Abstract

本发明公开了强力型拉丝减速器,包括减速箱体、输入轴、中间轴和输出轴,输入轴由轴承安装孔内安装的圆锥滚子轴承进行回转支承,圆锥滚子轴承的轴承端盖在减速箱体底部固定安装,其特征在于:圆锥滚子轴承的上端面设有动环,动环外圆与轴承安装孔之间形成第一间隙密封,轴承端盖具有加长的套筒设计,套筒内孔与输入轴外圆之间从上往下设有六道密封组合和球轴承,球轴承对输入轴的下轴端进行回转支承,带轮通过滚动轴承回转设在套筒的外圆,带轮的底部设有传动盘与带轮固定连接,传动盘与输入轴的下轴端键连接。本发明优化设计,传动效率高、抗冲击能力强、防漏油、防积水、竖向尺寸小,输入部分采用了卸荷机构,能承受较大径向载荷。

Description

高效强力型拉丝减速器
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种专用于拉丝机的减速器。
背景技术
在拉丝等行业,很多时候应用到平行轴系列的法兰向上安装型式的减速器,上述减速器的主要特点是:输入轴、中间轴和输出轴是竖向平行设置的,输出轴的顶端安装开口向上的安装法兰,输入轴的下轴端连接带轮。上述减速器存在的主要缺点有:传动效率不高、抗冲击能力不强、输入部分不能承受较大径向载荷,防漏油设计不够理想,竖向尺寸较大导致拉丝机操作平台位置过高,拉丝机操作存在安全隐患,另外安装法兰底部会积水,影响输出轴顶端的密封,积水也容易进入到减速器内部造成不良工作环境。如申请人于2012年9月21日申请的专利号201220484151.5、专利名称为“一种减速机”的实用新型专利,该专利技术的减速机就存在上述不足。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明的目的旨在提供一种优化设计,传动效率高、抗冲击能力强、防漏油、防积水、竖向尺寸小,输入部分采用卸荷机构、能承受较大径向载荷的强力型拉丝减速器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:
强力型拉丝减速器,包括减速箱体、输入轴、中间轴和输出轴,输入轴、中间轴和输出轴竖向平行设置,输入轴设有的齿轮A和中间轴设有的齿轮B啮合,中间轴设有的齿轮C和输出轴设有的齿轮D啮合,输入轴的下轴端穿出减速箱体与带轮连接,输入轴的中间段由减速箱体轴承安装孔内安装的圆锥滚子轴承进行回转支承,该圆锥滚子轴承的轴承端盖在减速箱体底部固定安装,其特征在于:圆锥滚子轴承的上端面设有动环,动环连接在输入轴上,动环外圆与轴承安装孔之间形成第一间隙密封,轴承端盖向下具有加长的套筒设计,套筒内孔与输入轴外圆之间从上往下设有第二密封环密封、第三油脂密封、第四间隙密封、第五油脂密封、第六间隙密封和第七密封环密封,第六间隙密封和第七密封环密封之间设有球轴承对输入轴的下轴端进行回转支承,带轮通过滚动轴承回转设在套筒的外圆,带轮的底部设有传动盘与带轮固定连接,传动盘与输入轴的下轴端键连接。
套筒内孔的下端口通过传动盘上端面的凹腔、滚动轴承的滚动间隙、带轮内部的空腔与带轮顶部的端面孔相通。
输出轴为空心轴,空心轴内孔的下端口由闷盖进行封堵。
输出轴的上端为输出端,输出端设有安装法兰固定在减速箱体上,输出端的轴承压盖与安装法兰采用分体设计,安装法兰底部一侧设有排水孔。
采用上述技术方案的减速器,进行了优化设计,其有益技术效果是:1. 传动效率高;2.带轮通过传动盘来传动输入轴,带轮所受的径向力、冲击力经由滚动轴承、套筒、轴承端盖会作用到减速箱体上,而不会直接作用到输入轴上,所以减速器抗冲击能力强,输入部分采用了卸荷机构,能承受较大径向载荷;3.减速机的两个主要漏油位置,一个在输入轴的下轴端,一个在输出空心轴的内孔下端口,在本发明中,输入轴的下轴端通过轴承端盖的加长设计,采用了七道不同密封组合,有密封环密封、油脂密封和间隙密封,从而有效解决了输入轴下轴端的漏油问题,即使有微量漏油,也会通过带轮顶部的端面孔被排除,在本发明中,输出空心轴的内孔下端口直接用闷盖进行封堵,结构简单,防漏油效果好;4. 安装法兰与轴承压盖采用分体设计,并且安装法兰底部一侧设有排水孔,这样安装法兰底部就不会积水,保证了输出轴顶端的密封,确保减速器长期安全运行;5.竖向尺寸小,可使拉丝机操作平台位置处于合适位置,确保拉丝机操作安全。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作详细的介绍和说明:
如图所示,本发明的强力型拉丝减速器,包括减速箱体1、输入轴2、中间轴3和输出轴7,输入轴2、中间轴3和输出轴7竖向平行设置,输入轴2设有的齿轮A和中间轴3设有的齿轮B啮合,中间轴3设有的齿轮C和输出轴7设有的齿轮D啮合,输入轴2的下轴端穿出减速箱体1与带轮20连接,输入轴2的中间段由减速箱体轴承安装孔10内安装的圆锥滚子轴承11进行回转支承,该圆锥滚子轴承11的轴承端盖19在减速箱体1底部固定安装,圆锥滚子轴承11的上端面设有动环9,动环9固定连接在输入轴2上,动环9外圆与轴承安装孔10之间形成第一间隙21密封,轴承端盖19向下具有加长的套筒13设计,套筒13内孔与输入轴2外圆之间从上往下设有第二密封环22密封、第三油脂23密封、第四间隙24密封、第五油脂25密封、第六间隙26密封和第七密封环27密封,第六间隙26密封和第七密封环27密封之间设有球轴承17对输入轴2的下轴端进行回转支承,带轮20通过上下两个滚动轴承15回转设在套筒13的外圆,带轮20的底部设有传动盘18与带轮20固定连接,传动盘18与输入轴2的下轴端键连接;套筒13内孔的下端口通过传动盘18上端面的凹腔16、滚动轴承15的滚动间隙、带轮20内部的空腔14与带轮20顶部的端面孔12相通;输出轴7为空心轴,空心轴内孔的下端口由闷盖8进行封堵,输出轴7的上端为输出端,输出端设有安装法兰4固定在减速箱体1上,输出端的轴承压盖6与安装法兰4采用分体设计,安装法兰4底部一侧设有排水孔5;另外,减速箱体1的前端盖内部布置水冷管道,可实现减速机的水冷功能。
本发明的强力型拉丝减速器,通过优化设计,使传动效率高、抗冲击能力强、防漏油、防积水、竖向尺寸小,输入部分采用了卸荷机构,能承受较大径向载荷。

Claims (4)

1.强力型拉丝减速器,包括减速箱体、输入轴、中间轴和输出轴,输入轴、中间轴和输出轴竖向平行设置,输入轴设有的齿轮A和中间轴设有的齿轮B啮合,中间轴设有的齿轮C和输出轴设有的齿轮D啮合,输入轴的下轴端穿出减速箱体与带轮连接,输入轴的中间段由减速箱体轴承安装孔内安装的圆锥滚子轴承进行回转支承,该圆锥滚子轴承的轴承端盖在减速箱体底部固定安装,其特征在于:圆锥滚子轴承的上端面设有动环,动环连接在输入轴上,动环外圆与轴承安装孔之间形成第一间隙密封,轴承端盖向下具有加长的套筒设计,套筒内孔与输入轴外圆之间从上往下设有第二密封环密封、第三油脂密封、第四间隙密封、第五油脂密封、第六间隙密封和第七密封环密封,第六间隙密封和第七密封环密封之间设有球轴承对输入轴的下轴端进行回转支承,带轮通过滚动轴承回转设在套筒的外圆,带轮的底部设有传动盘与带轮固定连接,传动盘与输入轴的下轴端键连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的强力型拉丝减速器,其特征在于:套筒内孔的下端口通过传动盘上端面的凹腔、滚动轴承的滚动间隙、带轮内部的空腔与带轮顶部的端面孔相通。
3.如权利要求1所述的强力型拉丝减速器,其特征在于:输出轴为空心轴,空心轴内孔的下端口由闷盖进行封堵。
4.如权利要求1所述的强力型拉丝减速器,其特征在于:输出轴的上端为输出端,输出端设有安装法兰固定在减速箱体上,输出端的轴承压盖与安装法兰采用分体设计,安装法兰底部一侧设有排水孔。
