Abstract

Description

本发明涉及冶金产品特别是平板产品的储存罩。
大家知道,在平板产品的连铸装置中,特别是在直接轧制上述平板产品的车间里,为了利用连铸产品时的潜热,要求尽量缩短从连铸装置的出口至轧机进口运送产品的时间。但是,鉴于来自连续铸造的产品温度不均匀,因此,必须使产品的温度均化,而且适当的话,还要提高其平均温度,以便于不管连铸的速度和冷却速率如何,在轧机的入口处都可提供温度均匀且相互间无温度差别的平板产品。为了获得平板产品的这种温度的均匀性和再现性,在已知的装置中,上述平板产品从连铸装置到轧机是通过同时用作产品输送装置的再热和均化炉输送的。
在用薄板连铸工艺进行的平板产品的生产中,铸造和轧制的相对速度必须能够在铸造后使产品储存或搁置,以便于进行短暂的停机以便在生产中周期性地进行改变轧机机座上的轧辊等工作。
目前所采用的技术方案是,通过增加再热炉的长度和控制在连铸装置和轧机间运送平板产品的速度的方法来提高一个相当于一或二个产品长度的空间,即大约100米。这一空间用作一个轧机短暂停机的缓冲区,一方面是使铸造速度与使产品进入再热炉保持同步,另一方面可使产品在再热炉端部来回移动。
这种已知解决方案的缺点是,会引起再热炉长度的增加,而且已经证明一台轧机明显不能满足两台或多台薄板连铸装置的要求,也不能满足储存大量薄板的要求(例如,大约相当于连铸1小时的薄板,也就是说,大约6块50米长的薄板。)。举例来说,对于以5米/分速度工作,提供50米长产品的连铸装置而言,为了储存二件产品(即100米长),假如装进再热炉的操作是连续的,而且考虑到在两平板产品间需要维护一个最小间距以便控制其前后移动,那么,必须提供100+50+(2+2)米的长度,维持10分钟的储存以进行前后移动。
本发明的目的是提供一种克服上述问题的技术方案,它可用于一个连铸装置,也可用于多个连铸装置的场合,它可获得提高车间生产率的储存能力,并可铸造中间包中的钢水,甚至在轧机停机时进行铸造,这是由于一方面考虑到轧机和连续装置的编程停机,另一方面也考虑到故障停机,通过控制上述停机来实现上述效果,无需明显增加装置的长度即可做到这一点。
按照本发明,一种冶金产品特别是平板产品的储存罩具有在上述储存罩内外的一个水平面上布置的,用来送入,运送和送出上述产品的一个入口,一个出口和电机传动辊,这种储存罩的特征在于:它具有设在罩内的活动框架,该框架具有分布于多层水平面上的用来接受和储存上述产品的支承装置,这些支承装置位于上述传动辊之间,而且储存罩具有布置在罩外的使上述活动框架在罩内垂直平移的装置。
按照本发明,活动框架可以分成两个交错布置的部分,它们可以相对移动,一个部分相对于另一个部分的交替运动可以均匀地改变被储存的产品在上述活动框架上的支承点。
按照本发明的储存罩的一个实施例,安装在储存罩内用来保证产品在罩内移动的电机传动辊由一平移结构运载,该结构的平移与产品在罩内位移方向垂直,以便相对于储存罩和活动框架撤回电机传动辊。
取决于用途,特别是取决于储存罩相对于轧机的位置,按照本发明的储存罩可以具有例如燃烧器,电阻器或任何其它等同装置的加热元件,因此,来自再热炉的烟循环及再热炉的气氛可以通过燃烧产物或将其置于较小的氮气压力下加以控制,以便于减小或防止所储存的平板产品的氧化。
现在对照以下附图以举例而非限定的方式详细说明本发明的实施例,这样本发明的其它特点和优点将更为清晰。

如图1和2所示,本发明是关于一种储存罩10,这种罩有适当的隔热以便于减少通过壁的热损失。这种罩具有一入口和一出口以便使产品存入或通过罩,入口和出口可分别用门12和14来封闭。
来自一个或多个铸造装置特别是连铸装置的平板产品通过电机传动辊16输送,电机传动辊设置在罩内外,这些传动辊可以将产品送入门12,以下面将要描述的方式使产品在罩内设置的储存装置上定位,然后将产品送出门14。
本发明的储存罩内设置的储存装置呈活动框架18的形式,活动框架18具有设置在传动辊16之间的支承装置24。活动框架18具有使其在罩内沿箭头F1垂直平移的装置。活动框架18具有一个外部支承件28,通过罩10的上壁由导向装置26导向,设有普通的位移系统例如液压缸,绞盘或类似装置,以便于作用在外部支承件28上,从而保证活动框架18在罩10内的平移。活动框架18在其下部设有通过罩10下壁的导向装置22。
上述的储存罩有如下的功能:活动框架18可以由其位移系统来驱动,使支承装置24进入平板产品通过罩10位移的水平面(该水平面与传动辊16相切)内的位置,因此能将上述平板产品P放置在支承装置24上。然后,由活动框架18的位移系统的驱动,使活动框架18向上位移并这样储存平板产品P,然后放下传动辊16的组件使其接受一件新的平板产品,然后新的平板产品由于活动框架18的继续向上位移而以相同的方式储存起来,或者可简单地穿过储存罩。
为了从储存罩中取出平板产品,只要将活动框架18降入罩10,相继地将存在支承装置24上的平板产品放在传动辊16上,在其电机装置34的作用下,这些传动辊16可以使平板产品再次运行,然后通过门14或门12送出。
为活动框架18在罩10内平移的导向而设置的装置22和26可以为已知类型的,支承装置24可以由扁铁条或静止的或活动的滚筒组成。
活动框架18可以是由扁铁条,型钢或管子构成的坚固框架,在框架上布置储存产品的支承装置24,或者活动框架18也可以是由链,连杆等零件组成的挠性结构。
按照本发明,取决于用途,特别是取决于储存罩相对于轧机的位置,储存罩10可以设置加热装置。这些加热装置可以是燃烧器,电阻器或任何其它适当的系统,因此,来自再热炉的烟循环和罩10的气氛可以通过例如燃烧的产物或置于较小的氮气压力下来加以控制,以便于减少或防止所储存的平板产品的氧化。
显然,本发明所提供的立式储存系统可以接受大量的平板产品P,只是受到罩的高度以及保证活动框架18在储存罩内位移的系统的限制。
取决于使平板产品P在储存罩10内定位和位移所用的传动辊16的类型,按照本发明的立式储存方法可以考虑使用两种控制类型。
在图1和2所示的实施例中,电机传动辊16具有静止的轴承30。操作方式是,第一个储存在活动框架18上的产品在从储存罩中取出过程中是最后一个从罩10中取出的产品。
在图3所示的本发明的第二个实施例中使用电机传动辊16′,其轴承由滑架式活动结构32承载,其轮34可在一条滚动轨道上运行。利用这种布置,传动辊16可以相对于储存罩10,也可以相对于活动框架18撤回。因此,任何产品,无论其在活动框架上处于什么位置,都可以从储存罩中取出。例如,第一个储存的产品可以第一个取出,为此,只要移动滑架32,使传动辊16′后退,使活动框架18定位,从而使所需产品位于可撤回的传动辊16′的上部母线的高度,然后再使滑架32位移从而使传动辊16′再次进入储存罩10,借助活动框架18的向下运动,使准备取出的平板产品支承在传动辊16′上,传动辊16′通过电机装置34可以将产品从储存罩中取出。
在图3中,箭头F2指示承载电机传动辊16′的滑架32的可能的运动方向。
取决于储存温度,储存的平板产品可以经受或多或少的由于其自身重量而引起的显著变形。按照本发明,将活动框架18分成两个错开设置的且能相对移动的部分可以防止上述变形。活动框架一个部分相对另一个部分的交替运动可以有规律地改变储存的平板产品的支承点并且修正可能已经开始的变形,同时将支承装置24和储存的产品P之间的热交换减少到最小值。
可以按照现场的工作条件而采用上述的储存罩,也就是说,按照以下的参数:
-平板产品连续铸造的特点:其速度,接合速率,预期的瞬时状态以及产品的数量和尺寸变化;
-切割产品的装置如剪切机的特点,这种切割装置安置在铸造装置的出口和轧机的入口处,它可能要求,例如,在被切割时使产品停滞;
-轧机的特点,特别是其相对于连铸的速度和在再热均化炉(一个或多个)中平板产品运行时的瞬时相对速度。
因此,按照本发明的储存罩可以放置在(一条或多条)连铸轴线上,在再热之前或均化之后,或者设置在轧机的轴线上,也就是说,直接设置在轧机之前,因而起到储存和均化的双重作用;在这种情况下,轧机和前面的储存罩可以放置在连铸装置的轴线上,或者,当有两台连铸装置时,可以放置在两条连铸线之间,这时要有一输送装置,用来将平板产品从每台铸造装置的轴线输送至轧机/储存罩系统的轴线上。储存可设置在轴线之外,平行于一送料系统,该送料系统,具体来说可具有一输送车,输送车可以从铸造线之一平移至轧机或者平移至另一炉或者平移至储存罩。
不言而喻,本发明并不局限于上述实施例,而是包括其全部变型。

Claims (11)

1、冶金产品,特别是薄平板产品的储存罩,它具有布置在储存罩内、外的一水平面内的一入口,一出口和电机传动辊,以便送入、移动和送出上述产品,其特征在于:储存罩具有一活动框架(18),它布置在储存罩(10)内并具有分布在若干高度的水平面上的支承装置(24),以便水平地接受和储存上述产品(P),这些支承装置设置在上述传动辊(16)之间,装置(28)可以将所述活动框架在储存罩内垂直平移。
2、如权利要求1所述的储存罩,其特征在于:所述支承装置是由扁铁条构成的。

6、如前述权利要求中任一项所述的储存罩,其特征在于:所述活动框架(18)分成错开布置的两个部分,相互之间可以相对运动,一个框架部分相对于另一个框架部分的交替运动可以有规律地改变所述产品的支承点。
7、如前述权利要求中任一项所述的储存罩,其特征在于:装在储存罩中用来运送储存的产品的传动辊(16′)由一个可垂直于产品在储存罩中运动方向平移的结构(32)来承载,从而使传动辊相对于储存罩和相对于活动框架(18)撤回。
8、如前述权利要求中任一项所述的储存罩,其特征在于:它具有加热装置,具体来说例如燃烧器或电阻器,而且其气氛由燃烧产物或将其置于较小的氮气压力下而控制,以便于减少储存的产品(P)的氧化。
9、如前述权利要求中任一项所述的储存罩,其特征在于:它放置在一个或多个连铸装置的轴线上,在再热炉之前或再热炉之后。
