Abstract

本发明公开了一种气封双闸板闸阀,包括阀门本体、控制箱、压力开关、电磁阀与阀门电装,电磁阀包括氮气电磁阀与放散电磁阀,阀门电装安装在阀门本体的阀杆上,控制箱安装在阀门本体上,阀门电装还与控制箱连接,阀门本体上安装两个压力开关,其中一个压力开关连接并控制氮气电磁阀,另一个压力开关连接并控制放散电磁阀,阀门本体上还安装有压力表,且位于控制箱一侧;阀门本体的内部包括阀板与阀杆,阀杆贯穿阀板。阀杆的一端还贯穿阀门本体,且该连接处还依次通过丝杠、密封座、密封函密封。本发明采用气封的密封方法能做到煤气零泄漏,安全可靠;具有安装方便、占用空间小、节能环保、经济耐用、使用安全的优点。

一种气封双闸板闸阀
技术领域
本发明涉及高炉冶炼设备领域,具体是一种气封双闸板闸阀。
背景技术
目前传统的煤气切断设备有以下3种:
1、蝶阀+眼镜阀或敞开式插板阀
蝶阀易受含尘煤气冲刷,造成密封不严,使煤气内泄。眼镜阀或敞开式插板阀在开启工程中泄露煤气污染环境,易发生煤气中毒、着火等事故,危险性极大。阀门在开启过程中如果操作不慎,阀门密封圈易磕坏受损,使煤气外漏。眼镜阀或插板阀波纹管易腐蚀损坏。操作复杂,时间长。
2、蝶阀+全封闭插板阀
全封闭插板阀体积庞大,结构复杂,阀门占用较大空间,不利于安装。存在煤气内泄漏风险。更换胶圈不便,维护、维修困难。
3、蝶阀+ U形水封
U形水封占地面积大,需要有足够大的安装空间。U形水封加水和放水时间较长。不能断水,要有可靠的水源。煤气的阻损大,不利于输气。北方地区冬季寒冷,需保温防冻。
以上3种方案均存在成本高、煤气易泄漏、占用空间大、污染环境、浪费能源等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种气封双闸板闸阀,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种气封双闸板闸阀,包括阀门本体、控制箱、压力开关、电磁阀与阀门电装,电磁阀包括氮气电磁阀与放散电磁阀,阀门电装安装在阀门本体的阀杆上,控制箱安装在阀门本体上,阀门电装还与控制箱连接,阀门本体上安装两个压力开关,其中一个压力开关连接并控制氮气电磁阀,另一个压力开关连接并控制放散电磁阀,阀门本体上还安装有压力表,且位于控制箱一侧;阀门本体的内部包括阀板与阀杆,阀杆贯穿阀板,且还通过胶圈连接阀板上的轨道,阀板的中部位置通过方螺母连接阀杆,阀杆还通过螺母、六角螺母连接吊板;阀杆的一端还贯穿阀门本体,且该连接处还依次通过丝杠、密封座、密封函密封。
作为本发明进一步的方案:阀门本体采用氮气高压密封。
作为本发明进一步的方案:阀杆有两根,两根阀杆之间通过连杆连接,上方的阀杆与连杆之间还安装有通过法兰固定的第一齿轮箱;下方的阀杆与连杆之间还安装有通过法兰固定的第二齿轮箱。
作为本发明进一步的方案:阀板两侧均采用辊轮、滑道机构。
作为本发明进一步的方案:阀门本体采用楔式双闸板结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用气封的密封方法能做到煤气零泄漏,安全可靠,且使用一台阀代替以前的两台阀。解决了煤气泄漏、波纹管腐蚀、占用空间大、成本高、安装受限制、污染环境等问题,具有安装方便、占用空间小、节能环保、经济耐用、使用安全的优点。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
请参阅图1-图3,本发明实施例中,一种气封双闸板闸阀,包括阀门本体6、控制箱31、压力开关30、电磁阀与阀门电装22,电磁阀包括氮气电磁阀28与放散电磁阀29,阀门电装22安装在阀门本体6的阀杆4上,控制箱31安装在阀门本体6上,阀门电装22还与控制箱31连接,阀门本体6上安装两个压力开关30,其中一个压力开关30连接并控制氮气电磁阀28,另一个压力开关30连接并控制放散电磁阀29,阀门本体6上还安装有压力表27,且位于控制箱31一侧。
阀门本体6的内部包括阀板1与阀杆4,阀杆4贯穿阀板1,且还通过胶圈5连接阀板1上的轨道9,阀板1的中部位置通过方螺母3连接阀杆4,阀杆4上还通过螺母10、六角螺母26连接吊板8;阀杆4的一端还贯穿阀门本体6,且该连接处还依次通过丝杠11、密封座14、密封函13密封。阀门本体6上还设有轴端盖12。阀门电装22安装在阀门本体6的阀杆4上,阀杆4有两根,两根阀杆4之间通过连杆25连接,上方的阀杆4与连杆25之间还安装有通过法兰24固定的第一齿轮箱21;下方的阀杆4与连杆25之间还安装有通过法兰24固定的第二齿轮箱23。
本发明中阀板1两侧均采用辊轮、滑道机构,使阀门本体6可以适应立式、卧式等任何安装形式。阀门本体6采用2根阀杆4,即1个阀门电装22带动2根阀杆4同时在阀板1两侧旋转,推动阀板1往复运动,避免阀门本体6打开时,阀杆4暴露在煤气中,有效防止阀杆4腐蚀。阀门本体6采用楔式双闸板结构。省去波纹管,既节约设备成本、节约空间,又降低维护成本。阀门本体6采用氟橡胶+氮气同时密封。在阀门本体6关闭后,通过氮气电磁阀28自动向阀门本体6内部充入氮气,其压力大于管道煤气压力,使煤气无法通过密封面进入阀门本体6,更无法泄漏。
阀门本体6关闭时,首先阀门电装22带动阀杆旋转,通过阀杆螺母推动楔式双阀板移动,从而使阀板和阀体密封面相结合,形成两道密封。
当阀门本体6关闭到位后,放散电磁阀29处于关闭状态,打开氮气电磁阀28,使压力较高的氮气进入阀体内。当阀门本体6的压力达到压力开关30设定的压力时,氮气电磁阀28关闭,当阀门本体6内的压力低于压力开关30设定的压力时,氮气电磁阀28开启,实现向阀门本体6内自动补压,并使阀门本体6内的压力永远处于大于切断煤气压力状态下。在此状态下即使阀门本体6产生泄漏现象,也只能泄漏氮气,而非煤气,保证了煤气的完全隔断。
阀门本体6开启时,氮气电磁阀28处于关闭状态,放散电磁阀29打开,当压力低于压力开关30设定的压力时,放散电磁阀29关闭并打开阀门电装22,使阀门本体6打开。

1.一种气封双闸板闸阀,其特征在于,包括阀门本体、控制箱、压力开关、电磁阀与阀门电装,电磁阀包括氮气电磁阀与放散电磁阀,阀门电装安装在阀门本体的阀杆上,控制箱安装在阀门本体上,阀门电装还与控制箱连接,控制箱上安装两个压力开关,其中一个压力开关上设有氮气电磁阀,另一个压力开关上设有放散电磁阀,阀门本体上还安装有压力表,且位于控制箱一侧;阀门本体的内部包括阀板与阀杆,阀杆贯穿阀板,且还通过胶圈连接阀板上的轨道,阀板的中部位置通过方螺母连接阀杆,阀杆还通过螺母、六角螺母连接吊板;阀杆的一端还贯穿阀门本体,且该连接处还依次通过丝杠、密封座、密封函密封;
阀杆有两根,两根阀杆之间通过连杆连接,上方的阀杆与连杆之间还安装有通过法兰固定的第一齿轮箱;下方的阀杆与连杆之间还安装有通过法兰固定的第二齿轮箱;
阀板两侧均采用辊轮、滑道机构。
