Abstract

一种用于机动阀门电机的接线盒,接线盒(1)设 计成标准组件,可用于不同的装配位置以适应将电源 线和控制系统导线引向阀门的方向。

Description

本发明是关于一种供机动阀电机用的标准组件接线盒,属于包含基本上为了开、关阀门而设计的电机或驱动器等的领域。
这些阀门驱动器一般包括控制和监控组件,也可能含有电力系统。驱动器可与受遥控而工作的换向器结合,它是一种有效的适用于连接到三相或单相感应电机上的驱动器的开关控制。换向器的壳体则直接安装在驱动器上。
驱动器还包括电力和控制线的接线盒,在其上完成内部与外部的各种连接。
通常驱动器的接线盒既可直接连接在驱动器上,也可被固定在遥控换向器的壳体上,并按所选择的方案采用不同的结构。
特别是,有些型式的接线盒直接装在驱动器上,而另外的型式则固定在遥控换向器的壳体上並与之形成一个单独的单元。
这些通常的接线盒表现出某些缺点:需要用两种型式的接线盒,每种各用于上述一种安装结构,而在该接线盒与遥控换向器成一体的情况下,有时驱动器的特定安装位置要求引线从上部或侧面进入接线盒,这就带来两种不良的后果,即可能在壳体内凝聚积水,並且在某些位置上弯折导线也困难。
本发明的目的是克服上述的缺点,而特别提供一种标准组件结构的单一接线盒,以便能用于上述的两种安装结构,並且还适合以最便利和最佳的方式将引线引入。
所指出的目的主要是用本发明标准组件接线盒来实现的,它被设计成用于机动阀电动机,其特征在于它包括能以多个不同位置将接线盒安装到阀门驱动器上或安装到遥控换向器的壳体上的装置。
现以举例方式,结合附图对本发明加以描述,其中:
图1是直接安装在阀门驱动器上的接线盒的侧视图;

参照附图,序号1表示标准组件的接线盒,作为一个整体,它应用到阀门驱动器3上。
接线盒1包括有凸缘6,其上有位于四角的彼此相差90°的四个孔7。
序号8代表插入孔7中並进入相应的螺纹座套中的四个螺钉之一,该螺纹座套或者设置在遥控操作的换向器的壳体9上或者设置在驱动器3的壳体上。
由此,在理论上,接线盒可以安装在彼此相差90°的四个位置的任何一个上,然而实际上,只有三个安装位置可供使用,事实上由于电力线会碰撞驱动器,故其中的一个位置是不能使用的。这三个安装位置分别对应于接线盒绕自身纵轴线转过90°而得到的三个转动位置。
参照图4,遥控换向器的壳体9可以自所示位置逆时针转动90°安装在驱动器3上。以此方式,接线盒1还进一步提供彼此间转过90°的四个装配位置。接线盒1也包括三个导入电力线和控制信号线(未示出)的进线孔10。
对前面的描述应视为並不局限于此,例如标准组件接线盒的凸缘实际上可以基本上是圆形的,並且可提供比上面提及的四个更多的孔,于是就可以提供多于四个的固定选择方案,而相应地接线盒将有比在此已示出和描述过的更多的安装位置。

Claims (4)

1、一种供机动阀电机用的标准组件接线盒,其特征在于它包括能以多个不同位置将接线盒(1)安装到阀门驱动器(3)上或安装到遥控换向器的壳体(9)上的装置。
2、一种如权利要求1所述的标准组件接线盒,其特征在于可将接线盒直接安装到阀门驱动器(3)上或安装到遥控换向器的壳体(9)上的装置包括具有多个孔(7)的凸缘(6),相应的螺钉(8)插入孔(7)中並固定在阀门驱动器(3)或遥控换向器壳体(9)的对应的螺纹座套上。
3、一种如权利要求1或2所述的标准组件接线盒,其特征在于凸缘(6)上有位于四角彼此间相差90°的四个孔(7)。
4、一种如权利要求1所述的标准组件接线盒,其特征在于有三个不同的安装位置,它们分别对应于接线盒(1)绕自身纵轴线转过90°而得到的三个转动位置。
