:所述中间层的厚度为0.4mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨实用型电缆,其特征在于:所述加强层的厚度为0.9mm。
