Description

具有改进的打开和关闭特性的电磁阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于控制流体、尤其燃料的电磁阀,其具有改进的打开特性并且同时也具有改进的关闭特性。
背景技术
从现有技术中在不同的构型中已知电磁阀例如作为喷射阀。经证实,在壳体中的衔铁的区域中具有磁性分隔部、即非磁性区域的电磁喷射阀在相同的条件下比没有磁环路的这类分隔的阀能更快地打开。但是,由于磁环路的分隔使关闭时间变差。就此,已经提出一种磁性节流器,该磁性节流器这样引入磁性分隔部的区域中,使得磁性节流器和磁性分隔部作为一件式的构件构成。借助于双组份MIM过程制造该构件。然而,这类的制造过程相对费事和昂贵,从而在这里期望具有较简单和改进的解决方案。
发明内容
与之相对地,用于控制流体的、具有权利要求1的特征的根据本发明的电磁阀具有以下优点,不但可改进电磁阀的打开时间而且可改进电磁阀的关闭时间,并且,在此,尤其可特别简单且成本有利地制造电磁阀。因此,尤其可实现在批量生产中使用。根据本发明,这由此实现,电磁阀具有磁环路,所述磁环路带有衔铁、内极和磁轭(Magnetrückschluss)。在此,磁环路包括磁性节流装置和用于中断磁环路的非磁性的分隔元件,所述磁性节流装置在非磁性的分隔元件上闭合磁环路。因此,磁性节流装置具有磁性旁路的作用,所述磁性旁路布置在非磁性的分隔元件上。在此,磁性节流装置设置为分立的单独构件,所述分立的单独构件借助于形锁合和/或力锁合的连接被固定。因此,磁性节流装置可设置为能成本有利地制造的单独构件,并且磁性节流装置的装配可简单和快速地进行。例如磁性节流装置可借助于夹紧连接被固定,从而磁性节流装置可简单和快速地通过夹紧安装并且也可容易地拆卸。
从属权利要求示出本发明的优选的拓展方案。
优选地,磁性节流装置布置在非磁性的分隔元件的径向外部。因此,磁性节流装置可简单地夹紧在例如非磁性的分隔元件上。
进一步优选地,磁性节流装置为磁性套筒。呈套筒形式的磁性节流装置也可非常简单和快速地安装,其方式是,例如磁性套筒被推装到非磁性的分隔元件上,并且在此建立形锁合和/或力锁合的连接。特别优选地,套筒为圆柱形的,或者替代地,套筒在横截面中为多边形。
根据本发明的另一优选的替代方案,磁性节流装置优选为由磁性材料组成的一个条形元件,或者节流装置包括由磁性材料组成的多个条形元件。
特别优选地,所述条形元件在第一端部上具有第一成型部,该第一成型部与磁轭接触,和/或条形元件在第二端部上具有第二成型部,该第二成型部与内极接触。特别优选地,条形元件具有由磁性材料组成的板材条的形式。
进一步优选地,为实现尽可能快的关闭时间,非磁性的分隔元件的横截面面积大于磁性节流装置的横截面面积。
特别优选地,非磁性的分隔元件直接贴靠在磁性节流装置的外表面上。
特别优选地,根据本发明的电磁阀用作在内燃机中直接喷射的燃料喷射阀。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图1和2详细描述用于控制流体的电磁阀1。
如从图1明显的,电磁阀1包括呈阀针形式的关闭元件2,该阀针释放和封闭在阀座3上的排出开口4。
此外,电磁阀1包括磁环路5,磁环路具有衔铁6、内极7和磁轭8。在该实施例中,磁轭8为电磁阀的壳体14的一部分,其中,壳体14多件式地构造。在这里,壳体部分15,16为磁环路5的部分。
此外,电磁阀1包括线圈9,该线圈在通电流时吸引衔铁6。在线圈9结束通电流之后,回位元件17使衔铁6再次返回到初始位置中。在此,图1示出电磁阀1的打开状态,在该打开状态下,衔铁6贴靠在内极7上。衔铁6以已知的方式与关闭元件2连接,以便引起关闭元件的行程运动。
此外,电磁阀1的磁环路5包括非磁性的分隔元件10,该分隔元件在该实施例中为套筒。非磁性的分隔元件10确保,在操纵线圈时,通过衔铁6快速地闭合磁环路,从而实现非常快的打开时间。但是,就电磁阀1的关闭时间而言,非磁性的分隔元件10是成问题的,所述电磁阀的关闭时间由于非磁性的分隔元件10而增大。
因此,根据本发明,设置有磁性节流装置13,所述磁性节流装置在壳体14、更准确地说壳体部分16与内极7之间建立连接。
如从图1和2明显的,在该实施例中,磁性节流装置13包括多个条形元件11,并且非磁性的分隔元件10为圆柱形套筒。在该实施例中,设置有三个相同的条形元件11,这三个相同的条形元件沿着周缘相同地分布。
条形元件11在第一端部上具有第一成型部21并且在第二端部上具有第二成型部22。这两个成型部在截面中大约U形地构造。在此,第一成型部21与壳体14接触,并且第二成型部22与内极7接触。此外,条形元件11直接平放在非磁性的分隔元件10的外表面上(参见图1)。
因此,通过设置条形的磁性节流装置13实现非磁性的分隔元件10的磁性桥接。这具有如下作用:显著地改进电磁阀的关闭时间,而不因此使电磁阀的快速的打开时间变差。在此,非磁性的分隔元件10的横截面比磁性节流装置13的横截面大多倍。在这里,根据本发明,可非常简单且成本有利地提供磁性节流装置13。例如条形元件11可由磁性材料组成的板材材料冲压而成。
此外,磁性节流装置13仅仅通过形锁合和/或力锁合的连接与磁轭或者说内极7连接。在图1中所示出的实施例中,条形元件11被夹住在壳体部分16和磁性的分隔元件的端侧10a之间。通过第二成型部22在条形元件11上的U形构型,在内极的外部壳面上建立在条形元件11和内极7之间的接触。因此,根据本发明,磁性节流装置13可通过夹紧而快速且成本有利地被固定。
通过条形元件11具有在两个端部上的第一和第二成型部21,22的构型,可这样实现条形元件11的支撑,使得条形元件11在轴向方向X-X上有弹性地支撑在壳体部分16上,并且在第二成型部22上在径向方向上有弹性地支撑在内极7上。
图3和4示出根据本发明的第二实施例的电磁阀1。如尤其从图4明显的,第二实施例的磁性节流装置13为由磁性材料组成的套筒12。套筒12圆柱形地构造并且被压紧在非磁性的分隔元件10上。套筒12具有第一端部31,该第一端部如套筒12的中间区域这样圆柱形地构成并且与壳体部分16处于接触中。第二端部32构造为圆柱形的颈缩部,从而套筒具有凸肩33,其中,第二端部32与内极7处于接触中。在此,凸肩33贴靠在非磁性的分隔元件10的端侧10a上。因此,该实施例也具有在非磁性的分隔元件10和构造为套筒的磁性节流装置13之间的形锁合和力锁合的连接。由此,根据本发明,通过能成本有利地制造并且能快速和容易地安装的套筒12也可提供具有卓越的打开和关闭时间的电磁阀。
对图3和4的第二实施例还要说明,取代圆柱形套筒12地,也可使用多边形的套筒、例如八角形或者十角形的套筒。

Claims (9)

1.用于控制流体的电磁阀,包括:
-关闭元件(2),该关闭元件在阀座(3)上释放和封闭至少一个排出开口,
-磁环路(5),其具有衔铁(6)、内极(7)和磁轭(8),以及
-线圈(9),
-其中,所述衔铁(6)与所述关闭元件(2)共同作用,
-其中,所述磁环路(5)包括磁性节流装置(13)和用于中断所述磁环路(5)的非磁性的分隔元件(10),其中,所述磁性节流装置(13)在所述非磁性的分隔元件(10)上闭合所述磁环路(5),以及
-其中,所述磁性节流装置(13)为分立的单独构件,该分立的单独构件借助于形锁合和/或力锁合的连接被固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述磁性节流装置(13)布置在所述非磁性的分隔元件(10)的径向外部。
3.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述磁性节流装置(13)为磁性套筒(12)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述磁性套筒(12)具有圆柱形的横截面或者多边形的横截面。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述磁性节流装置(13)包括由磁性材料组成的单个条形元件(11)或者由磁性材料组成的多个条形元件(11)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述条形元件(11)在第一端部上具有第一成型部(21),该第一成型部与所述磁轭(8)接触,和/或所述条形元件在第二端部上包括第二成型部(22),该第二成型部与所述内极(7)接触。
7.根据以上权利要求中一项所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述磁性节流装置(13)的第一端部与所述磁轭(8)接触,并且所述磁性节流装置(13)的第二端部与所述内极(7)接触。
8.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述非磁性的分隔元件(10)的横截面面积大于所述磁性节流装置(13)的横截面面积。
9.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的电磁阀,其特征在于,所述磁性节流装置(13)直接贴靠在所述非磁性的分隔元件(10)的外表面上。
