本发明为利用养殖废水生产蚯蚓养殖肥土的设施及方法,本发明的设施包括泥水分离装置、及生化处理装置,生化处理装置包括污水调节池、沉淀池、厌氧反应装置、缺氧反应池、生物接触氧化池。本发明提供的方法步骤包括:将养殖排放粪便分拣,含水量低于75%的粪便直接库存,其余进行固液分离,并经调节池调节、厌氧反应处理、沉淀、压滤、再次调节、第二次沉淀、缺氧处理、充氧处理、第三次沉淀,所得清水达标排放。粪便及污泥得蚯蚓养殖肥土。本发明利用养殖废水生产蚯蚓养殖肥土,所使用的耗能少,管理简单。

[0003] 畜禽养殖场废水主要包括尿、部分粪和养殖舍冲洗水,该类废水有机物浓度高、悬 浮物多、氣氣含量尚、臭味大。猪场废水是一种尚氣氣尚有机物废水,媪含大量能源。这些 废水中的有机物、氨氮等物质不经过处理,直接排入水体,将对其周围水体造成严重富营养 化,严重破坏水体的自尽能力,造成水体发黑变臭,影响环境和农业灌溉。
[0004]目前,中小城镇与广大农村大量存在以动植物为原料生产产品(包括畜禽渔养殖 业及所需饲料)排放的生产污水,以及人类活动产生的生活污水,即所含污染物为生物质的 有机污水,须治理净化达标方允许外排;如仍沿袭《室外排水设计规范》(GBJ14-87)所指 "生物膜法"、"活性污泥法"中任何单一技术、或组合技术工艺系统予净化,或按其它需采 用机电曝气的工艺净化,或还与物理法光分解,物化法混凝沉淀、气浮、吸附、膜分离、气提、 吹脱、萃取,化学法氧化还原、湿式氧化、过氧化氢氧化、焚烧、电解法等单一、复合技术结合 净化,会存在如下问题: 1.因其能耗、投资、运行费用较高,占地较大,管理复杂、实施困难,未切实从根本上清 除跑冒滴漏、消灭污染源头,更未从珍惜资源、提高资源利用率,变废为宝、循环利用考虑。
[0005] 2.大量的实践证明:要实行污染治理低投高效、资源不竭循环利用,单靠各种单 一技术,难以按要求去除各种养殖污染物及衍生物,实现达标外排和循环利用。即便采用前 述需采用机电曝气的工艺技术,和物理、化学、物化法技术结合的工艺,其能耗、投资、运行 费用、占地等均偏高、不符合低投高效,且管理、实施亦较难。
[0006] 3.因种种因素,在养殖废水净化上,大多采用机电曝气的工艺,其具有如下严重 缺陷: (1) 只适用于低浓度。即便发挥充分、达到90%去除率的好氧工艺,也难将BOD> 600mg/ L的养殖污水处理到达标排放; (2) 耗能高。与厌氧工艺相比,是其10倍以上,相应运行管理费高。用好氧的活性污泥 法技术去除1. 0吨B0D,需电lOOOkw.h,即耗油为245L(如火力发电热效率按35%计,每发 1度电需耗热能kcal~0. 245L石油); (3) 产生的污泥多,是厌氧的6-10倍,处理的装置相应较大,须加药、脱水性才好,相应 处理费用亦高。
[0007] (4)必须曝气才能正常运行,与之配套的设备多,价格较高,管理难度提高;设备多 增加出故障机率,维修增多、影响正常使用,耗费亦增高; (5)曝气大多在非密闭状况下进行,占地大、难复用,渣泥横溢、嗅味四散、泡沫障眼、温 控较难; (6) 需营养物多:BOD:N:P为100 :5 :1,是厌氧需N、P的2倍; (7) 不能降除更多的有机物和某些色剂、染料污染物; (8) 污泥浓度低,难承受较大的负荷和水质变化,一般仅为2-4kgB0D/m3.d;污泥难长 期贮存、保持活性。
[0008] 如采用物理、物化、化学工艺技术与其配套,其设计、施工安装、运行管理技术难度 加大;相应设备及与其配套的动力、制剂等增加,其投资、运行管理费用亦增加。
发明内容
[0009] 为了解决以上所述问题,本发明提供了利用养殖废水生产蚯蚓养殖肥土的设施及 方法。
[0010] 本发明的设施包括泥水分离装置、及生化处理装置,生化处理装置包括污水调节 池、沉淀池、厌氧反应装置、缺氧反应池、生物接触氧化池,其特征在于,所述的泥水分离装 置由分流格栅、粪尿混合液池、固液分离机组成。
[0011] 生化处理装置第一调节池、厌氧反应装置、第一沉淀池、压滤机、第二调节池、第二 沉淀池、缺氧反应池、生物接触氧化池、第三沉淀池、消毒池串联组成。设置有污泥浓缩池分 别与厌氧反应装置、第一沉淀池、第二沉淀池、第三沉淀池连接。生物接触氧化池与缺氧反 应池之间设置有循环栗。设置有鼓风机分别与生物接触氧化池及第二调节池连接。
[0012] 如上所述的利用养殖废水生产蚯蚓养殖肥土的设施,具体为,所述的厌氧反应装 置为三级组合厌氧反应装置,并在每一级厌氧反应装置内设有上流式活性污泥床和厌氧滤 料生物膜床的组合体,并配有按照工艺流程流向而设置的向上或向下布水器。上流式活性 污泥床设在距反应器底部1. 〇m处。上流式活性污泥床的上方设置1. 0-2. 0m高的厌氧生物 膜床。在最后一级反应器的污泥床上1.0-2.0m处,设置滤料生物膜床。滤料采用化纤弹 性填料、多孔轻质泡沫垫,竹木、棕垫、碳渣、粒径小于20mm土陶碎片粒或其组合,厌氧复合 反应器为封闭式,其顶部连接脱硫脱水装置,再与沼气贮柜连接。
[0013] 生物接触氧化池内设置有机械曝气装置,还设置有好氧填料生物膜与好氧活性污 泥构成的组合带。

[0015] 本发明提供的利用养殖废水生产蚯蚓养殖肥土的方法,由以下步骤构成: 1、将养殖排放粪便分拣,含水量低于75%的粪便直接库存,其余的尿液、残留粪便及其 冲洗污水分别经过格栅去除大的浮渣后自流入混合液池,经固液分离机进行固液分离,并 将在上述过程中产生的含水量低于78%的粪便库存,剩余的粪便与水的混合物流入第一调 节池。
[0016] 2、在第一调节池中将污水进行水量调节及均化水质,并将污水栗入厌氧反应装置 进行厌氧反应处理,并将在厌氧反应过程中产生的沼气收集利用。所述厌氧反应过程为三 级以上的厌氧反应,并将厌氧反应处理过程中过滤产生的多余的污泥栗入污泥浓缩池进行 浓缩。
[0017] 3、经厌氧反应的低浓度污水进行第一次沉淀,经沉淀后进入压滤机挤压,滤液及 污水再进入第二调节池,向第二调节池内的污水充氧,经调节后再进行第二次沉淀,然后进 行缺氧处理、充氧处理、第三次沉淀。在此过程中,将压滤机挤压得到的含水量低于82%的 污泥进入库存。将第二次沉淀、第三次沉淀所得到的沉淀泥水收集并栗入污泥浓缩池进行 浓缩。将上述处理过程中所得清水消毒达排放标准后排放。
[0018]4、污泥浓缩池将收集到的污泥进行浓缩后,得含水量低于75%的污泥,并进入库 存。
[0019] 5、将库存内的粪便及污泥混合,得蚯蚓养殖肥土。
[0020] 如上所述的利用养殖废水生产蚯蚓养殖肥土的方法,进一步说明为,厌氧反应过 程具体为,污水由第一级厌氧反应装置底部进入,并向上布水,废水经上流式活性污泥床和 厌氧滤料生物膜床的组合体处理后,到达该级厌氧反应装置的上部。进入第二级厌氧反应 装置的上部,并向下布水,污水经上流式活性污泥床和厌氧滤料生物膜床的组合体处理后, 到达该级厌氧反应装置的下部,如此步骤分别经过至少三级厌氧反应装置处理,并经污泥 过滤处理后,分别得到低浓度废水及污泥。

具体实施方式
[0028] 实施例一: 本发明各工位按如下方式实施: 固液分离一一将养殖排放粪便分拣,利用分离设备对废水中的悬浮进行去除,包括加 药辅助沉淀进行的二次分离,确保悬浮物不会对微生物的生长够成大的影响。
[0029]厌氧处理一一采用厌氧反应装置,厌氧反应装置中设有上流式厌氧活性污泥床和 厌氧滤料生物膜床的组合体,并配有布水器,大大降解废水中的有机物含量,废水在此阶段 处理的时间为5d。上流式厌氧污泥床反应器,其工艺优势核心是活性污泥床。设计一均匀 布水的布水器置于污泥床底部,使污水从下往上让活性污泥消化其污染物质。并让具充分 活性的污泥床在代谢中使颗粒污泥富集驯化而繁殖。现在的反应器中三相分离器是需泥、 水、气分离而设,非必备的工艺设备;因其增加了设计、施工复杂性,及施工难度和投资,因 而在本工艺系统中以厌氧过滤器、降流式厌氧过滤器滤料形成之生物膜床承担三相分离器 功能。厌氧过滤器、降流式厌氧过滤器,其工艺优势的核心是滤料厌氧生物膜床,污水无论 以升流、降流方式通过之,其均起关键作用。该滤料形成之生物膜床便承担了三相分离器功 能。该技术易堵塞之问题,采用措施为对进水所含肉眼不可见固形物能充分拦截的填滤料、 且滤料选用难造成堵塞品种,和适时冲洗滤料生物膜床中脱膜、污泥,加上厌氧技术本身具 有消化污泥功效。
[0030] 将两工艺技术的核心部分厌氧活性污泥床和厌氧生物膜床结为一体,构筑物中的 下部0. 5m-l. 5m高为设置布水器的厌氧活性污泥区,其上为1. 0-2. 0m高的厌氧生物膜床。 如此形成的新型厌氧复合反应器,大为提高了去除污染物的能力,确保了每一级反应器去 除率达80%以上。
[0031 ] 缺氧处理--缺氧池中的反消化细菌利用原水中的有机物和回流混合液中的硝 酸根和亚硝酸根进行反硝化反应,将硝酸根和亚硝酸根进行反硝化生成氮气而被出去,以 达到脱氮的目的,废水在此阶段处理的时间为3 - 5h。缺氧处理是生物脱氮必经初级阶段, 将污水中的COD、BOD、SS、NH3-N去除,对后期好氧处理都十分有利。
[0032] 充氧处理一一采用生物接触氧化池,生物接触氧化池中设有好氧填料生物膜和好 氧活性污泥组合带而净化废水,废水在此阶段处理的时间为12 - 20h。或湿地处理或土地 处理一一由其具备的物理、物化、化学、生化(厌氧、兼氧、好氧菌,微生物与动植物)的复合 作用而净化废水。充氧处理其工艺优势的核心是低浓度污水通过机械曝气与溶解氧指标符 合的好氧填料生物膜和好氧活性污泥组合带,好氧池一方面通过硝化菌将废水中的氨氮氧 化为硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐,另一方面利用好氧微生物的自身氧化作用将废水中的有机物氧化 为二氧化碳和水,经过具有活力的好氧菌消化分解后,水质达到排放标准,该工艺此优势决 定其去除效率高达80%以上。其具有耐冲击负荷,运行稳定、适应性广,即使停止运行数天 也易复活的特点。
[0033] 消毒一一根据回用水量,灵活选择消毒方式,可选紫外线、臭氧以及投加药剂进行 消毒,废水在此阶段处理的时间为lh。
[0034] 湿地处理或土地处理一一其工艺优势的核心是低浓度污水通过湿地或土地具备 的物理、物化、化学、生化(厌氧、兼氧、好氧菌,微生物与动植物)的复合作用而净化,类似天 然生态净化系统,去除效率达80%以上,水质达到优于排放标准值,且投资运行费低,管理 简单。
[0035] 如图1-3,本发明的生物质养殖废水净化回收利用工艺,包括以下步骤: 人工清理大量的粪便至蚯蚓养殖基地(或库存堆肥),少量的尿液与粪便冲洗污水(粪 便、尿液和冲洗畜舍地面的水)通过管道自流入粪尿混合液池,在粪尿混合液池前端设置人 工格栅(水量大时,设置机械格栅),去除废水中的浮渣,防止堵塞栗、管道,人工对浮渣定期 清理,在粪尿混合液池设置沉砂斗,定期排砂除渣。
[0036] 用栗将混合体抽入固液分离机进行分离,粪渣外运至蚯蚓养殖基地(或库存堆 肥),粪便与水的混合物自流入第一调节池。

[0044] 处理过程中,污水通过多级格栅、网,较充分去除渣泥至肉眼不可见渣泥状,再通 过多级一将上流式厌氧活性污泥床和上流式厌氧过滤、降流式厌氧过滤(填)料生物膜床 组合,配上布设布水器较均匀布水,组成的厌氧复合反应器;与通过兼多功能的水解酸化反 应器,污水经多级复合厌氧复合反应器处理,己达灌溉用水标准、甚至更佳,再经需设计的 配套规模大为缩小的好氧接触工艺处理,或湿地(土地)处理,合理配置工艺系统中污水进 与出,达到良好效果。其效果可见如下: 1.对污水实施"雨污分流、干稀分离、清浊分治"的三分物理处理,是物理处理改造 创新的关键所在。污水,经设格栅间隙从10mm到5mm多个格栅除粗渣,再经200目固液分 离设备除细渣粒、砂入槽,致污水呈肉眼不见渣粒状后进入厌氧反应器。这样能确保后续处 理不昜堵塞、较长期能正常运行。此间产生的栅渣与沉砂,收集同整个系统产生的渣泥一块 接受处理。
[0045] 2.上流式厌氧活性污泥床,和厌氧过滤滤料生物膜床组合,配上布水器(据工艺 流程流向需要,该塑管质或钢管质布水器安装为向上、或向下布水),组成厌氧复合反应器。 该反应器下部1. 〇m为活性污泥床、床底安装接前池来水的布水器,活性污泥床上为1. 0- 2.Om滤(填)料生物膜床(视水量、池有效水深确定)。滤(填)料用化纤弹性填料,或多孔轻 质泡沫垫,也可竹木、棕垫组合成,或碳渣、土陶碎片(粒< 20mm),因地制宜以易采集、孔隙 多、比表面积大和便清除污泥决定。每一级厌氧复合反应器均如此实施。

[0050]本工艺为微动力工艺,与传统的工艺比较,养殖(废)污水从水解酸化至多级厌氧 终端,被净化的时间缩短了 50%以上,去除率提高了 40%以上,因而节省投资50%以上、节能 90%以上(未计沼气效益)、处理成本降低80%以上、减少占地面积60%以上;以无动力工艺 处理生活污水类较低浓度养殖(废)污水,因其不耗能(未计沼气效益)、处理成本接近于零, 节省效益更显著。

1. 利用养殖废水生产蚯蚓养殖肥土的设施,包括泥水分离装置、及生化处理装置,生化 处理装置包括污水调节池、沉淀池、厌氧反应装置、缺氧反应池、生物接触氧化池,其特征在 于,所述的泥水分离装置由分流格栅、粪尿混合液池、固液分离机组成; 所述的生化处理装置第一调节池、厌氧反应装置、第一沉淀池、压滤机、第二调节池、第 二沉淀池、缺氧反应池、生物接触氧化池、第三沉淀池、消毒池串联组成;设置有污泥浓缩池 分别与厌氧反应装置、第一沉淀池、第二沉淀池、第三沉淀池连接;生物接触氧化池与缺氧 反应池之间设置有循环栗;设置有鼓风机分别与生物接触氧化池及第二调节池连接。

3. 利用养殖废水生产蚯蚓养殖肥土的方法,由以下步骤构成: (1) 、将养殖排放粪便分拣,含水量低于75%的粪便直接库存,其余的尿液、残留粪便及 其冲洗污水分别经过格栅去除大的浮渣后自流入混合液池,经固液分离机进行固液分离, 并将在上述过程中产生的含水量低于78%的粪便库存,剩余的粪便与水的混合物流入第一 调节池; (2) 、在第一调节池中将污水进行水量调节及均化水质,并将污水栗入厌氧反应装置进 行厌氧反应处理,并将在厌氧反应过程中产生的沼气收集利用;所述厌氧反应过程为三级 以上的厌氧反应,并将厌氧反应处理过程中过滤产生的多余的污泥栗入污泥浓缩池进行浓 缩; (3) 、经厌氧反应的低浓度污水进行第一次沉淀,经沉淀后进入压滤机挤压,滤液及污 水再进入第二调节池,向第二调节池内的污水充氧,经调节后再进行第二次沉淀,然后进行 缺氧处理、充氧处理、第三次沉淀;在此过程中,将压滤机挤压得到的含水量低于82%的污 泥进入库存;将第二次沉淀、第三次沉淀所得到的沉淀泥水收集并栗入污泥浓缩池进行浓 缩;将上述处理过程中所得清水消毒达排放标准后排放; (4) 、污泥浓缩池将收集到的污泥进行浓缩后,得含水量低于75%的污泥,并进入库存; (5) 、将库存内的粪便及污泥混合,得蚯蚓养殖肥土。
4. 如权利要求3所述的利用养殖废水生产蚯蚓养殖肥土的方法,其特征在于,所述的 厌氧反应过程具体为,污水由第一级厌氧反应装置底部进入,并向上布水,废水经上流式活 性污泥床和厌氧滤料生物膜床的组合体处理后,到达该级厌氧反应装置的上部;进入第二 级厌氧反应装置的上部,并向下布水,污水经上流式活性污泥床和厌氧滤料生物膜床的组 合体处理后,到达该级厌氧反应装置的下部,如此步骤分别经过至少三级厌氧反应装置处 理,并经污泥过滤处理后,分别得到低浓度废水及污泥。
5. 如权利要求3所述的利用养殖废水生产蚯蚓养殖肥土的方法,其特征在于,所述的 污泥浓缩池浓缩过程为,将污泥浓缩池内的污泥混合后,栗入混合器,混入助凝剂,然后经 压滤机压滤,滤液送入第二调节池,所得含水量低于80%的污泥进入库存。
6. 如权利要求3所述的利用养殖废水生产蚯蚓养殖肥土的方法,其特征在于,在充氧 处理过程中,将产生的混合液在生物接触氧化池与缺氧反应池之间循环。
