Abstract
本发明提供一种带有龙头体的单柄混合龙头，包
括：一个排水部件和被设置在龙头体上的可转动和倾
斜的操纵柄等，该操纵柄和龙头体的排水部件的外形
相匹配，以使操纵柄在非使用状况时和排水部件在外
观上形成一个整体；这种结构使操作者在不使用时不
会发生无意碰到操纵柄的现象。
Description
本发明涉及一种带有龙头体的单柄混合龙头，它包括一个排水部件以及一个设置于龙头体上的能够转动和倾斜的操纵柄。
由DEPN2，622，179所述的此类单柄混合龙头，其中龙头体的排水部件和操纵柄是隔开设置的，以致外形上不能成为一个整体，且在两个部件之间存在一段距离。这种结构存在缺点，比如，在清洁盥洗台和龙头时，会无意中碰到操纵柄，这是因为操纵柄脱离龙头体，而且从各个方向都会碰到该操纵柄。
本发明的目的在于改进这种类型的单柄混合龙头，以免无意中碰到操纵柄。
本发明提出的解决方法、较佳实施例以及进一步的改进设计可以从本说明书所附的权利要求书的内容中了解。
本发明的基本构思是使操纵柄与龙头体上的排水部件的外形相匹配，这样，操纵柄在非使用状态下同排水部件在外观上成为一个整体。这样有一个好处，即排水部件与操纵柄形成紧凑的结构，即使在清洁时也不易脱开。另一个优点也值得一提，即这种龙头的排水部件的上部结构高度低。
据本发明的实施例，操纵柄的宽度和长度可略大于排水部件的预定宽度和长度，从而一个略微突出的部分就足以控制该操纵柄。这样，使用者只要越过排水部件并抓住操纵柄的上部，使操纵柄发生转动或倾斜，即可调节排水量。
另外，在本发明中，在非使用状况下使操纵柄贴在排水部件上方，而且两部件间保留的一小段距离，还不致于造成操纵柄和排水部件在外形上的分离。这段距离只是为了提供一种结构的分隔线，并使操纵柄易于控制。
本发明还可使操纵部件嵌在龙头体上部的一个凹穴内，这样就可以利用额外的长度以便于控制操纵部件。
附图表示本发明的一个实施例，叙述如下。这个附图为一个单柄混合龙头的侧视图。
混合龙头包括龙头体10，后者设有未示出的水管接头和一个可控制的水流调节部件。带有排水口12的排水部件11从龙头体10中延伸出来。
操纵部件14设置在龙头体10上，利用它可以用已知的方法控制龙头体10内的水流调节部件，这里不再详述。操纵柄13同操纵部件14相配，它的形状与排水部件11的外形成为一个整体，在所示图中，它的长度略大于排水部件11的长度。一个小的突出部分15作为放水时操纵柄13的支点。
虽然本说明书中未提及，但操纵柄13还可以和操纵部件14设计成一体，设置在带有排水部件11的龙头体10上。
Claims (6)
1、一种带有龙头体的单柄混合龙头，包括一个排水部件和设置在龙头体上的可转动及倾斜的操纵柄，其特征在于，操纵柄13是和龙头体10的排水部件11的外形相匹配，以使操纵柄在非使用状况时和排水部件在外观上构成一个整体。
2、如权利要求1所述的龙头，其特征在于操纵柄13的宽度大于排水部件11的宽度。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的龙头，其特征在于操纵柄13的长度大于排水部件11的长度。
4、如权利要求1至3所述的龙头，其特征在于操纵柄13在其非使用状态时处于排水部件的上方。
5、如权利要求1至3所述的龙头，其特征在于操纵柄13和排水部件11之间有一段距离，而外观上为一个整体。
6、如权利要求1至5所述的龙头，其特征在于排水部件11上相对于操纵柄13的部位有一凹穴以容纳操纵柄13。
