本发明涉及一种适用于中小型养殖场废水处理系统及与固体废弃物综合处理方法,该系统包括依次连接的沉淀池、调节池、高效过滤池、植物净化池和堆肥场,高效过滤池包括多个高效过滤池模块,高效过滤池模块包括过滤池腔和设置在过滤池腔内部的滤料,高效过滤池上部设置有布水系统,下部设置出水总管,且侧面设置出料口,本发明的高效过滤池,内部填有高效吸附材料作为载体,吸附材料为多孔材料并有很大的表面积,有利于废水中污染物的吸附,提高厌氧发酵效率,装置的设计有利于吸附饱和材料的出料、利用,吸附饱和后的材料能与养殖场粪便一起生产有机肥料,提高肥料肥效,并实现废弃物的循环利用。

[0002] 近年来我国规模化、集约化畜禽养殖业蓬勃发展,生猪规模化养殖更是呈现加速 发展的态势,规模化猪场数量也在不断增加。2010年,我国规模化生猪养殖场出栏量为 33262. 3万头,在满足人们畜产品供应的同时,也对周围环境产生了严重的污染,由于很多 中小型养猪场没有污水处理措施,养猪场周围污水横流,气味更是恶臭难忍,严重影响了周 围村民的正常生活。目前,我国绝大部分规模化养猪场是采用水冲式工艺,这种工艺比较 方便快捷,但是同时会把猪粪、饲料残渣与猪排泄物等一起冲洗到废水中,因此废水中含有 大量的污染物,据统计,存栏10000头的养猪场,若采用水冲式工艺,年废水产生量为10. 96 万t,其中COD浓度高达3000~10000mg/L,B0D5浓度达1500~5000mg/L,NH 3-N浓度可达 200mg/L,SS浓度高达3000~6000mg/L,另外,猪场废水还有冲击负荷大,冲栏时污水排放 量大,其它时间水量很小;废水含渣量高、固液混杂粘度大,废水中含有的粪渣和饲料残渣 等容易将处理设施管道堵塞等特点,增加了处理难度。

[0004] 中国专利文献CN201510063905. 8公开了一种低C/N比干清粪养猪场废水的微氧 生物处理装置及其处理养猪废水的方法,由微氧反应器、沉淀池、泥水溶氧池、鼓风机、溶氧 传感器、风量控制仪、污泥回流栗等组成,该工艺控制复杂,难度大,不适宜在中小型养猪场 推广使用。中国专利文献CN201410749016. 2公开了一种养猪场养殖废水生化处理系统, 由格栅池、集水搅拌池、固液分离机、初沉调节水解酸化池、IC反应器、一级缺氧池、第一碳 碱液池、一级好氧池、中间沉淀池、二级缺氧池、第二碳碱液池、二级好氧池、药剂池、除磷沉 淀池、酸化池、兼氧塘、消毒池、填料组成,出水达到排放标准,但该工艺流程复杂,运行维 护难度大,适用于大型养猪场废水处理。中国专利文献CN201210584216.8公开了一种高 浓度养猪场废水的处理工艺,主要采用二级厌氧和SBR组合工艺对该猪场的废水进行治 理,经处理后的排水中COD、NH4 +-N、SS、B0D5等各项指标均达到《畜禽养殖废水排放标准》 (GB18596-2001)的要求,但该工艺运行过程中因要曝气,所以耗能较高。因此研究开发一种 工艺简单、运行维护方便、建设及运行成本低的适用于中小型养猪场废水的处理工艺及技 术势在必行。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种适用于中小型养殖场的废水处理系统,实 现养殖场废水的"零污染"、"零排放",工艺简单、运行维护方便,成本低。

[0008] -种适用于中小型养殖场的废水处理系统,包括依次连接的沉淀池、调节池、高效 过滤池、植物净化池和堆肥场,其特征在于,高效过滤池包括多个高效过滤池模块,高效过 滤池模块包括过滤池腔和设置在过滤池腔内部的滤料,高效过滤池上部设置有布水系统, 下部设置出水总管,且侧面设置出料口,出料口上设置有出料口密封门。
[0009] 本发明优选的,所述的多个高效过滤池模块为2~6个平行排列设置的高效过滤 池模块,相邻高效过滤池模块之间通过隔板隔开,隔板活动插设在高效过滤池上,隔板与高 效过滤池侧壁形成一个分过滤池腔,布水系统设置在每个高效过滤池模块上,相邻布水系 统连通在一起,每个分过滤池腔底部设置出水口,出水口连接出水管,出水管汇集到出水总 管,出水总管与植物净化池连接。每个分高效过滤池独立运行,处理后的水通过出水总管排 到植物净化池进一步净化处理。

[0027] 利用上述系统进行养殖场废水处理的方法,包括步骤如下:
[0028] (1)养殖场废水经管网收集后汇入沉淀池,沉淀池停留时间为6~10h,沉淀养殖 场废水中大的颗粒物质,防止堵塞后续过滤系统,沉淀池上层清液通过溢流口流入与其相 邻的调节池;
[0029] (2)养殖场废水进入调节池后,在调节池中停留10~15h,调节水质水量后,通过 潜污栗向各个高效过滤池模块供水,废水经过总管和分支布水支管进入吸附过滤层,依次 经过木肩层、活性炭层、硅藻土层、腐殖酸层和活性沸石,污染物在这五层被吸附降解。
[0030] (3)高效过滤池出水通过出水总管进入植物净化池,经过池植物进一步净化出水, 去除氨氮和磷;最终出水达到《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》后排放。

1. 一种适用于中小型养殖场的废水处理系统,包括依次连接的沉淀池、调节池、高效过 滤池、植物净化池和堆肥场,其特征在于,高效过滤池包括多个高效过滤池模块,高效过滤 池模块包括过滤池腔和设置在过滤池腔内部的滤料,高效过滤池上部设置有布水系统,下 部设置出水总管,且侧面设置出料口,出料口上设置有出料口密封门。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的适用于中小型养殖场的废水处理系统,其特征在于,所述的 多个高效过滤池模块为2~6个平行排列设置的高效过滤池模块,相邻高效过滤池模块之 间通过隔板隔开,隔板活动插设在高效过滤池上,隔板与高效过滤池侧壁形成一个分过滤 池腔,布水系统设置在每个高效过滤池模块上,相邻布水系统连通在一起,每个分过滤池腔 底部设置出水口,出水口连接出水管,出水管汇集到出水总管,出水总管与植物净化池连 接。

8. 利用权利要求1所述的系统进行养殖场废水处理的方法,包括步骤如下: (1) 养殖场废水经管网收集后汇入沉淀池,沉淀池停留时间为6~10h,沉淀养殖场废 水中大的颗粒物质,防止堵塞后续过滤系统,沉淀池上层清液通过溢流口流入与其相邻的 调节池; (2) 养殖场废水进入调节池后,在调节池中停留10~15h,调节水质水量后,通过潜污 栗向各个高效过滤池模块供水,废水经过总管和分支布水支管进入吸附过滤层,依次经过 木肩层、活性炭层、硅藻土层、腐殖酸层和活性沸石,污染物在这五层被吸附降解。 (3) 高效过滤池出水通过出水总管进入植物净化池,经过池植物进一步净化出水,去除 氨氮和磷;最终出水达到《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》后排放,所述植物净化池内的植物 为芦苇和/或互花米草。
9. 利用权利要求1所述的系统进行养殖场废水处理的方法中高效过滤池模块排出的 吸附饱和材料与养殖场粪便进行堆肥生产土壤改良剂, 包括步骤如下: (1) 将养殖场粪便通过干燥,使得水分保持在40-50wt%之间,置于堆肥场; (2) 将高效过滤池模块排出的吸附饱和材料干燥,使水分保持在40-50wt%之间,置于 堆肥场; (3) 按比例将步骤(1)和步骤⑵制得的混合物混合,调整含水率40~45wt%,获得 混合物料; (4) 将步骤(3)的混合物料通过造粒机进行造粒,制得粒径为2~2. 5mm的圆形颗粒。
10. 根据权利要求9所述的堆肥生产土壤改良剂,其特征在于,所述的干燥后畜禽粪 便与干燥后的吸附饱和材料,原料重量份如下:畜禽奠便50-55份,木肩8~10份,活性炭 10~12份,硅藻土 10~12份,腐殖酸8~10份,活性沸石10~15份,养殖场粪便为猪 粪、牛粪、鸡粪等动物粪便的一种或两种以上混合。
