Description
高强度复合实木板 技术领域
本发明涉及木制板材的技术领域, 尤其属于一种芯板为竖向排 列结构的高强度复合实木板。
背景技术
目前复合实木板已广泛应用于家具、 室内装修、车厢和船舶内部 装修等广泛领域,现有的复合实木板都是由芯板层和上下筋皮单板组 成, 复合实木板的主要性能由芯板层的材质和结构决定, 复合实木板 芯板层的结构对于复合实木板的强度、翘曲变形量和板面平整度等主 要用于评价复合实木板性能的技术参数起着决定性的影响,然而现有 的复合实木板芯板都是由小木条在宽度方向横向错接拼合而成的,这 种横向排列拼合结构的复合实木板芯板不能限制由于木条纤维方向 的应力而导致的翘曲,所以横向排列拼合结构的复合实木板芯板为了 克服上述缺陷不得不采用一些价格昂贵的天然林或生长周期较长的 进口木材作为材料,而且在芯板制作时对木方或木条的干湿度要求也 较高, 要经过木方或木条专用干燥系统的烘干, 从而需要耗电、 蒸汽 或废料燃烧加热, 浪费能量和污染环境, 同时, 利用多片锯或带锯加 工芯板板材过程中刨削量大, 造成木质资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是, 为了克服现有技术的缺陷与不足,提供一种不 容易变形, 高强度和节约木材有利于环保的复合实木板。
本发明的目的可以通过采取以下技术方案达到:一种高强度复合 实木板, 包括中间芯板和上下筋皮单板, 所述的中间芯板是由细木条 竖向紧密排列组合而成,所述的上下筋皮单板以木紋横向排列敷设在 中间芯板上,所述的上下筋皮单板通过粘合剂在高温高压下与中间芯 板的上下两个面粘结, 上下筋皮单板的外侧还粘结有面皮层。 与现有技术相比较, 本发明具有以下优点:
1、 本发明强度是目前复合实木板强度的 3到 5倍;
2、 本发明改变了目前的板芯层材料由木条横向排列为纵向 竖向排列结构, 从而消除了目前板材易翘曲变形的缺陷;
3、 本发明改变了目前的板芯层材料由木条横向排列为纵向 竖向排列结构, 不仅减少了加工木条的刨削量, 而且还可 利用木材加工过程产生的边角料,将以往作为的废料的边 角料变废为宝, 大大提高的木材的利用率。
4、 本发明改变了目前的板芯材料由木条横向排列为纵向竖 向排列结构,克服了由于横向排列拼合结构的复合实木板 芯板不能限制由于木条纤维方向的应力而导致的翘曲问 题, 所以原来只能选用昂贵的天然林作为芯层原料也可以 用生长周期短的经济林来作为芯层的原料,这样一方面节 约了材料, P条低了成本, 另一方面也保护了天然林, 有利 于环保。
5、 由于本发明板芯材料的细木条厚度较小, 因此可以通过日
照或通风等天然方式达到制作板芯材料干湿度的要求,相 比较现有技术通过烘干等方式,节约了能源,减少了污染, 也降低了成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作详细描述。 如图 1所示, 本发明一种高强度复合实木板, 包括中间芯板 1、 上筋皮单板 2, 下筋皮单板 3及上面皮层 5和下面皮层 6。 先将经济 林木原材料切割成小木条状, 厚度为 2 ~ 6mm, 然后将小木条涂覆黏 胶, 依次将小木条纵向竖直排列后经机械侧压成中间芯板 1, 然后中 间芯板 1上下表面涂覆黏胶层,再将上筋皮单板 2和下筋皮单板 3在 高温高压的条件下分别黏贴在中间芯板 1上下两个表面上,最后将上 面皮层 5和下面皮层 6分别黏贴在上筋皮单板 2和下筋皮单板 3的外 表面上。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做任 何形式上的限制, 虽然本发明以较佳实施例揭露如上, 然而并非限定 本发明 ,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员在不脱离本发明的技术方案的范 围内,当可利用上述所揭示的技术内容作出少许改动或修饰为等同变 化的等效实施例 , 依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属本发 明所涵盖的范围。
Claims
1、 一种高强度复合实木板, 包括中间芯板和上下筋皮单板, 其 特征在于: 所述的中间芯板是由细木条竖向紧密排列组合而成。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的高强度复合实木板, 其特征在于: 所 述中间芯板的细木条主要由经济林木制成, 厚度为 2 ~ 6mm。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的高强度复合实木板, 其特征在于: 所 述的上下筋皮单板以木紋横向排列敷设在中间芯板上,所述的上下筋 皮单板通过粘合剂在高温高压下与中间芯板的上下两个面粘结。
4、根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的高强度复合实木板, 其特征 在于: 上下筋皮单板的外側还粘结有面皮层。
