技术领域
本发明大体涉及一种混合动力车辆,所述混合动力车辆包括第一热动力系统和使用其它能量的第二动力系统。
背景技术
这在混合动力车辆的现有技术中是已知的。第一动力系统通常与交流发电机连接,以用于为车载网络(réseau de bord)供电和为电池充电。相反地,该系统尤其具有下列缺陷。
碳氢燃料的消耗量并非最佳:事实上,当第一热动力系统停止时,电能由电池提供。该能量已经预先由交流发电机加载并存储在电池中,随后释放,这形成非常不利于总效能的高效率的级联(cascade)。
电池寿命较短:事实上,所述电池仅预设用于短幅的循环(该循环对应于电池所应当交换的电流量)。在该车辆中,电池循环非常长,而寿命非常短。
安全性:在一些使用情况下,一些安全构件(例如轨迹校正装置的安全构件)要求较大的电流,所述电流应当能够被提供而不影响车载网络的电压。如果第一动力系统熄火,仅电池能够提供该电流,但电池电压将减少。该情况将严重阻碍上述的特定速度。
已知通过向车辆增加大电容量存储器(例如超级电容和电压转换器)弥补上述缺陷,但是增加这些组件也增加了车辆的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于响应上述的现有技术缺陷,并且尤其是,首先提供一种简单的混合动力车辆,即使第一热动力系统熄火,所述混合动力车辆车载网络的电压维持稳定。
为此,本发明的第一方面涉及一种混合动力车辆,所述混合动力车辆包括第一热动力系统和使用其它能量的第二动力系统,其特征在于,所述车辆包括至少一个交流发电机,所述至少一个交流发电机与第二动力系统连接并且与车辆电网联接。根据该实施例的车辆包括与第二动力系统连接的交流发电机,以便于即使当第一动力系统熄火时,所述车辆可由第二动力系统驱动。车载网络的电压因而由该交流发电机维持,如果需要,所述交流发电机将为大功率装置供电。当使用第二动力系统时,同样可用于为电池充电。结果,当使用第二动力系统期间,车载网络的电压将维持稳定,并且将更少请求电池来提供电流。
根据一个实施例,车辆包括驱动轮和设置在所述驱动轮和第二动力系统之间的可分离的连接器。根据该实施例,第二动力系统的运行可独立于驱动轮的旋转。因而,可考虑运行第二动力系统仅驱动交流发电机,以向车载网络提供电能,并且在车辆停止时也适用。
根据一个实施例,可分离的连接器是接合套。
根据一个实施例,第二动力系统是液压发动机。
根据一个实施例,第二动力系统是电机。
根据一个实施例,交流发电机是交流起动机。因而,这也可参与驱动车辆。
本发明的第二方面在于产生电能以用于为车辆电网供电的方法,所述车辆包括:
·第一热动力系统,
·使用其它能量的第二动力系统,
·与第二动力系统连接并且与车辆电网联接的交流发电机,
所述方法包括的步骤在于:
·使第一动力系统熄火,
·起动第二动力系统,以用于同与第二动力系统连接的交流发电机一起产生电能,
·根据一个实施例,车辆包括:
·驱动轮,
·设置在驱动轮和第二动力系统之间的可分离的连接器,
所述方法包括的步骤在于:
·使车辆停止,
·使设置在驱动轮和第二动力系统之间的连接器分离,
·起动第二动力系统,以用于同与第二动力系统连接的交流发电机一起产生电能。

在本申请中,第一热动力系统理解为热燃机,尤其是内燃机,例如爆炸式发动机。
图1示出了一种带有驱动轮30的混合动力车辆,所述驱动轮由第一热动力系统10和/或使用其它能量的第二动力系统20驱动。可考虑使用气动、液压或电动的第二动力系统20。第一动力系统10与交流发电机15连接,以当车辆处于热动力模式时,即第一动力系统起动时,为电池50充电或者为包括各种车辆电器的车载网络60供电。
此外,车辆包括第二动力系统20,所述第二动力系统用于提供与第一发动机10所使用的能量交替的驱动能量。然而,当不再使用第一动力系统10时,交流发电机15不再向电池50或车载网络60提供电流。为此,第二动力系统20与交流发电机25连接,所述第二动力系统20一旦起动所述交流发电机即被驱动。
第一动力系统10和第二动力系统20借助于传动装置而与车辆的驱动轮30联接。该传动装置尤其包括设置在驱动轮30和第二动力系统20之间的连接器40(例如接合套)。该连接器40可分离,以在车辆停止并且第一动力系统10熄火时能够使驱动轮30与第二动力系统20分离。因而可启用上述措施以驱动交流发电机25以便为电池50充电和/或对车载网络60提供电能。以该方式,由于交流发电机25可提供大量电能,车载网络的电压维持稳定,并且电池50没有被请求以提供电流,这延长了电池的使用寿命。

Claims (4)
1.一种混合动力车辆,所述混合动力车辆包括:第一热动力系统(10),所述第一热动力系统与交流发电机(15)连接,以用于为电池(50)充电或为车辆电网(60)供电;使用其它能量的第二动力系统(20),其特征在于,所述车辆包括至少一个第二交流发电机(25),所述至少一个第二交流发电机与第二动力系统(20)连接并且为车辆电网(60)供电,所述第二动力系统是液压发动机,所述车辆包括驱动轮(30)以及设置在驱动轮(30)和第二动力系统(20)之间的可分离的连接器(40),所述连接器(40)是可分离的,以在车辆停止并且第一动力系统(10)熄火时能够使驱动轮(30)与第二动力系统(20)分离并且由第二动力系统(20)驱动第二交流发电机(25)以便为电池(50)充电和/或对车辆电网(60)提供电能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其特征在于,可分离的连接器(40)是接合套。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆,其特征在于,第二交流发电机(25)是交流起动机。
4.一种产生电能以用于为车辆电网(60)供电的方法,所述车辆包括:
·第一热动力系统(10),所述第一热动力系统与交流发电机(15)连接,以用于为电池(50)充电或者为车辆电网(60)供电,
·使用其它能量的第二动力系统(20),所述第二动力系统是液压发动机或者电机,
·与第二动力系统(20)连接并且为车辆电网(60)供电的第二交流发电机(25),
·驱动轮(30),
·设置在驱动轮(30)和第二动力系统(20)之间的可分离的连接器(40),
所述方法包括的步骤在于:
·使车辆停止并且使第一热动力系统(10)熄火,
·使设置在驱动轮(30)和第二动力系统(20)之间的连接器(40)分离,
·起动第二动力系统(20),以用于同与第二动力系统(20)连接的第二交流发电机(25)一起产生电能。
