Abstract

本发明涉及一种板材及其制造技术制造方法。本发明所提供一种板材:它由面层、芯层、面层依序叠加的结构组成。其面层由菱镁水泥加玻纤布组成,芯层由边框加木块加发泡菱镁水泥组成,其成型方法为按所需要板材的大小和形状一体浇注而成,免除了切板和封边工序,采用多个模板叠加立模一次性浇注成型,使其无需贵重设备即可实现规模化生产,其主要由氧化镁和氯化镁构成,具有防水防火造价低廉等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材及其制造技术领域,特别涉及一种发泡菱镁复合板及其制造方法。
背景技术
板式家具是由将大板材切割成各种大小不同的小板材,然后封边组装而成,目前所使用的多为密度板,刨花板、细木工板、多层胶合板这些板材都不具备防火防水功能,而且不环保造价贵,制作家具时还需要切割、封边处理浪费人力物力,徒增成本。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是要提供一种具备防火防水功能,而且环保造价低廉,制作家具时无需切割、封边处理从而大大地降低其制造成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种板材:它由面层、芯层、面层依序叠加的结构组成。
所述面层由菱镁水泥加玻纤布组成,所述芯层由边框加木块加发泡菱镁水泥组成。
所述边框由至少一面为光滑面、至少两面为粗糙面的三个木条,所述的木条由免漆多层板锯成,其分布在芯层的发泡菱镁水泥的三个边,所述的木条的两个粗糙面与面层相连,所述的木条的光滑面作为整块板的外边,所述木块在整块板的承重处和上螺丝或扣件处和需要连接的位置。
所述面层、芯层、面层为按所需要板材的大小和形状一体浇注而成,其面层为菱镁水泥加玻纤布密度较大,芯层为发泡菱镁水泥密度较小。
所述的板材的面层与木条的粗糙面相连的面层部分的厚度为0.5-2毫米。
本发明所述的一种板材的制造方法,主要通过以下步骤实现:
步骤1 准备模板、氧化镁和氯化镁、水、玻纤布、截取和需要制造的板材的长宽相等长度的木条、木块、脱模剂,所述木条由少一面为光滑面的免漆板或木板或发泡塑料板锯成,
步骤2 将模板上擦上脱模剂,将氯化镁用水化开再加入氧化镁搅拌成菱镁水泥浆,
步骤3在所有模板的一面都涂上一层菱镁水泥浆然后再铺上玻纤布然后再涂一层菱镁水泥浆,再往一个模板上摆放上木条、木块,然后再将另一个模板涂菱镁水泥浆的面向下压到铺有木条的模板上,如此两个模板为一组,将多组模板叠加后用螺丝扣紧,然后将其没有木条的一面朝上立起,
步骤4 将余下的菱镁水泥浆做成发泡菱镁水泥浇注到已经立起的模板组内,
步骤5 菱镁水泥凝固后拆除模板脱模,养护,
步骤6将做成的板材的有木条的三个边用刀片切除超出板材的边多余的面层毛边部分,使板材的三个边都非常平滑,余下的没有木条的边用电锯切齐即成。
本发明的有益效果是:直接浇注成所需要大小的板材,而且其三个边是由木条的光滑面构成,免除了切板和封边工序,采用多个模板叠加立模一次性浇注成型,使其无需贵重设备即可实现规模化生产,其面层和芯层同一批菱镁水泥浆,其凝固时间相同使面层和芯层结合为一体使板材更牢固,其主要由氧化镁和氯化镁构成,具有防水防火造价低廉等优点,可作为家具制造、装修板材。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图2对本发明的实施方法做进一步说明
步骤1 准备塑料板或免漆板或薄钢板为模板1、截取和需要制造的板材的长宽相等长度的木条2、夹板4、螺杆5、和氧化镁、氯化镁、水、玻纤布、木块、脱模剂,所述的木条2由免漆多层板锯成,其宽度比要制作板材的厚度窄1-4毫米,
步骤2 将模板1上擦上脱模剂,将氯化镁用水化开再加入氧化镁搅拌成菱镁水泥浆,
步骤3 在所有模板1的一面都涂上一层菱镁水泥浆然后再铺上玻纤布然后再涂一层菱镁水泥浆,将木条2在模板1的涂菱镁水泥浆的面上摆出所需要制造的板材的形状和大小、将木块摆放在所要做板材的所要上螺钉或扣件的位置,然后再将另一个模板1涂菱镁水泥浆的面向下压到铺有木条2的模板1上,如此两个模板1为一组,将多组模板叠加后用夹板4和螺杆5扣紧,然后将其没有木条2的一面朝上立起,
步骤4 将余下的菱镁水泥浆做成发泡菱镁水泥从发泡菱镁水泥浆入口3浇注到已经立起的模板1组内,
步骤5 菱镁水泥凝固后拆除模板1脱模,养护,
步骤6 将做成的板材的有木条2的三个边用刀片切除超出木条2的多余的面层部分,使板材的三个边都非常平滑,余下的没有木条2的那个边用电锯切齐后可以作封边处理,也可以不封边制作家具时将其朝向家具的背面或朝向地面等看不到的地方。

Claims (1)

1.一种板材的制造方法,其特征在于以下步骤:
(1)准备模板、氧化镁和氯化镁、水、玻纤布、截取和需要制造的板材的长宽相等长度的木条、木块、脱模剂,
(2)将模板上擦上脱模剂,将氯化镁用水化开再加入氧化镁搅拌成菱镁水泥浆,
(3)在所有模板的一面都涂上一层菱镁水泥浆然后再铺上玻纤布然后再涂一层菱镁水泥浆,再往一个模板上摆放上木条、木块,然后再将另一个模板涂菱镁水泥浆的面向下压到铺有木条的模板上,如此两个模板为一组,将多组模板叠加后用螺丝扣紧,然后将其没有木条的一面朝上立起,
(4)将余下的菱镁水泥浆做成发泡菱镁水泥浇注到已经立起的模板组内,
(5)菱镁水泥凝固后拆除模板脱模,养护,
(6)将做成的板材的有木条的三个边用刀片切除超出板材的边多余的面层毛边部分,余下的没有木条的边用电锯切齐。
