Abstract

本发明公开了强力型拉丝减速器,包括减速箱体、输入轴、中间轴和输出轴,输入轴由轴承安装孔内安装的圆锥滚子轴承进行回转支承,圆锥滚子轴承的轴承端盖在减速箱体底部固定安装,其特征在于:圆锥滚子轴承的上端面设有动环,动环外圆与轴承安装孔之间形成第一间隙密封,轴承端盖具有加长的套筒设计,套筒内孔与输入轴外圆之间从上往下设有六道密封组合和球轴承,球轴承对输入轴的下轴端进行回转支承,带轮通过滚动轴承回转设在套筒的外圆,带轮的底部设有传动盘与带轮固定连接,传动盘与输入轴的下轴端键连接。本发明优化设计,传动效率高、抗冲击能力强、防漏油、防积水、竖向尺寸小,输入部分采用了卸荷机构,能承受较大径向载荷。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及的是一种专用于拉丝机的减速器。
背景技术
[0002]在拉丝等行业,很多时候应用到平行轴系列的法兰向上安装型式的减速器,上述 减速器的主要特点是:输入轴、中间轴和输出轴是竖向平行设置的,输出轴的顶端安装开口 向上的安装法兰,输入轴的下轴端连接带轮。上述减速器存在的主要缺点有:传动效率不 高、抗冲击能力不强、输入部分不能承受较大径向载荷,防漏油设计不够理想,竖向尺寸较 大导致拉丝机操作平台位置过高,拉丝机操作存在安全隐患,另外安装法兰底部会积水,影 响输出轴顶端的密封,积水也容易进入到减速器内部造成不良工作环境。如申请人于2〇12 年9月21日申请的专利号201220484151.5、专利名称为“一种减速机,,的实用新型专利,该专 利技术的减速机就存在上述不足。
发明内容
[0003]鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明的目的旨在提供一种优化设计,传动效率高、抗冲击 能力强、防漏油、防积水、竖向尺寸小,输入部分采用卸荷机构、能承受较大径向载荷的强力 型拉丝减速器。
[0004]为解决上述技术问题,本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:
[0005]强力型拉丝减速器,包括减速箱体、输入轴、中间轴和输出轴,输入轴、中间轴和输 出轴竖向平行设置,输入轴设有的齿轮A和中间轴设有的齿轮B啮合,中间轴设有的齿轮c和 输出轴设有的齿轮D啮合,输入轴的下轴端穿出减速箱体与带轮连接,输入轴的中间段由减 速箱体轴承安装孔内安装的圆锥滚子轴承进行回转支承,该圆锥滚子轴承的轴承端盖在减 速箱体底部固定安装,其特征在于:圆锥滚子轴承的上端面设有动环,动环连接在输入轴 上,动环外圆与轴承安装孔之间形成第一间隙密封,轴承端盖向下具有加长的套筒设计,套 筒内孔与输入轴外圆之间从上往下设有第二密封环密封、第三油脂密封、第四间隙密封、第 五油脂密封、第六间隙密封和第七密封环密封,第六间隙密封和第七密封环密封之间设有 球轴承对输入轴的下轴端进行回转支承,带轮通过滚动轴承回转设在套筒的外圆,带轮的 底部设有传动盘与带轮固定连接,传动盘与输入轴的下轴端键连接。
[0006] 套筒内孔的下端口通过传动盘上端面的凹腔、滚动轴承的滚动间隙、带轮内部的 空腔与带轮顶部的端面孔相通。

[0008] 输出轴的上端为输出端,输出端设有安装法兰固定在减速箱体上,输出端的轴承 压盖与安装法兰采用分体设计,安装法兰底部一侧设有排水孔。
[0009] 采用上述技术方案的减速器,进行了优化设计,其有益技术效果是:1.传动效率 高;2•带轮通过传动盘来传动输入轴,带轮所受的径向力、冲击力经由滚动轴承、套筒、轴承 端盖会作用到减速箱体上,而不会直接作用到输入轴上,所以减速器抗冲击能力强,输入部 分采用了卸荷机构,能承受较大径向载荷;3 •减速机的两个主要漏油位置,一个在输入轴的 下轴端,一个在输出空心轴的内孔下端口,在本发明中,输入轴的下轴端通过轴承端盖的加 长设计,采用了七道不同密封组合,有密封环密封、油脂密封和间隙密封,从而有效解决了 输入轴下轴端的漏油问题,即使有微量漏油,也会通过带轮顶部的端面孔被排除,在本发明 中,输出空心轴的内孔下端口直接用闷盖进行封堵,结构简单,防漏油效果好;4.安装法兰 与轴承压盖采用分体设计,并且安装法兰底部一侧设有排水孔,这样安装法兰底部就不会 积水,保证了输出轴顶端的密封,确保减速器长期安全运行;5 •竖向尺寸小,可使拉丝机操 作平台位置处于合适位置,确保拉丝机操作安全。

1.强力型拉丝减速器,包括减速箱体、输入轴、中间轴和输出轴,输入轴、中间轴和输出 轴竖向平行设置,输入轴设有的齿轮A和中间轴设有的齿轮B啮合,中间轴设有的齿轮c和输 出轴设有的齿轮D啮合,输入轴的下轴端穿出减速箱体与带轮连接,输入轴的中间段由减速 箱体轴承安装孔内安装的圆锥滚子轴承进行回转支承,该圆锥滚子轴承的轴承端盖在减速 箱体底部固定安装,其特征在于:圆锥滚子轴承的上端面设有动环,动环连接在输入轴上, 动环外圆与轴承安装孔之间形成第一间隙密封,轴承端盖向下具有加长的套筒设计,套筒 内孔与输入轴外圆之间从上往下设有第二密封环密封、第三油脂密封、第四间隙密封、第五 油脂密封、第六间隙密封和第七密封环密封,第六间隙密封和第七密封环密封之间设有球 轴承对输入轴的下轴端进行回转支承,带轮通过滚动轴承回转设在套筒的外圆,带轮的底 部设有传动盘与带轮固定连接,传动盘与输入轴的下轴端键连接。
