开启,其中可活动的闭塞部件相对于配合阀座可分别
独立地进行微调,以便达到可靠的关闭。为此主阀杆
设计成中心阀杆,其靠近阀的端部具有固定安装的齿
圈,齿圈与二个齿圈相啮合,齿圈通过滑动联接器分
别与阀的阀杆相连。
Description
本发明涉及一种采用单独温度调节器型式的卫生设备混合装置,它具有一冷水和热水入口、一混合水出口和若干个阀,阀安装在温度调节器前(按水流水向),这样在混合室前可关闭和控制流量,诸阀用一主阀杆同时开启,其中可活动的闭塞部件相对于相配阀座可分别独立地进行微调,以便可靠地关闭。
德国专利DE2355101揭示了这种类型的混合装置,用称为控制阀杆的作为主阀杆,在其上安装二个阀锥体作为闭塞部件,用于关闭冷、热水和控制冷、热水的流量,其中一个阀锥体可相对于控制阀杆进行调节。对于这种结构,在无法完全或不再能完全关闭时,可以在任何时候分别独立地进行阀锥体相对于相配阀座的微调,但此时不仅必须卸下水流关闭和调节手柄,而且需要使用工具。
本发明的目的是克服这种缺点,提供一种开头提到的卫生设备混合装置,其中在关闭混合装置时,可活动的闭塞部件可自动进行可能需要的微调。
本发明通过将主阀杆设计为中心阀杆和在朝着阀的端部上设有固定安装的齿圈基本上解决了该任务,固定安装的齿圈与二个齿圈相啮合,二个齿圈通过滑动联接器分别与阀杆相连。本发明的实施方案在下面的权利要求书中描述。
根据本发明,当混合装置关闭时,若某一闭塞部件不能和另一闭塞部件同时完全关闭相应的水流,则此时滑动联接器总是自动地起作用。在这种情况下,若略微转动一下中心阀杆,则在已关闭的阀中,由于已达到止档位置,齿圈和支承环之间发生相对运动,而另一阀的阀杆同时进一步被驱动直到阀完全关闭为止,也就是说,有关的闭塞部件对相配阀座自动进行微调。
本发明的目的用一个实施例并结合附图进行描述,其中:
图1是以可作变化的基本设计为构思的本发明的混合装置的纵剖视图;
图2是本发明滑动联接器的放大示意图。
在图1中,标号3表示冷水入口,标号4表示热水入口,标号5表示混合腔或混合水出口。冷水阀8和热水阀9按水流方向设置在普通的不必作进一步说明的带有调温把手7的温度调节器6之前,也即设置在混合腔5之前。水从冷水阀8和热水阀9流过通道10和11进入温度调节器6。阀8和9用于关闭和控制流量,它们由拧在混合装置壳体12中的筒形部件组成。这里未作详细描述的氧化铝盘用作控制元件,其中一个按现有方式设计成固定的阀座,另一个盘为可活动的闭塞部件。
阀8和9利用把手14通过中心阀杆13同时驱动。为此,在中心阀杆13朝着阀8和9的一端上设有固定安装的齿圈15,齿圈15与二个齿圈16和17相啮合,齿圈16和17分别与阀8和9上的阀杆18和19相连。
在图2中可以更清楚地看到,齿圈16和17夹持在二个支承环20和21上,以形成滑动联接器,支承环20和21分别固定安装在阀杆18和19的开有槽的自由端上,止挡22和23限制支承环20和21的转动。
支承环20和21具有外凸缘24,齿圈16和17的内凸缘25的一侧支承在外凸缘24上,内凸缘25的另一侧与弹簧垫圈26相靠,弹簧热圈26保持在支承环的轴肩27上,弹簧垫圈26将齿圈16和17的内凸缘25压靠在支承环20和21的外凸缘24上,以形成滑动联接器。轴肩27具有用于轴向定位和支承的突边28。
当混合装置关闭时,如果某一个可活动闭塞部件(例如冷水阀8)不象另一件闭塞部件那样将水的流道完全关闭,则由于热水阀9的止挡23阻止阀杆19进一步转动,在已关闭的热水阀9的那一侧,滑动联接器起作用。但是这时冷水阀8的阀杆18由中心阀杆13进一步驱动,直到完全关闭为止,即直到另一个止挡22也产生作用为止。现在只有阀杆18和19单独朝关闭方向转动。
根据本发明,在阀关闭时,在给定情况下需要的活动的闭塞部件相对于相配阀座的微调总是可以自动进行,这样确保可靠的关闭,且便于安装和保养。
另外,所谓的串流危险,即热水渗入冷水中或冷水渗入热水中,可采用在混合室5之前(按水流方向)关闭水流而得以防止。如果在混合室5之后(按水流方向)关闭水流,则另外还需要装单向阀,但是实践表明,单向阀(尤其是低压下的单向阀)往往工作不够可靠。
这里提出且描述的方案仅是本发明的一个实施例,它并不限制本发明,符合本发明基本构思的其他方案和应用也可能存在。具有轴向可活动的闭塞部件,即所谓的阀锥体的阀8和9也可使用,最后,本发明的滑动联接器也可用于其他阀中。
Claims (4)
1、卫生设备的混合装置,尤其是采用单独温度调节器的型式,具有一冷水和热水入口和一混合水出口,且具有诸个安装在温度调节器前(按水流方向)从而在混合室前可关闭和控制流量的阀,阀用一在阀杆同时开启,其中可活动的闭塞部件相对于相配阀座可分别独立地进行微调,以便达到可靠的关闭,其特征在于,主阀杆设计成中心阀杆13,且其靠近阀8、9的端部具有固定安装的齿圈15,齿圈15与二个齿圈16、17相啮合,齿圈16、17通过滑动联接器24、25、26分别与阀8、9的阀杆18、19相连。
2、如权利要求1所述的卫生设备的混合装置,其特征在于,齿圈16、17保持在二个支承环20、21上,以形成滑动联接器24、25、26,支承环20、21分别固定安装在阀杆18、19的自由端上。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的卫生设备的混合装置,其特征在于,支承环20、21具有外凸缘24,该外凸缘24支持着齿圈16、17内凸缘25的一侧,内凸缘25的另一侧与弹簧垫圈26相靠,弹簧垫圈26保持在支承环20、21的轴肩27中且压住支承环20、21的外凸缘24,以形成滑动联接器24、25、26。
4、如权利要求3所述的卫生设备的混合装置,其特征在于,轴肩27具有用于安装和支承弹簧垫圈26的外突边28。
