本发明公开了一种耐海水蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、蝶板、蜗轮装置和支架,所述蜗轮装置通过支架与阀体固定连接;所述阀体内设有蝶板和阀杆;所述蝶板通过阀杆与蜗轮装置连接;所述阀杆与阀体之间设有填料组;所述填料组下方设有填料垫圈;所述填料组上方设有填料压盖;所述填料压盖通过双头螺栓与支架连接;所述填料组包括聚四氟乙烯和三元乙丙橡胶;所述底板外表面涂设有衬胶层。本发明的耐海水蝶阀具有超强的耐腐蚀能力,且过流量大,使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及流体输送系统中的控制领域,尤其是涉及阀门控制领域的耐海水蝶阀。
背景技术
近年来,随着海洋开发利用进展的加快,沿海核电项目的大量建设以及海水淡化产业的推广,耐海水蝶阀的应用已越来越广泛。
海水是一种含有许多盐类的电解质溶液,并溶有一定量的氧气,大部分金属材料在海水中都存在电化学腐蚀。海水中氯离子含量很大,增加了腐蚀速度,同时海流及砂粒对金属构件产生低频往复应力和冲击。近年来,随着海洋开发利用进展的加快,沿海核电项目的大量建设以及海水淡化产业的推广,耐海水蝶阀的应用已越来越广泛。
普通的耐海水蝶阀,为适应海水中氯离子的腐蚀,阀体、蝶板等配件通常采用双相不锈钢、钛合金和铝青铜等材料制成,采用以上材料制成的耐海水蝶阀都有各自的缺陷,并不能完全满足海水工况的需要。如钛合金蝶阀,虽然各方面性能都很优越,但钛及钛合金熔炼技术难度大,获取钛合金铸件的途径比较困难,难加工,且价格十分昂贵。如采用双相不锈钢制成的蝶阀,能抵抗氯离子腐蚀,但耐冲蚀能力不好,流道和密封面易受冲刷而受损,造成蝶阀密封面泄漏。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是,针对上述现有技术中的缺点,提出改进方案或者替换方案,尤其是一种耐海水蝶阀。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的方案如下:一种耐海水蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、蝶板、蜗轮装置和支架,其特征在于,所述蜗轮装置通过支架与阀体固定连接;所述阀体内设有蝶板和阀杆;所述蝶板通过阀杆与蜗轮装置连接;所述阀杆与阀体之间设有填料组;所述填料组下方设有填料垫圈;所述填料组上方设有填料压盖;所述填料压盖通过双头螺栓与支架连接;所述填料组包括聚四氟乙烯和三元乙丙橡胶;所述底板外表面涂设有衬胶层。
本发明的蝶板经过优化设计,能有效增加蝶阀过流面积,降低流体阻力;可以根据不同的工况,选用合适的蝶板密封圈,确保阀门在一个检修周期内不会产生内漏;阀体、蝶板、压环等零部件为碳钢材料制成,有效降低制造成本,所有与介质接触部位喷涂陶瓷等耐磨耐腐蚀涂层,能增加阀门抗海水腐蚀和冲刷的能力;阀门轴套为双相不锈钢材料制成,且与阀体上的轴孔采用过盈配合,有效防止海水对阀体轴孔部位的腐蚀;在阀杆与轴套之间有挡圏,其作用是:防止海水渗入阀杆与轴套之间,消除海水对阀杆及轴套的腐蚀。同时防止海水中的泥砂渗入阀杆与轴套的间隙内,造成阀杆与轴套咬合现象,有效提高了阀门的使用寿命;阀座密封面堆焊双相不锈钢,能耐磨、抗冲刷,有效提高阀门密封可靠性;采用活载组合式填料,即V型PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)+V型EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)填料,保证阀门在一个检修周期内不产生外漏。
进一步,根据上述设计方案所述耐海水蝶阀,所述填料组中部设有隔环,所述隔环将填料组分割为上下两部分。
进一步,根据上述设计方案所述耐海水蝶阀,所述蜗轮装置包括手轮;所述手轮握柄部分包覆设有防滑橡胶层。
进一步,根据上述设计方案所述耐海水蝶阀,所述阀体外表面涂设有衬胶层;所述耐海水蝶阀各部分连接用销轴和螺栓的两端包覆有橡胶套。
进一步,根据上述设计方案所述耐海水蝶阀,所述阀体与蝶板密封连接处设有小口凹槽;所述小口凹槽内卡设有密封圈;所述蝶板与阀体密封连接处设有蝶板密封圈;所述蝶板密封圈表面涂有耐腐蚀层。
进一步,根据上述设计方案所述耐海水蝶阀,所述密封圈为丁腈橡胶(NBR)注脂方式制成。
进一步,根据上述设计方案所述耐海水蝶阀,所述阀体底部设有底盖;所述底盖与阀体之间设有密封垫;所述底盖上依次设有调节垫和下阀杆;所述下阀杆通过销轴与蝶板固定连接。
进一步,根据上述设计方案所述耐海水蝶阀,所述下阀杆外侧套设有下阀杆衬套;所述阀杆位于填料组下方杆段外侧套设有阀杆衬套。
进一步,根据上述设计方案所述耐海水蝶阀,所述蝶板包括拱桥加固板和迎流面板;所述拱桥加固板和迎流面板之间形成增流通道。
如上述设计方案所述在蝶板外表面设置的衬胶层还可以是在蝶板外表面涂覆陶瓷层。
本发明的技术效果如下:本发明的耐海水蝶阀由阀体、阀杆、蝶板、蜗轮装置组成,并在蝶板和阀体表面涂覆有衬胶层,防止海水腐蚀,延长使用寿命。本发明的蝶板经过优化设计,能有效增加蝶阀过流面积,降低流体阻力;可以根据不同的工况,选用合适的蝶板密封圈,确保阀门在一个检修周期内不会产生内漏;阀体、蝶板、压环等零部件为碳钢材料制成,有效降低制造成本,所有与介质接触部位喷涂陶瓷等耐磨耐腐蚀涂层,能增加阀门抗海水腐蚀和冲刷的能力;阀门轴套为双相不锈钢材料制成,且与阀体上的轴孔采用过盈配合,有效防止海水对阀体轴孔部位的腐蚀;在阀杆与轴套之间有挡圏,其作用是:防止海水渗入阀杆与轴套之间,消除海水对阀杆及轴套的腐蚀。同时防止海水中的泥砂渗入阀杆与轴套的间隙内,造成阀杆与轴套咬合现象,有效提高了阀门的使用寿命;阀座密封面堆焊双相不锈钢,能耐磨、抗冲刷,有效提高阀门密封可靠性;采用活载组合式填料,即V型PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)+V型EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)填料,保证阀门在一个检修周期内不产生外漏。

1.一种耐海水蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、蝶板、蜗轮装置和支架,其特征在于,所述蜗轮装置通过支架与阀体固定连接;所述阀体内设有蝶板和阀杆;所述蝶板通过阀杆与蜗轮装置连接;所述阀杆与阀体之间设有填料组;所述填料组下方设有填料垫圈;所述填料组上方设有填料压盖;所述填料压盖通过双头螺栓与支架连接;所述填料组包括聚四氟乙烯和三元乙丙橡胶;所述蝶板外表面涂设有衬胶层,所述填料组中部设有隔环,所述隔环将填料组分割为上下两部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐海水蝶阀,其特征在于,所述蜗轮装置包括手轮;所述手轮握柄部分包覆设有防滑橡胶层。
3.根据权利要求1所述耐海水蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀体外表面涂设有衬胶层;所述耐海水蝶阀各部分连接用销轴和螺栓的两端包覆有橡胶套。
4.根据权利要求1所述耐海水蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀体与蝶板密封连接处设有小口凹槽;所述小口凹槽内卡设有密封圈;所述蝶板与阀体密封连接处设有蝶板密封圈;所述蝶板密封圈表面涂有耐腐蚀层。
5.根据权利要求4所述耐海水蝶阀,其特征在于,所述密封圈为丁腈橡胶注脂方式制成。
6.根据权利要求1-5所述任一耐海水蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀体底部设有底盖;所述底盖与阀体之间设有密封垫;所述底盖上依次设有调节垫和下阀杆;所述下阀杆通过销轴与蝶板固定连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述耐海水蝶阀,其特征在于,所述下阀杆外侧套设有下阀杆衬套;所述阀杆位于填料组下方杆段外侧套设有阀杆衬套。
8.根据权利要求7所述耐海水蝶阀,其特征在于,所述蝶板包括拱桥加固板和迎流面板;所述拱桥加固板和迎流面板之间形成增流通道。
