Abstract

本发明节能倒灌机构,将流道系统与顶出系统设计在一个组件当中,流道系统设计在顶出系统内部。将流道系统设计在模仁背面,流道板穿透顶出系统与模仁贴合成型流道,从而在不影响顶出机构的前提下缩短了流道长度。将流道系统与顶出机构做成一体后优点在于,减短流道长度,减少废料的产生,减短了成型周期,从而节省了生产成本,提高了生产效率,达到节能环保的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶模具领域,特别是涉及一种节能倒灌机构。
背景技术
为了提高产品外观的美观程度,客户一般不愿意将进胶点设计在产品外观面上。对这种较严的要求,我们在设计模具时会选用香蕉胶口。但此胶口有个局限性,产品边与胶口的位置不能太远,此局限性不能满足复杂多变的产品。当产品的形状比较大时,使用香蕉胶口排布于产品外侧,产品中间会出现短射。当一个产品较小且四面都有滑块时,客户要求产品外观无进胶点。这两个案例都无法用香蕉胶口实现,此时我们会选用结构比较复杂的倒灌三板模,可以将多个点胶口设计于产品内侧。此模具结构较复杂,模具加工成本较高;流道较长,成型时需更长的冷却周期,生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种节能倒灌机构,减小了模具的体积,减短了流道的长度,从而降低了模具成本,成型时间,减少了废料的产生,进而提升了生产效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种节能倒灌机构,包括:流道板、顶出板、母模仁、拉力杆、流道、顶针、顶针盖板和主灌嘴;
所述流道板、顶出板、母模仁从上至下依次连接;所述拉力杆的上端穿过母模仁与顶出板连接;所述流道安装在所述母模仁背面,所述流道板包括与所述流道相配合的下部,且所述流道板的下部安装在所述顶出板之中,所述主灌嘴安装在所述流道板的上部之中,且所述主灌嘴与所述流道连通,所述顶针通过所述盖板固定于所述顶出板之中。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述拉力杆的上端装有开闭器,所述顶出板开设有开闭器孔,所述开闭器安装在所述开闭器孔中。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述流道包括相互连通的流入通道和流出通道,所述流入通道与所述主灌嘴连通。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述流道包括多个流出通道,所述流入通道和流出通道之间通过横向通道连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述顶出板与母模仁通过导柱导套连接。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明节能倒灌机构,将流道系统与顶出系统设计在一个组件当中,流道系统设计在顶出系统内部。将流道系统设计在模仁背面,流道板穿透顶出系统与模仁贴合成型流道,从而在不影响顶出机构的前提下缩短了流道长度。将流道系统与顶出机构做成一体后优点在于,减短流道长度,减少废料的产生,减短了成型周期,从而节省了生产成本,提高了生产效率,达到节能环保的目的。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1至图3,本发明实施例包括:
一种节能倒灌机构,包括:流道板1、顶出板2、母模仁3、拉力杆4、流道5、顶针6、顶针盖板7、导柱导套8和主灌嘴9。
所述流道板1、顶出板2、母模仁3从上至下依次连接。所述拉力杆4的上端穿过母模仁3与顶出板2连接,本实施例中,所述拉力杆4的上端装有开闭器,所述顶出板2开设有开闭器孔,所述开闭器安装在所述开闭器孔中。模具开模时拉动拉力杆4,通过开闭器的摩擦力拉动顶出板2。
所述流道5安装在母模仁3背面,所述流道板1包括与所述流道5相配合的下部,且所述流道板1的下部安装在所述顶出板2之中,主灌嘴9安装在流道板1的上部之中,且所述主灌嘴9与所述流道5连通,顶针6的一端通过盖板7固定于顶出板2之中,另一端位于所述母模仁3中。本实施例中所述流道5包括一个流入通道、多个流出通道和多个横向通道,所述流入通道与所述主灌嘴连通;所述流入通道和流出通道之间通过横向通道连接。所述横向通道和流出通道位于母模仁的背面之中。
所述顶出板2与母模仁3通过导柱导套8连接,能安全有效地滑动。本实施例中,有两套导柱导套结构。第二次开模时,流道板1从顶出板2中拉出流道5。
本发明节能型倒灌机构,有效解决了传统倒灌模流道长废料多的缺陷。传统倒灌模的结构是进胶系统与顶出系统处于同一侧,产品上方是顶出系统,顶出系统上方为进胶系统,进胶系统与产品距离较长,造成流道很长,模具生产时废料较多,生产成本高,资源浪费大。本发明节能倒灌机构将进胶系统与顶出系统融为一体,进胶系统与产品距离近,不受顶出系统影响。此机构大大减少了流道重量,废料少环保节能,节约了生产成本。特别是当遇到外观要求较高的产品时,进胶点只能设计在产品里面,这样造成进胶系统与顶出系统处于同一侧,使用此机构节省了原材料,有效的提高了行业的竞争力。
本发明节能倒灌机构稳定性很高,从而避免了维修成本,达到了安全成产,高效生产的目的。此机构研发成功对提升我们公司的技术革新能力起到了非常明显的效果。此机构所组成的配件已经标准化,从而减少了设计时间,标准化生产降低了零件的生产成本。

1.一种节能倒灌机构,其特征在于,包括:流道板、顶出板、母模仁、拉力杆、流道、顶针、顶针盖板和主灌嘴;
所述流道板、顶出板、母模仁从上至下依次连接;所述拉力杆的上端穿过所述母模仁与所述顶出板连接;所述流道安装在所述母模仁背面,所述流道板包括与所述流道相配合的下部,且所述流道板的下部安装在所述顶出板之中,所述主灌嘴安装在流道板的上部之中,且所述主灌嘴与所述流道连通,所述顶针通过所述盖板固定于所述顶出板之中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能倒灌机构,其特征在于,所述拉力杆的上端装有开闭器,所述顶出板开设有开闭器孔,所述开闭器安装在所述开闭器孔中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能倒灌机构,其特征在于,所述流道包括相互连通的流入通道和流出通道,所述流入通道与所述主灌嘴连通。
