Abstract
本发明涉及一种隔音降噪复合板,所述隔音降噪复合板从上而下由耐磨纸层、革层、阻尼板层、实木板层、消音棉层和平衡纸层组成。本发明方法工艺简单,在复合板生产工艺的基础上增加隔音降噪材料,利用本发明的复合板能够有效的降低噪声,能够减少30-40分贝的噪音,提高人们休息与生活的质量,避免了大量的噪声污染,大大促进了人们的身心健康。

技术领域
本发明属于复合板加工领域,具体涉及一种隔音降噪复合板。
背景技术
噪声是发声体做无规则时发出的声音,声音由物体振动引起,以波的形式在一定的介质(如固体、液体、气体)中进行传播通常所说的噪声污染是指人为造成的。从生理学观点来看,凡是干扰人们休息、学习和工作的声音,即不需要的声音,统称为噪声。当噪声对人及周围环境造成不良影响时,就形成噪声污染。产业革命以来,各种机械设备的创造和使用,给人类带来了繁荣和进步,但同时也产生了越来越多而且越来越强的噪声。
噪声污染包括以下内容:
(1)交通噪声包括机动车辆、船舶、地铁、火车、飞机等的噪声,由于机动车辆数目的迅速增加,使得交通噪声成为城市的主要噪声源。
(2)工业噪声工厂的各种设备产生的噪声,工业噪声的声级一般较高,对工人及周围居民带来较大的影响。
(3)建筑噪声主要来源于建筑机械发出的噪声,建筑噪声的特点是强度较大,且多发生在人口密集地区,因此严重影响居民的休息与生活。
(4)社会噪声包括人们的社会活动和家用电器、音响设备发出的噪声,这些设备的噪声级虽然不高,但由于和人们的日常生活联系密切,使人们在休息时得不到安静,尤为让人烦恼,极易引起邻里纠纷。
发明内容
本发明提供一种隔音降噪复合板,能够有效的解决上述问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种隔音降噪复合板,所述隔音降噪复合板从上而下由耐磨纸层、革层、阻尼板层、实木板层、消音棉层和平衡纸层组成。
所述的一种隔音降噪复合板的生产方法,步骤如下:
a、对实木板进行高温处理,高温处理温度控制在100℃,高温处理20-30分钟,将高温处理过的实木板进行干燥处理,要求含水率在10-14%,将耐磨纸和平衡纸置于三聚氰胺容易中浸泡3-5分钟,烘干备用;
b、对每层贴合面进行补胶,胶水涂抹均匀,顺序铺上耐磨纸层、革层、阻尼板层、实木板层、消音棉层和平衡纸层,组成板坯,使用平衡尺对各层辅助铺平;
c、将准备好的板坯送入热压机中,在热压机中定位,启动热压机,并自动完成板坯的热压过程;
d、定位热压,控制上压板温度为200℃,下压板温度:200℃,压力:400~450N/cm2;
e、热压完成后,自然冷却,冷却后进行裁边处理,裁剪成合适的尺寸。
本发明的有益效果:本发明方法工艺简单,在复合板生产工艺的基础上增加隔音降噪材料,利用本发明的复合板能够有效的降低噪声,能够减少30-40分贝的噪音,提高人们休息与生活的质量,避免了大量的噪声污染,大大促进了人们的身心健康。
具体实施方式
一种隔音降噪复合板,所述隔音降噪复合板从上而下由耐磨纸层、革层、阻尼板层、实木板层、消音棉层和平衡纸层组成。
所述的一种隔音降噪复合板的生产方法,步骤如下:
a、对实木板进行高温处理,高温处理温度控制在100℃,高温处理25分钟,将高温处理过的实木板进行干燥处理,要求含水率在11%,将耐磨纸和平衡纸置于三聚氰胺容易中浸泡5分钟,烘干备用;
b、对每层贴合面进行补胶,胶水涂抹均匀,顺序铺上耐磨纸层、革层、阻尼板层、实木板层、消音棉层和平衡纸层,组成板坯,使用平衡尺对各层辅助铺平;
c、将准备好的板坯送入热压机中,在热压机中定位,启动热压机,并自动完成板坯的热压过程;
d、定位热压,控制上压板温度为200℃,下压板温度:200℃,压力:450N/cm2;
e、热压完成后,自然冷却,冷却后进行裁边处理,裁剪成合适的尺寸。
Claims (2)
1.一种隔音降噪复合板,其特征在于:所述隔音降噪复合板从上而下由耐磨纸层、革层、阻尼板层、实木板层、消音棉层和平衡纸层组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种隔音降噪复合板的生产方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
a、对实木板进行高温处理,高温处理温度控制在100℃,高温处理20-30分钟,将高温处理过的实木板进行干燥处理,要求含水率在10-14%,将耐磨纸和平衡纸置于三聚氰胺容易中浸泡3-5分钟,烘干备用;
b、对每层贴合面进行补胶,胶水涂抹均匀,顺序铺上耐磨纸层、革层、阻尼板层、实木板层、消音棉层和平衡纸层,组成板坯,使用平衡尺对各层辅助铺平;

d、定位热压,控制上压板温度为200℃,下压板温度:200℃,压力:400~450N/cm2;
