汽车涂料有一下几方面的作用:(1)美化车的外观:要求漆膜丰满,光泽华丽柔和,鲜映性好,色彩多种多样并符合潮流,使其外观看上去更加赏心悦目,给人以美感;(2)极好的施工性和配套性,汽车漆一般系多层涂装,因靠单层涂装一般达不到良好的性能,所以要求各涂层之间附着力好,无缺陷;(3)极好的机械性能,适应汽车的高速、多震和应变,要求漆膜的附着力好、坚硬柔韧、耐冲击、耐弯曲、耐划伤、耐摩擦等性能优越;(4)极好的耐擦洗性、耐污性和良好的可修补性,要求耐毛刷、肥皂、清洗剂清洗,与其他常见的污渍接触后不留痕迹;(5)极好的耐候性耐腐蚀性,能适用于各种温度、曝晒及风雨侵蚀,在各种气候条件下保持不失光、不变色、不起泡、不开裂、不脱落、不粉化、不锈蚀,漆膜的使用寿命一般大于10年。

本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种汽车管道涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将69-85份聚丙二醇、1-7份季戊四醇置于反应釜中,于100-120℃下真空脱水60-90min,冷却后加入1-8份二羧基半酯、2-7份二羟甲基丁酸、20-32份二异氰酸酯,在氮气保护下加热至60-90℃反应1-2.5h,保温后,升温至100-130℃,加入8-18份聚二甲基硅氧烷继续反应30-50min,得到预聚体;
(2)向步骤(1)所得预聚体中加入2-14份云母粉、4-19份钛白粉、4-16份增塑剂、12-17份抗氧剂,5-10份羟乙基纤维素、2-13份过硫酸铵、0.5-2份甲基丙烯酸锌、38-45份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,在75-85℃下反应3-4.5h,加入冰醋酸中和至PH为5-7后升温至90-110℃,加入7-9份石蜡后继续反应20-35min,真空脱去溶剂,保温15-25min,静置后即得。

(1)按重量份计,将69份聚丙二醇、1份季戊四醇置于反应釜中,于100℃下真空脱水60min,其中真空度在-0.08MPa之间,冷却后加入1份二羧基半酯、2份二羟甲基丁酸、20份二异氰酸酯,在氮气保护下加热至60℃反应1h,保温10min后,升温至100℃,加入8份聚二甲基硅氧烷继续反应30min,得到预聚体;

一种汽车管道涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(2)向步骤(1)所得预聚体中加入8份云母粉、13份钛白粉、8份邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、4份癸二酸二丁酯、15份抗氧剂168,7份羟乙基纤维素、8份过硫酸铵、41份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,在80℃下反应4h,加入冰醋酸中和至PH为5-7后升温至105℃,在3min加入8份石蜡后继续反应25min,压力设置为压力为1.3MPa,真空脱去溶剂,其中真空度-0.08MPa之间,保温20min静置后即得。

性能测试:
从上表中可以看出:实施例1-3制得的涂料外观光滑平整,150℃温度下,经100小时后不起泡,不脱落,经耐盐水实验后不起泡,不脱落,实干时间均<2h ;对比例1中未添加甲基丙烯酸锌,制得的涂料经耐盐水实验后出现部分气泡;对比例2中未采用冰醋酸调节PH制得的涂料150℃温度下,经100小时后出现部分气泡。由此可知,本发明制得的汽车管道涂料通过组分之间的协同作用和制备过程的改进达到耐盐水和耐高温的效果,同时外观光滑平整,实干时间短,可广泛用于汽车管道领域,具有良好的市场前景。

Claims (1)

1.一种汽车管道涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将75份聚丙二醇、6份季戊四醇置于反应釜中,于110℃下真空脱水75min,其中真空度是0.07MPa,冷却后加入4份二羧基半酯、5份二羟甲基丁酸、24份二异氰酸酯,在氮气保护下加热至70℃反应1-2.5h,保温13min后,升温至120℃,加入14份聚二甲基硅氧烷继续反应40min,得到预聚体;
