本发明公开了一种电力用钢管塔杆热喷锌系统,包括PLC控制器、除油除锈系统、热喷锌系统及传动系统,所述除油除锈系统用于钢管的除油除锈,所述热喷锌系统用于钢管的喷锌,所述传动系统用于将钢管从除油除锈系统传送到热喷锌系统,所述PLC控制器分别与除油除锈系统、热喷锌系统及传动系统相连。本发明电力用钢管塔杆热喷锌系统,设计合理,实现了智能自动化运行,使电力用钢管塔杆除锈、喷锌一体化进行,产品质量高,可批量化生产,提高了劳动效率。

一种电力用钢管塔杆热喷锌系统
技术领域
本发明涉及电力用加工设备,尤其涉及一种电力用钢管塔杆热喷锌系统。
背景技术
钢管塔杆在电力领域应用尤为广泛,例如架设电力铁塔等,但其加工制造尤为复杂,需要经过除锈、喷锌等多种工艺步骤,制备周期长、加工方法复杂,且产品质量低,而目前的技术还未出现一种自动化加工设备,实现一系列工艺步骤的一体化。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电力用钢管塔杆热喷锌系统,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种电力用钢管塔杆热喷锌系统,包括PLC控制器、除油除锈系统、热喷锌系统及传动系统,所述除油除锈系统用于钢管的除油除锈,所述热喷锌系统用于钢管的喷锌,所述传动系统用于将钢管从除油除锈系统传送到热喷锌系统,所述PLC控制器分别与除油除锈系统、热喷锌系统及传动系统相连。
所述除油除锈系统包括空气压缩机、储气罐、抛丸料仓、过滤器、抛丸喷枪、吸尘器,所述空气压缩机与储气罐相连,储气罐与过滤器相连,过滤器及抛丸料仓均与抛丸喷枪相连,且抛丸喷枪设有电磁阀,吸尘器用于把粉尘吸入集尘箱内;抛丸料仓顶部设有排气阀,储气罐设有压力表,空气压缩机、储气罐、抛丸料仓、过滤器均设有阀门。
所述热喷锌系统包括空气压缩机I、储气罐I、过滤器I、电弧发生器、喷锌喷枪、电加热器,空气压缩机I、储气罐I、过滤器I及喷锌喷枪依次相连,喷锌喷枪还与电弧发生器相连,且设有电磁阀I,电加热器设有温度控制器。
所述传动系统包括除油除锈传动电机、热喷锌传动电机、减速机、传动链条,传动链条通过传动轮安装在机架上,并设有前限位器、后限位器及防护罩。
在该系统的控制电路中,保护开关通过稳压器与PLC控制器连接,PLC控制器控制各设备运行。
该系统的主回路电路中,总保护开关与二级分支保护开关相连,交流接触器通过三级分支保护开关与二级分支保护开关相连,除油除锈传动电机、空气压缩机、吸尘器、热喷锌传动电机、空气压缩机I、通过热继电器与交流接触器相连,电加热器、电弧发生器与交流接触器相连。
电弧发生器输入交流380V,输出直流480V。
防护罩采用尼龙皮条防护罩或橡胶皮条防护罩。
本发明的有益效果:本发明电力用钢管塔杆热喷锌系统,设计合理,实现了智能自动化运行,使电力用钢管塔杆除锈、喷锌一体化进行,产品质量高,可批量化生产,提高了劳动效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
如图1-6所示,一种电力用钢管塔杆热喷锌系统,包括PLC控制器1、除油除锈系统2、热喷锌系统3及传动系统4,所述除油除锈系2统用于钢管的除油除锈,所述热喷锌系统3用于钢管的喷锌,所述传动系统4用于将钢管从除油除锈系统2传送到热喷锌系统3,所述PLC控制器1分别与除油除锈系统2、热喷锌系统3及传动系统4相连。
所述除油除锈系统2包括空气压缩机21、储气罐22、抛丸料仓23、过滤器24、抛丸喷枪25、吸尘器(图中未示出),所述空气压缩机21与储气罐22相连,储气罐22与过滤器24相连,过滤器24及抛丸料仓23均与抛丸喷枪25相连,且抛丸喷枪25设有电磁阀26,吸尘器用于把粉尘吸入集尘箱内;抛丸料仓25顶部设有排气阀27,储气罐22设有压力表28,空气压缩机21、储气罐22、抛丸料仓23、过滤器24均设有阀门29。
所述热喷锌系统3包括空气压缩机I31、储气罐I32、过滤器I33、电弧发生器34、喷锌喷枪35、电加热器37,空气压缩机I31、储气罐I32、过滤器I33及喷锌喷枪35依次相连,喷锌喷枪35还与电弧发生器34相连,且设有电磁阀I36,电加热器37设有温度控制器。
所述传动系统4包括除油除锈传动电机41、热喷锌传动电机42、减速机、传动链条,传动链条通过传动轮安装在机架上,并设有前限位器、后限位器及防护罩。
在该系统的控制电路中,保护开关A通过稳压器B与PLC控制器1连接,PLC控制器1控制各设备运行。
该系统的主回路电路中,总保护开关HK1与二级分支保护开关HK2相连,交流接触器CJ通过三级分支保护开关HK3与二级分支保护开关HK2相连,除油除锈传动电机41、空气压缩机21、吸尘器、热喷锌传动电机42、空气压缩机I31、通过热继电器RJ与交流接触器CJ相连,电加热器37、电弧发生器34与交流接触器CJ相连。
电弧发生器34输入交流380V,输出直流480V。
防护罩采用尼龙皮条防护罩或橡胶皮条防护罩。
本发明的使用方法,先启动热喷锌生产线上的电加热器,使热喷锌生产线区域内温度达到180℃;启动除油除锈系统的空气压缩机使空气压强达到每平方厘米12公斤的气压,并启动吸尘器;启动热喷锌系统的空气压缩机I使空气压强达到每平方厘米12公斤的气压;将待加工钢管塔杆放在传动系统上在PLC控制器控制下自动进行,依次进行除油除锈及热喷锌,加工完成。
钢管塔杆除油除锈:除油除锈采用空气压缩机产生的压缩空气吸虹原理,由电磁阀控制由安装在不同角度的喷砂枪向钢管塔杆外四周表面喷射金刚砂达到钢管塔杆除油除锈处理的目的。
钢管塔杆热喷锌:采用电弧发生器低电压(送丝机构向锌丝喷枪不断向前送丝;双丝或单线在喷丝枪口处相碰产生短路)锌丝短路熔化产生的高温锌水;由电磁阀控制空气压缩机产生的压缩空气由安装在不同角度的喷锌丝枪把锌丝短路产生高温锌水喷向加过温(180℃)的钢管塔杆外四周表面;其达到钢管塔杆的防腐处理目的。

Claims (8)

1.一种电力用钢管塔杆热喷锌系统,包括PLC控制器、除油除锈系统、热喷锌系统及传动系统,其特征在于,所述除油除锈系统用于钢管的除油除锈,所述热喷锌系统用于钢管的喷锌,所述传动系统用于将钢管从除油除锈系统传送到热喷锌系统,所述PLC控制器分别与除油除锈系统、热喷锌系统及传动系统相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的所述一种电力用钢管塔杆热喷锌系统,其特征在于,所述除油除锈系统包括空气压缩机、储气罐、抛丸料仓、过滤器、抛丸喷枪、吸尘器,所述空气压缩机与储气罐相连,储气罐与过滤器相连,过滤器及抛丸料仓均与抛丸喷枪相连,且抛丸喷枪设有电磁阀,吸尘器用于把粉尘吸入集尘箱内;抛丸料仓顶部设有排气阀,储气罐设有压力表,空气压缩机、储气罐、抛丸料仓、过滤器均设有阀门。
3.根据权利要求1所述的所述一种电力用钢管塔杆热喷锌系统,其特征在于,所述热喷锌系统包括空气压缩机I、储气罐I、过滤器I、电弧发生器、喷锌喷枪、电加热器,空气压缩机I、储气罐I、过滤器I及喷锌喷枪依次相连,喷锌喷枪还与电弧发生器相连,且设有电磁阀I,电加热器设有温度控制器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的所述一种电力用钢管塔杆热喷锌系统,其特征在于,所述传动系统包括除油除锈传动电机、热喷锌传动电机、减速机、传动链条,传动链条通过传动轮安装在机架上,并设有前限位器、后限位器及防护罩。
5.根据权利要求1所述的所述一种电力用钢管塔杆热喷锌系统,其特征在于,在该系统的控制电路中,保护开关通过稳压器与PLC控制器连接,PLC控制器控制各设备运行。
6.根据权利要求1所述的所述一种电力用钢管塔杆热喷锌系统,其特征在于,该系统的主回路电路中,总保护开关与二级分支保护开关相连,交流接触器通过三级分支保护开关与二级分支保护开关相连,除油除锈传动电机、空气压缩机、吸尘器、热喷锌传动电机、空气压缩机I、通过热继电器与交流接触器相连,电加热器、电弧发生器与交流接触器相连。
7.根据权利要求3所述的所述一种电力用钢管塔杆热喷锌系统,其特征在于,电弧发生器输入交流380V,输出直流480V。
